Held my generator for (6) weeks. Left ($100) deposit. Returned multiple times (he Did purchase a carburetor) but after multiple attempts to pick it up, I finally gave up and went to pick it up. He THEN informed me I had a small balance, and that I only had a $65 deposit! When I corrected him and said I had $100 deposit he said, “oh yeah the balance is only $22”! Remember he did nothing, (Held the generator for 6 weeks ) had his customer returned multiple times, THEN couldn’t resist charging another $22 before I could get out of there! (this is all for a carburetor that probably cost about $30 bucks $40 bucks)! Do you self a favor and find a more professional shop! (the place is an unorganized mess) Literally and figuratively!

Had a small problem with my self propelled mower and Mr. Williams took care of it on the spot. Made a phone to the part shop to check if they had in stock which they did have it. They put it on the side for me to pick up with no problem, once I arrived with the part it was put on with no problem and price was very reasonable.

Very professional and courteous service. Sent in gas mower for repairs with a reasonable price. When it continued having problems later on with the carburetor, Mr. Williams replaced it free of charge. This shop delivers on good value compared to other repair shops around here.

Horrible business!!! Brought in my pressure washer 2 days b4 Thanksgiving, was never called about progress. I had to reach out to them. Didnt get notice that machine was ready until after New Years. Then was told the repair was a little more that 2/3 the cost of a brand new machine. Not only that I was rushed to pick up the machine and was charged $25/day storage fee. Not paying that...Never going back....

Nice to find a honest and helpful business for my lawn equipment!I had my blower serviced by them a few months ago and it worked fine until I changed gas. I brought it back and they immediately they new that my gas was contaminated with water. Luckily it had not damaged the carburetor. Williams and Williams had me back on my way in no time.

Great service, fast turn-around, very professional, but I felt it was pretty expensive, at least compared to other places Ive used. My bill came to $152 for a tune-up, on a mower I bought used for $100 that I let sit over the winter. My fault for not checking more closely into the price first (and for letting it sit of course), but on the bright side mower is working great now.

Looked up small motor shop to repair some machinery our business needs to service our clients. Mr. Williams gave us a warm welcome and stated hed get us an answer very quick on the repairs. By morning the next day we were picking it up. I feel the price was reasonable. Service was great. From one businessman to another.... kudos.

Prompt and efficient service with no nonsense, done by next day. A bit pricey but Im just glad to not have to buy new equipment. Paid 168 for lawnmower and weed whacker to be drained and cleaned after last flood.

Got an old mower fully tuned up and ran great. When it gave me trouble after a little under 10 hours of running time they looked at it and replaced a spark plug for free. Runs fine now. Solid guys that stand by their work

Mr Williams gave me great service on my lawnmower this summer. It worked flawlessly all season. A week ago, I couldnt get it started, so I dropped it off for him to look at. He called, said it was ready. When I picked it up, he said, it was a minor problem, no charge!! Hes a professional craftsman for sure, but adding friendliness and generosity make him a rarity in todays world!! Ill refer him in a New York second!

Kept my mothers riding mower for over a month and could not fix it. Made many excuses about what it could have been and returned it to her broken. Btw, he kept the $125.

The owners were very polite, answered all of my questions, explained how to avoid a future problem, and repaired my lawnmower promptly. It was ready for pickup the same day.I highly recommend Williams and Williams! It’s hard to find a nice friendly place these days... glad I did!Claire

Great service! Brought in my pressure washer that needed carburetor work. Quick, courteous service and reasonable prices. Was convenient that he was open on Saturday for a few hours because its hard for some to take off work to arrange drop-offs, etc.

Took my lawn mower in for a very simple starter coil repair. Took the mower home and it wasn’t fixed. Same problem. Took the starter back to them. They didn’t wanna fix the old starter so they tried to sell me a difffernt one. I told them that they needed to fix it or give me the new one for free - id already paid them $90 for an easy fix that they botched up! Finally they just gave me a different starter probably to shut me up. WHEN I GOT HOME AND PUT THAT STARTER ON MY MOWER IT WAS ALSO BROKEN! Not to mention they talked over me the whole time and kept telling me my mowerwas old and I should just buy a different one from them. I didn’t feel respected or heard and moreover I wasted almost $100 for a still broken starter. Do what you will with this information.

Called Mr. Williams late afternoon Wednesday and gave a run-down of the issues I was having with my mower. He told me to drop it off and had it available for pickup the following day; worked as good as new. The price was reasonable, especially considering how fast the service was.

This guy has had my chainsaw for over a month. It had a fuel leak. I dropped it off on a Thursday, he said he was busy but hed have it ready by Monday and he would call me. Two weeks later I called and he said he was waiting on a fuel line. A week later I went to the shop and he hadnt even started on it. Then another week went by and it wasnt done. Now he himself had it back together and Im waiting at the shop. Worst service Ive had. Im not sure what these other people are talking about with quick turn around and five day service... Definitely not my experience. I strongly advise finding a different place to bring your equipment. *Update- The saw still isnt running and I demanded my deposit back.

Mr. Williams runs a great shop. I thought my mower was done for. I dropped it off in the afternoon and had it back first thing the next the next morning. It runs like its brand new. I can’t recommend them enough.

Brought my smoking Craftsman riding mower to Mr. Darrell Williams and told him I thought a head gasket needed replacing due some internet searches I conducted. He found out it was a faulty fuel pump, replaced it plus changed my oil. He saved me a good bit of money. He also provided some pointers on the proper use of engine speeds which will allow my mower to last longer. It is hard to find honest repair shops these days and I am glad I was able to find his. A gem of a guy! I will not go anywhere else.

I am very grateful for mr williams and his band of sons and colleagues... always prompt and well-priced and EFFECTIVE service.... i always get a laugh to boot and learn a thing or two about small motors... i bring my mower in each spring for a tune-up as well as when occasional bumps in the road (like cypress knees and dirt and dust and so on...) arise... great to have them in central/mid-city..

Mr. Williams is an absolute professional, and I highly recommend him and his shop. This afternoon I brought my edger in for a small repair, and he kindly took the time to show me the problem, fixing it within 10 minutes. Hes a super nice man, extremely knowledgable, and really values his customers.

We brought a small generator to Mr. Williams for a minor a repair. Over the phone he estimated it being a $20 repair. He ended up charging less. He was very pleasant and reasonable. Will definitely return with any small engine repairs.

I called 6 different lawn mower repair places around town. Either they didnt repair my brand or were backed up for 4-5 weeks. Called Williams & Williams, he told me to come by and hed have it for me the next day. I dropped it off at 9am and had it back repaired by 2pm the same day.

Daryl was very fair in his assessment and his price to repair my Echo trimmer. The trimmer was unfortunately beyond repair, but Daryl was upfront with that and did not try to get over on me. When I have a service need in the future, I’ll know where to bring the equipment.
