The young man who waited on me was very attentive and very nice. He was so patient with all the questions I was asking. Once I made my choice he was great at serving my order to me without showing any signs of discomfort. He was truly what most businesses are looking to hire and I wish him well in his career.

When I got there they had the handicap accessibility entrance locked. The sign directed everyone to the front. The parking in the front is street side and anyone handicap cannot get up to the sidewalk because the entrance to the sidewalk is far and the curb is so high its difficult to get up if youre handicap. When walking around from the back to the front there is no handicap ramp so you have to walk over some broken pipe fixtures to get to the front door. While there at least 1 employee unlock the handicap entrance door and came in. When I asked why it was locked and why they didnt accommodate the handicap I didnt get an answer. I asked could I go out that door since and employee was able to enter and I was told no I had to go back out the front door and go all the way to the back. That is unacceptable for a business like that to not make the handicap entrance accessible. And, yes I am handicap and I parked in the back because I cant get up to the sidewalk without assistance. Until that situation is corrected I will not go to that Baskin Robbins again and I will be reporting it to the city that the handicap accessible entrance is locked and inaccessible to people who have a handicap. Im completely disappointed. Especially since NO ONE could give an explanation as to why. Management needs to do better!!!! Hopefully someone cares enough to apologize for my inconvenience, but Im not holding my breath.

I’ve visited this location several times and have had a wonderful experience each time. Baskin-Robbins N. Carrollton has a cordial staff who are very engaged and welcoming (and generous with the scoop portions ;)).The location is great as it is in proximity of a variety of retail and restaurants.

In all my life, never have I found it necessary to complain about anything at all in regards to food, or service, until tonight. As a career server, of 23 years, it never dawned on me that a hot topping would be packaged together with ice cream. Common sense just doesn’t allow for such an obviously poor decision. Add to that the disrespectful attitude of a staff that clearly does not understand what it means to be a part of the rich tradition of food service in New Orleans, and you have a recipe for disaster. And that is exactly what showed up at my house tonight: a melted disaster. Train your staff in proper food handling and storage protocol, and then train them on what customer service is. This is the first time in my life that I have ever complained. But, after hearing every food service rookie excuse in the book, it couldn’t be avoided. I know this experience doesn’t represent baskin robbins as a whole, but it definitely signifies a decline in what was once a great family vibe. I felt like a bother, not a valued guest. Y’all can and should be doing better.

The twisted eye lady is so mean I don’t know why she’s still there, she’s get an attitude... plus the other guy he also have an attitude, very much not coming here anymore so unprofessional... making me hate Baskin Robins. I hope they get fired because they both unprofessional.

I found hair in my ice cream at the bottom of my cup. Gross! Service was poor. Two people working. One fulfilling orders and another one moping the floor. No spoon given with my order. No hand washing between customers. What’s up with that? Not satisfied at all.

Got banana split here yesterday. I got the creole cream cheese, Snickers, and some kind of cake. The ice cream was really good and the guy who helped was good about letting us sample flavors. The thing that knocked off two stars was the nuts put on my ice cream. When someone offers nuts, they generally mean peanuts. They have almonds. They have a lot of almonds! I absolutely do not like almonds. It shouldve been specified that they have almonds instead of peanuts. The large amount of almonds ruined my banana split and I wished I actually had peanuts. As I mentioned earlier, the ice cream itself was really good. The banana was too.

I dont like that they make everyone stand outside and have the store closed off.

I frequent this location because it is near my house. It is usually a wonderful experience. But a couple of days ago when the associate wouldnt make a milkshake 20 minutes before they closed because she said the milkshake machine was already turned off I was very unhappy.

We went in new years eve which they should have closed at 8pm. Well... we arrived at 7:50 and they had the doors closed already. They refused to open even though a couple of people had just got there. I showed them the time and they conpmegely ignored us. We were very dissapointed.
