I would leave zero stars if it was possible. My girlfriend and I were shopping, we were not greeted by any of the 3 employees on at the time. The employees were on their on their cellphones the whole time. When we were paying the employees rolled their eyes like this was an inconvenience to them. If this is the level of employees that you have then just get security and make it self-serve

The customer service is terrible the workers are very rudenever go back

While entering the store I wasnt greeted. I had to actually grab an employee to help me with a size of a heel, when I asked her certain questions she copped an attitude and told me I can go online and look. She wasnt knowledgeable of anything that I asked her. This is mostly why I shop online with Steve Madden all the time. Inside store associates always be cute but plenty of bad attitude.

More than a few employees in duty... no one greeted us when we walked in. Looked me in my face brushed past me in the aisle and didn’t say hello or asked if I needed anything. I love Steve Madden but I refuse to patronize a store with such bad customer service

By far the worst customer service Ive experienced at a retail store. There were 2 employees working at the time; a girl (Brittany) checking me out and another male manager. They didnt have one pair of shoes in store so I decided to order them and have them sent to my house. Brittany had no idea how to order for delivery, which is fine, but the manager was very unhelpful to her and she ended up just writing down my order on paper (which should have been a red flag to me but I wanted to give the process the benefit of the doubt). After 2 weeks, 4 phone calls to the store, and just as many promises that the order had been made, I have still received nothing. Im still trying to get a refund for the shoes now but it has been a really disappointing and frustrating experience. I wouldnt suggest anyone to shop at this location.

The shoes run small

That store does not work, the emeadas are on the phone all the time and with very bad character.

Customer service is disgusting, i will never go backI went with my daughter, I was not treated in a good way, a worker frowned at me because I sat down to fix my shoe, I asked her what was happening, she behaved very rude, she was on the phone all the time and the worst thing is that here they are does nothing

If I could I did not give stars the staff is nefarious
