Unreal service. I picked out a cute present for my 3 year old granddaughter I actually found the item in Adpore magazine.I paid for with cc over the phone as it was very close to Easter. I picked the item up on SaturdaY and did not check as it was in a very attractive bag.Easter Sunday we realized it was the wrong item and called the store on Monday . Long story short the shop owner said ..please keep the item and we will issue a full credit. Exceptional gesture and excellent service and good will.

I had wanted to visit this shop for years. Finally I, a trip to New Orleans made the time to go. Shop has lovely things. I shopped took my items to the desk for check out there was a man and woman behind the desk. Neither greeted nor spoke to me. Finally the man bellowed at the younger girl working there can you help her meaning me as he stormed to,another part of the store. The young lady was delightful and took very good care of me. However I will not be visiting the store nor would I recommend my friends go there. I may be wrong but I believe good customer service is the life blood of a business. Perhaps Hazelnut should send the man and woman home and let the younger woman take care of the business.

Gorgeous merchandise. Wanted to purchase one of everything. Bought a gift, it was wrapped beautifully, carefully and shipped. No problems. Lovely to work with.
