Very unfriendly, wouldnt patronize here again if it were the last place open. They pinch pennies and nickel and dime all their customers.

Rarely go here compared to the USPS office on the green but considering they are nasty there, and the rep who helped me a few days ago at this UPS was pleasant, I will be going here from now on.

Worst customer service ever, waited 20 minutes to ship a cable box back, 2 people behind counter and only one was working.

Apparently there is new ownership now at this UPS store and I cannot speak more highly of my recent experience. I had an oversize box that they helped me get out of the car, then was helped in getting it shipped and received within days. This is a great place with an awesome staff!!

Alex is amazing! The shipping labels on two of my packages got switched and he has been nothing but curteous and helpful. Thank you!

They were letting customers in without masks on and after waiting 30 min in line (on top of the time spent waiting in the car for the maskless customer to leave) was told that I should have put my packages in a random box in the corner of the store and wasn’t able to have it scanned in and given a receipt

Went here on a Saturday. They close at 3pm. I showed up at like 2:55pm to simply drop off a box. I would’ve spent maybe 30 seconds inside the store.I’m parked maybe 10 feet from the UPS store door. I walk around my truck and open the passenger door, grab a heavy 50 pound box out of it and start walking towards the store door.Younger kid employee makes eye contact with me, walks towards the door as I walk towards it and proceeds to lock the door in my face when I’m about two feet from the door. He then proceeds to moonwalk backwards doing a hand gesture to say they’re closed.Awful customer service.

Second time I mailed from there when they said it would be at location in 4-5 days both time it has been 9 days or more maybe it was the location it went to NC but 9 days is to long . The people that work there are very nice and Ill keep trying to send from there

Ive used this store many times and always received the best in customer service!

If I could give this specific ups location less then a star I would. Myself as well as three other customers have waited patiently for the establishment to open at their 8am open, which is posted online and store front . Almost one hour later the store still isnt open.This is not good customer service by any means.
