One of the best place to visit when you are in Nola! The riverwalk was so cool!

The Riverwalk is experiencing some devastating changes since 2022. Many empty storefronts. Some businesses are stocked well, clothing retailers appear to struggle. A couple of new stores. One which sells sports apparel is pretty nice. Pick your current sport star and buy his HS jersey. Nice concept. Very cool and great quality jerseys. Some throwbacks.

Went got coffee, beignets, and checked out the place. Great views. Came back on my bike the next day.

DO NOT FEED THE BIRDS OUTSIDE THE FOOD COURT. The place is very clean and its a bunch of stores to select from. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The mall is big so prepare to walk a little distance. I loved the Ralph Lauren outlet. It was one of the best I been to. I spent way too much money in there. The food court was great. We ate philly cheesesteaks. It took a little long to make but it was great. The women behind the counter was very friendly.

The place in itself is nice but needs more listings of outlet stores. While it says outlet, the prices in the stores such as sketchers were regular store prices and not outlet prices. Nonetheless, it is still a nice spot to visit.

Huge mall that sits on the river. There are beautiful outdoor areas to sit and watch the riverboats. Lots of stores and theres always sales.

A little renovation is still happening but this indoor mall on the banks of the Mississippi River is looking great!

Very nice mall, upscale stores. Very clean. The cruise ship outside must have been pumping the bilge though because it smelled truly terrible outside.

Plenty of spots to get souvenirs and discounted clothing. Food court has outdoor seating along the Mississippi River where you can watch boats and cruise ships in a relaxing environment.

Nice place nothing like the old River Walk but its new and improved. Nice look

I had a store there years ago, it is completely different, but absolutely beautiful

Could use a different perspective to make this place come alive again, the businesses are not bringing people in, there is nothing going on in this mall, If I owned this place I would have to have live music, an arcade, and a theatre. An indoor mall should be a magical place but over the years these places have lost all the magic and just want money and thats not going to bring anyone. Cater to the youth and what will bring them here to have fun and profits will go up. This could be a really cool place

Some of the stores in it show up on maps. More of a tourist trap than anything. Something to do and walk around if youre in town.Walking to the parking lot I saw that they have the American flag at the bottom of all the other flags in their parking lot. It should be rectified as soon as possible. Disgrace

Ill start by saying Im not from New Orleans, I came from the big city of Lake Charles. Let me tell you, yalls mall blows. Parking was super sketchy, and I had to pay to park which is absurd. There was a discount because I bought stuff in the mall which is equally absurd. Of course Im going to spend money here, I wouldnt just show up for kicks and giggles. Secondly, too many stairs. Why are there so many damn stairs for I guess maybe 30 stores? Give or take, its a very small mall and the selection of stores is really lacking. The food situation on the other hand is fantastic. From snacks to full lunches, this mall had a great variety of food places. We hit up Rock And Roll Sushi at the far end of the mall, next to the crystal/ new age shop. It was fantastic! Zero complaints from me, the sushi was good and the atmosphere was even better. Waitstaff was attentive and polite. The food took a little while to come out but we didnt mind we werent in a hurry, but maybe it would be an issue for someone else. All in all, I might come back to kill time again next time Im in New Orleans, but Ill try my best to find somewhere else.

Good location on waterfront. Under Armour had a good selection. Food court had a few choices. Bourbon chicken was good. Wish had more time to spend but other things to see.

Love the Riverwalk! A ton of good shops and all of the sales associates are friendly and professional! My favorite stores are Lids and the Puma store. Check out the food court too, the steak and fries place is delicious! 😋

I love my city! I came back home for the first time in almost 4 years. The Riverwalk was exactly what I needed to end off my vacation.

Good outlet mall right on the river front. Had great stores such as Sunglass Hut, Carters, Coach, and Kate Spade.

Cuz they claim to be an outlet store theres only one place its really an outlet which is Nordstroms everything else is Uber priced and factory stores but nothing is really discounted

This is just another shopping outlet, even if it is next to the most beautiful river in America. Of course, you cannot really see the river except occasionally and through windows that are far too small. Big prices, noisy crowds, and very few places to find an alcoholic drink. If you are on vacation I suggest you completely avoid this location. Shop at home. Find a place to party in New Orleans but please realize that this is not it!

