They usually do great for my company. However my first real interaction with them when I had to have them re do a proof because parts of embroidery was crooked one of workers rolled her eyes, threw their head back and covered it with something they were working on. The one helping me was nice but the company as a whole didnt really understand why I couldnt ok crooked embroidery on something that would be up front and center to the public abd clients.
