Great value and service. They were recommended by quite a few people that know much more about boats than I do. They exceeded expectations and proved that they really cared about taking care of my boat and making sure I was happy with the final outcome.
Store my boat here. They launch, refuel (reasonably priced for non ethanol gas, not legalized robbery), bait and supplies available. They even package it for your vessel before launch and your ready to go when you get there. Industrial canal docks give easy access to restrooms when we are out just riding or tubing/skiing. I can go to marsh area, MRGO, Lakes Borne or Pontchartrain all in a matter of minutes.
Class A establishment, very well kept and professional.
I have been in New Orleans 22 years and knew nothing about this area. A well kept secret. A developers dream.
I dropped my boat off for an inspection after a mouse chewed a few things and I wanted to make sure nothing else was damaged. Also, my windshield had a few stripped screws along with one of my navigation lights needing to be replaced. I was told it would take two weeks max when I dropped the boy off. Now, 4 weeks later. The boat yard manager (forgot his name but maybe Erin?) refuses to answer the phone and after 4 or five messages, never calls back. Overall, the poor costumer service make me 100% sure I’ll never go back. Just be prepared to drop your boat off and not fish for weeks and weeks if you decide to use their service. Everyone was nice and I loved the women who worked inside but everything else is just poor costumer service.
A 5 star for excellent, great, beautiful, and laid back environment, atmosphere. The number one mobile home place.
Good and cheap a little older but has character
Good Marina very protected needs some maintenance on dock structure and power
The best in the business.
Great place to keep your boat and trailer or get your boat serviced.
Very nice atmosphere. We sat outside because we had a dog with us. The waitress was especially accommodating and competent, I think her name was Emily. Food was good.
Amazing ribs! Restaurant on the water. Beautiful place. Menu is versatile, Seafood as well. Try the smoked wings as an appetizer. Stream Buckets. Ask for the owner Karen. She may surprise you and be your waitress.
Fast, friendly, convenient. A touch of Florida paradise in an otherwise nasty canal.
I have been frequenting Seabrook for 3 years working on our boats that are imported into New Orleans. The owners and staff are amazingly helpful and willing to bend over backwards for you. Great people and wonderful place to stop with a nice ship store, heads, easy access to ICW and the Lake, and techs on hand. Huge high n dry storage as well as wet slips for the short or long time skipper. Stop by and say hi, you wont regret it. Best Marina in New Orleans by far.
I was actually at Lakefront Airport but flying over sea Brook Harbor. Awesome experience
Didnt have live shrimp the whole time i kept the boat there. had apt. to have work done to boat yet they could never call me when it was scheduled or when it was finished and they didnt even fix the problem yet they charged me for the work. they had the yard jockey work on it even though they said it would be a certified oem mechanic. they talk a good talk, but dont deliver....
Great hidden gem. Full service marina with storage. Friendly staff and amazing service.
Beautiful place peaceful n dog friendly
I had my yacht in for repairs. WOW great service! I was walked through the entire process with Aaron and Stephanie. they were the best!
I had the same experience as Jim. Be aware of the additional cost and additional fees on top of the additional cost and additional processing fees. A $1700 bottom job ended up close to $3100.
Had a good time playing in the water on the beach area with my family
Great DIY boat yard. Theyll let you live on your boat while its hauled out. You can borrow their truck to get groceries!
They have a wonderful lift plenty of security good place to dry dock your boat you wont regret it
Easy to get to full service Marina and boat yard. Great facility.
This is a great place to have your boats bottom painted and boat polished all in one sitting! Thank you Seabrook!
Every time we take our boat there, as nice as the owners are, the workmanship is not up to par and very overpriced. Example: portholes leaking; so they glued every porthole shut. Sheer stupidity. It takes a lot of time to have work redone.
New nice addition very clean Im from New Orleans and I would like to stay here
Seemed like hidden pricing, quoted me a price then when boat was there added 2000 on top
Awesome place with very nice people that know what they are doing.
The dry stack Harbor is a pricy service, but often worth it. The mechanical and structural Marine service has been a bit slow with my requests, but given the lack of service-mindset in this city, Im thinking this might be the best boat place here.
Great place for boat storage and more
Great place
Awesome place the guys that drive the lift are the best!!!
Very nice marina and hurricane hole.
Frendly Staff
