Horrible customer service, 2 managers were very nice about an issue needing solving... took about 4 hours. One lady on the other hand told me I cant help you from start, then same manager started to get an attitude with me quickly so I left.

The only place I shop! Best prices by far, plus it’s got versatile items — from groceries, to sporting goods, crafting, kitchen goods, etc. — it’s got it all in one place! And did I mention you can’t beat the prices? :) =D

An employee stole my phone !!!!on 06/04/21.I literally walk off from my basket for 3-5 seconds because I forgot my wallet in the car. I came back to my basket and my phone was gone. I had my head phones on, so I literally herd my phone click to shut off. I knew for sure someone had my phone. I was devastated. The feeling of anxiety rushed to my brain and body. I was empty and afraid. I couldn’t believe my phone was gone ! I ran to the officer and told him someone stole my phone. The officer on duty Mr. Robinson was awesome. He took care of me and located my phone. The security team was great too.It wasn’t until the manager came to handle the situation. I was not going to even report this situation until the treatment I received from the manager. The manager was unprofessional. The manager asked me, “what you need.” I said, “ I need to get my refrigerated items again because they where sitting outside for 2-3 hours.” He told he will get someone to get the items for me. I waited 30 minutes and nothing. So I decided to walk to customer service. I saw my basket with all my items. They where all out of the bags. NO BAGS ! I had my stuff in bags when the employee stole my phone. The refrigerated items where not exchanged. He told me I had to go get them. He said, “get whatever you need.” If you remember, he told me he was going to have someone do it for me and now he is telling me I had to go get it myself. I didn’t argue. He said you are good to go. I didn’t feel like arguing about my bags or the fact that he didn’t get someone to exchange my refrigerated items. I came home with a headache and now feeling worst then I felt yesterday.

I prefer this location vs the Manhattan one thats closer to my home. More variety. Clean and organized.

Service desk associates directed me outside for online pickup, it was inside. Wrong telephone number displayed. Waited 25 minutes for merchandise. Inquired and waited another 20 minutes. Total of 57 minutes just to pickup an online purchase. Will NEVER go there again.

They never have enough cashiers register open. one time where I got so frustrated I left my groceries and went to Target instead. I did the same thing at a Walmart in New Orleans, left and went to Rouses. Walmart makes too much money not to have enough cashiers open for check out. Moreover, the customer service lines are always long too.

Awful store. Poorly stocked, and poorly staffed. Most of the self serve checkout registers aren’t working, and there are always long lines to get checked out. Walmart needs to do away with self serve checkout. I don’t work there, and I resent the fact that I have to check my own groceries out. There’s never enough shopping carts. For the last couple of months I have had to go into the parking lot to find a cart, since there are none inside the store. The only reason I keep going is because it is the only Walmart nearby my neighborhood, and for the affordability. But the constant frustration is awful.

Last night go to buy something, and stay in the line for.long time, when go pay not acepted cash, in all store,WHY NO.PUT ONE SIGN OUTSIDE, NOT ACEPTED CASH PAYMENTS, and the ppl not go inside for list time if not have card. for pay

Wal-Mart grocery is nice and clean. One thing I disliked was the fact that everyone has to use self checkout and the lines get backed up. Overall not bad to shop at.

The parking lot is always littered with garbage and has a funky smell. Inside the store is fairly clean but never can find a buggy inside, make sure to always grab one from the parking lot on your way in.

Internet been down for a while since Ida. So many customers trying to use pickup service. There was a sizable wait time to park in a space to pickup order.

Fast and friendly associates, lots of fast moving self check. Redfish pies are fresh if they not sold out. Tire shop towards the back have your size available:}=

These days, I am the buggy boy, cashier and the bagger.... WHERE IS MY EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT???? I hate going out on the parking lot to search out a basket. The lady at the door never tells you before you get all the way in to discover you need to go seek a basket. No one to answer questions or for price checks at the SELF CHECK OUT!!! Then after gathering items, waiting ( 10-15min)by locked cabinets for items I need... I have to ring up and bag my own groceries. A disable persons nightmare!!! Many days I walk in and just turn and leave without my groceries. Its awful!!!!!

