The associate who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to purchase samples, and they were made for me quickly. The associate even helped me find a color chip I was missing by using the Sherwin Williams app (I already had it on my phone but he showed me a feature I wasn’t already aware of)! Awesome experience.

My husband and I just moved to New Milford a month ago. We were so glad to find this store as we love Sherwin Williams paints and are loyal customers. So far this stores services have been beyond stellar. In our last store (Nanuet, Ny) we were barely acknowledged. A month in here we are warmly greeted and are helped quickly and knowledgeably. It is such a pleasure to work with such wonderful associates and made to feel like we are part of the town already. They have gone above and beyond which helps tremendously when we have made a few painting mistakes :). We are so delighted and will keep coming back!

I received an email with a 30% off coupon on paint and 15% on supplies. I purchased exterior paint from this store last year. The young man on duty was helpful and friendly. He found my name in the computer right away. He mixed my paint and helped me with my accessories. I even bought a can of generic lysol!
