I lost faith in this place.1) They always have only the junk version of what I need in stock.2) It got to a point where I could at least rely on them for the heavy duty rubber gloves I need for shucking oysters. I go in one day and buy the last pair. I make it real clear to the guy that I will be back in one week for another pair. He said We will try to get it. If all else fails, when you come in, if we are out we can get them delivered from another store. I said Yeah, so just do that now cause, in 1 week I will need new gloves ... I show up a week later and there are no gloves.It worked to my benefit though. I found a bulk distributer for the gloves that sells them at a quarter of the price, by the dozen. I was paying like 9$ a pair. Now I pay like $2.50 a pair. To be REAL CLEAR though, Alack could have got 9 bucks a week from me for infinity if I could rely on them to actually have what I need. I dont care about the savings. I care about not shucking my hands (which I did twice the day they were out ... thanks Alack)You couldnt get gloves for a constant customer in an entire week but, I got them shipped in bulk to my house in 2 days. I will never go back. This experience is so poor and without excuse that somebody probably needs to be fired. You can probably start with the little fat dude that doesnt seem to understand how long a week is.

Didnt purchase much here but from what I can tell they have reasonable prices for restaurant quality goods. Consider buying here for your home for better quality than whats available at typical big box stores.

I gave the sales guy specifications of a quote and he still could not get it right. I had to have him change the quote to the right dimensions 3 times. When it came time to deliver the equipment their delivery drivers stated they could not get the refrigerators through the door. They also stated that it was the sales guys JOB to come and take measurements for customers in which they did not. They delivery people could have worked to get them through but kept insisting that they couldnt. The sales guy still charged me a $400 delivery fee + the freight even though they did not deliver the refrigerators. We were going to reorder single door refrigerators from them but he would not waive the new delivery charge. Basically said it was all our fault that the equipment could not fit when actually they are supposed to come and measure. The customer service was horrible and they did nothing to try and keep our business. Ive called to try to speak with somebody in corporate to no avail of course. I will never do business with these guys again and would warn you before you do so that customers service has a lot to be desired from this place. Order your equipment from elsewhere before considering doing business with Alack. I should have read these reviews before doing business with them.

Fought traffic to arrive around 5. Google and their call in line clearly state that they are open until 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:01 to a locked gate and no answer on the telephone. Huge inconvenience.