I was buying some stuff.,this afternoon around 6:30pm, someone broke my truck glass and stole my wife wallet,Walmart should pay my glass .,then have a security., I call the police but they never show up.,to bad bad.

For a Wal-mart...I was disappointed in the lack of stocked shelves. I definitely would find another place to get my produce. The biggest problem is there are not enough shopping carts!! Where are all the shopping carts, Walmart?? If you want people to spend money in your store, and not limit them to what they can carry in their arms, then you have to provide shopping carts!!!

Pleasant surprise from this Walmart. Fully stocked and friendly staff. Makes the Walmart in my town look like its going to close any day now.

Its a Walmart. Lines of people, no carts, no checkers. Its becoming a DIY store start to finish. Soon theyll just put cases out on floors instead of putting things on shelves.

I placed an online order for pickup. I arrived on time. I parked in an appropriate parking spot and waited for over an hour. After 45 minutes, I went inside to find out where my order was. I got no explanation or apology. Instead I was instructed to return to my vehicle and someone would be right out. After another 20 minutes. I went back inside and canceled my order. I was told that my order was canceled and a refund would be issued. I went home and recieved a notification that my order was picked up at 7:28pm and attached was a purchase receipt.The order was roughly $250..No chance that you guys are keeping my money.I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY

Standard too many shoppers not enough staff. Not trashy. But not spectacular. If its the one closest. Itll get the job done. :)

Super Walmart have thing that somethings that the other dont carry.

This is a lower cost 2 star chain hotel located just out of main stream New Orleans. The hotel was generally clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Our only problems during our 2 week stay was Wi-Fi that was very poor on the third floor and one weekend night that the trash in the public areas was not picked up. The poor Wi-Fi was partially eliminated by moving to another room where the Wi-Fi was much better, but not quite right.The weekly rate was so good that we plan to stay there again.

The food had an hot arrival from the kitchen while enjoying the visit with Brother and Father!

Has everything you need. Megastore Walmart. Has salons and Subway. Furniture and home goods are there. Has a pharmacy. Has all fishing and gardens stuff. Carts for kids are available. Parking is free and available. Kid friendly and handicap-friendly.

With Covid, were doing a lot of pickup orders. Service is generally good, although the app can be slow and wonky. Just wish they allowed us to choose what could be subbed if they are out of an ordered item. I must do no substitutes because the shoppers tastes and my needs dont match.

A lot of the products dont have prices on them and the ones that do have prices have small writing to where you cant read them and some are on the very bottom of the Shelf where you have to lean over or get on your knees to read them

I have been picking my groceries up since before the pandemic. Normally I dont have any issues but more than 1/2 of my 18 eggs were broken and leaking all over.

I mean at some point all the Walmarts kind of run together as one. but there is a few that kind of stick out in your mind. The employees in this one were very helpful. The store was clean and items were easily found.

I hate Walmart on Behrman Highway in New Orleans. The Grocery Order Pickup is horrible! Rude and lazy and refuse to answer the phone. They leave you sitting and waiting for over 25 mins for a pickup and only one other customer was there at the same time.When asking for a manager, they talk in circles and lie and get an attitude. Some folks just dont appreciate having a job and take advantage of other folks and their time. So, I guess Ill be writing to corporate.Thanks to Levitus or whatever she said her name was.

Today, Terrible. Waited in line at self checkout for 25 minutes only to find out the register I was at was cash only. This was after Id started unloading my cart. The associate tells me, Its on the screen. How am I to know that with two other customers in front of me.

Disrespectful, rude staff! Was there w/an older friend of mine and they only had 1 electric cart...VERY inconvenient for ppl w/physical disabilities.

The employees were very helpful and polite they helped us find exactly what was needed. A mask was required. A very good experience.

Every time I go into this place there are long lines at the very few registers they have open.I been here five times since we moved here and each time I experienced a twenty to thirty minute wait in line to get checked out.Anytime after 5pm is an absolute nightmare and very crowded and again...about 4 or 5 registers going with very long lines.

This okay some had most items stocked and ready to go. People are cleaning up as I was shopping and sanitizing. Cart cleansing wipes and hand sanitizing cloths readily available upin entrance.
