The marble I chose for my kitchen cabinet and bathroom is rich and beautiful. the installation of both was absolutely perfect, and I could not be more pleased. There prices are very reasonable, and give 5 star quality installation. I will use them again, and recommend them to all my friends!

Great people, I choose Persian Pearl and it looked wonderful on my cabinets! The install did take a while… But not their fault, Hurricane Ida just happened to pass by lol. Had some Hurricane damage, they were nice enough to still fix my cabinet even though it wasn’t their fault.

I visited this business July 1st 2021. I have never entered a place of business where I was treated as if I wasn’t there. Awful people skills and of the 2 men in the place, neither appeared to be friendly or offer any services.Will never return nor recommend anyone else to visit!

Redid my whole kitchen and bathroom at a great price here. Sometimes it takes a while to get ahold of someone, but eventually they reach back out. I would recommend still because they are great people

The outlet is totally disorganized and a mess. That wouldnt be an big issue, but I got two estimates, but then they had to come out to measure (despite my kitchen being 8 feet with a sink cut out and two 22 inches pieces). I found a remnant for the exact size I needed and asked for them to look for another piece. Never heard back. Suddenly my $1300.00 price tag was $1500.00. They wanted to charge me $150.00 to bring the material upstairs. I asked/called around no one charges $150.00 to bring material to a second story. I asked them to work with me and to honor the original estimate (plus adding on the additional cost since the granite I wanted was more expensive than the first time I was there).No.What is we split the additional fee?No.What if you take back the extra 60 inches of granite that I didnt need and re-sell it?No.I asked them if they were willing to lose the business and the owner said there is nothing we can do.I took my business elsewhere (as they suggested). I went to DL Cabinetry. I found a very similar piece of granite for less money and they charged $450.00 to install (no extra charge to go upstairs). Installed it the next day and the cost was less than $1000.00. I ended up saving over $500.00 going with DL! Yeah! I wont go back to US Stone Outlet.

My contractor recommended me to visit us stone outlet to look over their cabinets, granite, and quartz. The selections were ok, very similar to the other stores. They were able to finish my kitchen before the holidays!!!! So greateful and thanks to the young lady who helped me in the store. She was very kind and sweet. I will definitely reach back out when im ready to redo my master bathroom!

For most part US keeps us on the know for the jobs we have in the works with them. Our last job with them they lost our job request information for some vanities and set us back a few weeks. All during the Covid-19 pandemic 2020... it was like par for the course with a lot of products, just not getting processed, lost, put on back order or not available when they said it would be. Everything got worked out but we lost several weeks with the project not getting finished in a timely manner.

I would give this company 10 star if google lets me. The people that work there are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this guy named Ga Sing for hes very helpful and was patient enough to cater to all our kitchen and bathroom needs from the beginning until the end.

Highly recommended! Came out and delivered even earlier than promised! Very professional! Very prompt and courteous! Definitely a pleasure to deal with and will do business again! My wife loves the countertops! Being that I am a contractor in the New Orleans area, this is definitely my “go-to” guys for all of my countertop needs. Thanks again guys!

Ive now used this company twice for a simple countertop install. The first time, it was great. Easy, no problems. This second time has been a huge hassle. We went in, selected the granite and scheduled the measurements. We did not want a sink. They came out and measured on March 1. I have since been in there three times trying to get the granite installed. The first two times, they couldnt find the measurements. They finally called us on the afternoon of Monday, March 19 saying to come in and theyd install on Friday. I went in a third time on March 20 to try to pay/ensure they were coming out Friday. They still! couldnt find the measurements. They managed to find my first install, and thought it was the current one. Luckily, they mentioned the name of the granite or Im sure they would have shown up with the wrong one. Even though they couldnt find my measurements, they went ahead and charged me (its a single 8ft slab, it shouldnt have required three trips to get this done). They were supposed to show up between 10:30 and 11am today for installation. They showed up at 12:40pm with a sink as well. I called the company to let them know that we didnt order a sink, and while they are refunding the money for that, the lovely gentleman hung up on me. Theres one salesman there who is a delight to deal with, the other is rude and wasting your time. At this point, Im only shocked they showed up with the right granite. I certainly cant imagine trusting them with cabinets or something other than one slab with a sink cut out of it.

I have used them on and off for cabinets and/or granite depending on the project for the last 7 years. I use various granite stores (Elysian, Airline, Vets, and Kenner). I prefer the Elysian and Airline location because of proximity and for other reasons (3-stars is average, 4 is above average).Prices are competitive. Granite colors are marginally better. Note: the N.O. East competitor has the cabinets colored inside as well, not just the outside. Their show room is nicer in the East but Im not one for aesthetics. (Unrelated: There is a Metairie store closer to Power Blvd seems to have sold to another group.)Both stores I frequent dont have extra staff so waits can be 0 minutes to 15 minutes (phone calls are 50:50 in someone picking up @ both competitors). Overall, most of the time is fine but I ordered cabinets a month in advance (2020) and did not receive within the quoted 7-10 business days. My measurements were off by several inches (could be 2-6 inches but thats what fillers are for) when they measured the week after, and since I did not account for a 2nd window they had to order new cabinets to fix my issue.NOTE: They do NOT keep cabinets in stock. They have tons of countertops available, but they no not store cabinets so if you need something sooner, look elsewhere. If you plan ahead, Id say do it 3 weeks before install.

I drove out to the showroom in May and chose cabinet and countertop combination, emailed my new construction plans to the salesperson I was working with and never heard back from them again. I emailed multiple times in June in order to get a quote and to discuss plans. In the one email response I received, I was asked for the property address so my estimate could be looked up and never received an estimate or another email. After not hearing back in email form I called and spoke with Robert Ristow, who told me he had never received any emails. I then forwarded him the email that he had sent me in hopes of moving forward and potentially jogging his memory. That was July. I never heard another word. My contractor went there in August to see if any work had been accomplished and they told him that they had no record of plans or choices. Perhaps this is a fluke. But buyer beware, with this kind of customer service its better to find a cabinet company that doesnt appear to be put out by someone asking them to build cabinets.
