Much much MUCH better than going anywhere else and hunting amongst a wall of bulbs for the correct size. Was in and out in less that 5 minutes and bought 8 bulbs of varying types to fit odd fixtures. If I tried that at Home Depot it would have taken an hour!

Wait was VERY long, but they did have what I needed

I purchased photo cells for a job two of them did not work. I went to return them and told them they did not work and was asked if they had been installed. Well yeah they had been installed Thats how I know they didnt work. The lady then went back to speak with a manager and said they would not return them because he was not sure what voltage had been hooked up to it or if they were defective. This company uses this terrible policy to rip people off. They sell junk and this is how they get away with it. W save yourself a headache and do not purchase this companys defective products that they refuse to stand behind. Update I appreciate them trying to make it good. They brought me out new photo cells. They will be exchange product just not refund which is difficult when you are on an job and not close to the business. Thank you for trying to make it right.

Excellent customer service! They had the exact spot light bulbs and antique bulbs I needed.

Awful. They didnt have the 40W appliance bulb I needed. They made me wait 30 minutes for a $4.50 exchange. Then, the shoddy replacement bulb I had to go back twice for burned out in less than twenty-four hours. Dont waste your time.
