I have made a purchase from this company is the past and decided to purchase again. I placed an order and was put on the schedule for delivery a week and a half out, with a delivery window of 9-11am. On the date of delivery, DKI was a no call/no show. Someone from the office contacted the company and we were told that they will give us a call back...NO CALL BACK. We called again, and was told that it would be 2pm or we would could get it delivered the next morning.Finding out, the company changed our delivery time to accommodate UMC without notifying us. Time is money, and this has not only altered my schedule; however, I booked consultations around this delivery.The only resolution that they essentially came up with was 2pm or the next day..Unprofessional... Not to mention the owner is the one who changed my delivery schedule to accommodate another company.Small owned business and/or minority businesses seem to be constantly put to the back of the line.

I looked for a desk online for months, but couldnt find exactly what I wanted. After listening to all my wants and needs, Mark designed the PERFECT desk for me! It cost less than what I would have ordered online and was exactly what I needed for my space. The desk was delivered in just a week, and assembly was included in the very reasonable delivery cost. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling to find the right desk and storage for their office.

I was greeted at DKI as soon as I walked into the door. My co-worker and I came in to try out desk chairs. John helped fit us for the right chairs from a large selection in the show room. Im very happy with my experience.
