Never answers the phone and just the automotive part isnt open wanted to get tires ended up having to go elsewhere and probably paid 10 times as much

Service was good and Im glad my tire warranty was honored.

Website offered, and confirmed service appointment for a time an hour before auto care even opened. Then they opened late, had no information that my tires, which were delivered to their store were scheduled for install, and very unconcerningly took forever to sort out the situation. Walmart.......SYNC YOUR SYSTEMS!!I was very happy with the work they finally did perform, and will likely try them again in the future. But will confirm locally.

They got me in and out very quickly they have my information when I pull up check-in is very quick except for new covid-19 restrictions that you should be aware of it looks like they are closed. Unfortunately they do not take appointments.

The guy messed up my gear shift linkage. Drive is now on 2cnd

This review isnt for Walmart itself but CHRIS IN THE AUTO/TIRE SHOP! what a great dude. I had the worst day, blew out a tire while volunteering with SPCA releasing feral cats that we just spayed and neutered and had to have my car towed here because someone stole my freaking spare tire and I waited for a long time at the shop and the tire that was covered on my warranty wasnt in stock and he was so nice and gave me a different, better tire and helped me out so I didnt have to pay for the whole new tire. He was so friendly and helpful.. after the day I had I really needed someone to give me a break and Chris was that dude. Thank you Chris. Seriously, you made my Horrible day just a little bit better and the feral cat I had to bring to the tire shop thanks you for not making us wait another few hours. So thank you thank you thank you. You are a blessing and I really appreciate you and your help! Much love man.

Need to retrain employees on the computer in the auto care center they are using, and how to update inventory of items that are supposed to be in stock. If it says 9 in stock, and you cant find any then someone is not doing there job or they need glasses. Some employees that dont know how to use the computer are asking other employees who dont know either. Come-on Walmart you can do better than this.Now I am having serious thought about having them even change a tire or fix a flat for me. Really, come-on!!!!!!

Horrible experience, people who are at desk have very poor customer service skills as though they are confused, no eye contact. I requested two new tires, new headlight, and headlight restoration. Assistant manager informed me that they were out of the headlight that I need. They let me know about 1 hour later that car was ready. I went to pay, no headlight restoration, like I never said it! So I had to wait another hour for headlight restoration. All the money Wal Mart makes and they don’t halfway train employees, including management. Shameful.

To get 4 new tires mounted and balanced on my car took 4 1/2 hours. I went at 7:30 am and they had 3 people ahead of me. When I arrived there I was told to stand against the wall in the hot garage, they did not communicate with you or tell you how long you would be waiting, after 35 min they made a ticket for me then told me I could go inside and have a seat. Four hours later my car was ready. What an experience! Never again!!

It is the worst service they always breaking stuff and they deny it.

I arrived before 7. According to the website, the auto care center is supposed to be open. The sign on the building states 7-7. I called. No answer. Its now 7:25 and Im still waiting for them to open.

Don’t get me wrong, their prices are good, but their service is slower than molasses! All we needed was a tire put on a rim so we could take it back to my son who was stuck in the quarter in New Orleans. The clerks were trying but the guys in the shop weren’t helpful at all! Two and a half hours later, we called Firestone up the road and the manager there did it for us in under 15 minutes and we might have paid $5 more. Will NEVER go back to this Wal-Mart!

Went here yesterday at 5:00 to get 4 tires replaced from an online order. It took them 5 hours for them to service my car. There were four cars ahead of me with three technicians on duty with I arrived. The manger must have known if was going to be a while because he said I shouldnt leave but I am. He left his workers to struggle!! Sad case! I was never given an estimated time as to when my car would be finished and never in a millions would I think that I would leave at 10:00pm when the tire center closed at 7:00. A total inconvenience.

.3 hours for an oil change. Then gave me a premium oil change instead of the basic which was $20 more. But they did make it right and only charge me for the basic. Serve was apologetic.

We need a couple new tires. It was a Sunday and they were busy. It took about an hour and a half but they were working hard to take care of all the customers and were very courteous.

I highly do not recommend them! I went here to get tires changed over and ended up having to bring my car to the dealership to pay $400 to get off a lug that they broke! You might as well just go to the dealership.

They didnt tell me the front tires i purchased and they installed didnt cone with White tire brand lettering to match my rear tires,So i bought Black Sharpie paint markers to cover up my rear tires Brand name to match the front{i hope the paint dont come off no time soon}

This place was terrible. There were 4 employees behind the counter. I was the second person in line. All 4 people were crowded around the computer, After waiting 25 minutes for someone to help me, the person behind the computer told the employee next to him to write up a ticket for someone who had just gotten there, bypassing three other people waiting in line. I just walked out-4 people standing there and all four of them acted like I was invisible. No excuse for that whatsoever. Poor reflection on Walmart. Really? Is this the standard you aspire to?

The guy helping me was absolutely lost gave bad Information quotes me on tires I didnt choose then took 10 minutes to come back and say we dont have them anyway! Never going back!

Dont recommend this auto service. Was told to told that they opened for 7am. I was there for 6am on Saturday to have tires installed and no showed up until 7:10am. At 7:20 am I learned that I couldnt get the tires installed until 11am. There was only one technician and I was told you need two to install tires and the second tech would not be there until 11am.THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

Spent 2.5 hours. They mixed up the paperwork and put my tires on someone else’s car. Gave up and left. Prices are good but work is slow and sloppy.

Customers service sucks in the automotive department. No welcome, no greetings, no eye to eye contact, definitely no smiles. Some of the Techs know what they are doing. Did not get what I paid for. Bare minimum service. Department needs improvement.

I was at Wal-Mart trying to get propane and again its like wally world. One lady said they had propane and the other said they were out. Paid for my propane and waited to find out they were out. I told the lady they will be just like Sears if they keep up.all we want is customer service. I dont know why I go there. I think I am done with Wal-Mart. They really dont care.

Cashiers are too slow. They always have quite a few people waiting to be helped and the cashiers couldnt go slower if they tried.

Waited 2 hours for an oil change and still couldnt get it! One service man stopped working on an oil change to pur air in someone elses tire. Then 2 of them were working on 1 oil change! So disappiinted!!!

No one greeted you or communicated in any way. I left after 15 minutes and trying to get someones attention.

They do not put the oil & oil filter that i requested and paid for. Instead they used the basic stuff they had in stock.

So I went there yesterday to get an oil change there were a few cars before me so I knew it might be a wait when they finally got to my truck the mechanic came and asked who the truck was for and and I said me he tells me that they can’t do my oil change because my oil pan was damaged and that the fluids were going to hard threw the pipe and Walmart wouldn’t allow them to do it so i first asked if he could put it on paper so I could show a mechanic he didn’t want to and told me they should know what it was if I just told them then I asked if I had oil in the truck he said yes so I asked why they wanted me to sign a disclaimer for low oil with no explanation given then he said they had oil in it just wasn’t showing on the dip stick so I leave after waiting two hours for nothing then I go to a speedy oil change across the river off broad and they did my oil change topped off my fluids within 20 min so I call bs on Walmart I won’t ever go there to get an oil change or any other work done for my truck because they either lazy or just don’t know what they doing.

Was there at 8:45am.Only 1 machanic on duty and 3 customers ahead of me still waiting.

Waited 3 hours for two tires, got there right at 8, they opened at 8:35. The Lapalco Walmart did the same work in 45 in the middle of the day. Had to go to both because every Walmart only had two tires for my car. Seems to be a hopelessly inefficient system.
