Good lord do not call that place and ask for the owner. Lady was say since you dont know their name, you dont need to speak to them. She then hung up. Absoluetly one way to kill a business. She was the only one at the store on 03.26.21 at 10:35am.

Stopped in to browse and ended up getting some great souvenirs and excellent customer service. The location we visited was out of stock in the size of a specific shirt we wanted to purchase. The store sales person apologized and immediately checked the stock and noted the other location in the French Quarter had it available. He proceeded to call the store and let them know we would be heading there later and gave us a coupon for 20% off because of the inconvenience. Great customer service!