Had an awesome time, jus walk around and browse didnt stores, did go into the puma and purchase a couple of items..

Tons of shops. Some good food. Love rock and roll sushi. Pleasant waitress really good food. Good price. Found some good deals.

A variety of stores to choose from, but its hit or miss with the selections that each store has to offer. They have various food options, as well as ice cream, smoothies, etc., and a frozen daiquiri bar which is convenient. Its conveniently located to the dowtown hotels and worth trying for last minute shopping needs or for a quick bite before going out for the night.

Practically NOBODY/CUSTOMERS due to COVID PANDEMIC.If you parked at the PUBLIC parking garage (not the Hilton parking), then the stores in the mall will NOT validate your parking.My wife spent $500+ at the Kate Spade store in the mall and they would NOT validate our parking bc we parked at the PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE and NOT the Hilton parking garage next to it. There were no signs telling us which one to park. Anyway, luckily parking was not that high relatively vs other big cities.

Nice shopping area...it closes too early 7pm?? Thats when your out and ready to wonder. Well needless to say we were out on the Riverwalk balcony and got locked in the mall. Have to use the service entrance to get out lol just glad I wasnt alone....it was creepy.

Not a big mall. The food court has a really good river view.

Urban malls tend to be falling out of favor, sadly. I often find myself looking for quick and accessible places to shop when I am in town for travel. This place is thriving. I was able to get the things I needed all within walking distance from my hotel near the Convention Center. This is not always easy in other cities. So glad to have such options here in New Orleans.

Food court was pretty empty....Not too many stores openIt does give a nice view of the river

Whether You Walk The Mall Or Ride The Boat, Its Still Enjoyable.

Some construction going on during the time I visited, however the place is quite nice. Right by the river, with quite nice views and plenty of shopping to do. Very safe and close to down town as well.

Excellent shopping selections, so many stores. Clean bright and and plenty of places to eat along the way. The best part, you can walk out the side doors and stand on the dock of the Mississippi river! Its stunning!!

Construction made the place a bit difficult to access. Its nice big with lots of selection

I was not that impressed the drinks were not that good in my opinion. I did like the fact that the bar rotated. I met some nice people there but other than that I would not go back.

Its a decent outlet mall, has a very strange layout so you end up walking crazy places just to find a restroom, which are small and far between. Shopping wise its got decent stores but in general the markup is steep. Probably wouldnt come back.

One long shopping mall... Really good place for shopping.. Be aware shops closes by 7pm on Saturdays too

As a visitor this was a wonderful shopping experience. It allowed me to get everything I wanted from one location. Pralines, Beignets and gifts....

Love this place it has the fudge and Rock-n-Roll Sushi, and more. Cant go wrong when you stop by here.

Really nice attire can be found here for whatever style you like. Great place for tourist, if you buy a lot of stuff then you may want to also buy a suitcase here! They have a great selection of those as well.

A little disappointing, not as good as we remembered, but there are some interesting stores. The parking is a paid lot, but the state of it is abysmal, I was in a wheelchair at the time and had a trial getting inside and back to the truck without tipping, such was the state of disrepair.

First time at this mall and it was pretty nice they are upgrading a lot outside so there is a lot of construction going on but the inside looks really cool and the stores look pretty organized they just need to work on more variety in the mall and get more vendors and the bathrooms.need to be attended to a bit better. Not so fresh

I work in service industry and recommend this place constantly and tell people what local stores are there. This is where I shop for perfume...I do miss the old fragrance store that was there before.

Bought a whole bunch of stuff. I loved Southern Paw and the NoLa Winery. I got a Cabernet Hurricane. It was really good. Cute mall!

We like coming here to New Orleans and look around at the Riverwalk outlet or mall. However you want to call it. This is our third time coming here but I have been here before. This place has been ever changing. Over the years the sorroundings is constant construction to change for the better. We always have a good time coming here. Its nice to shop for Little odd things for souvenirs. But some can be found for cheap at the French market or French Quarter. Also the food court is ok when it comes to chose what to eat.

The place was clean and comfortable but the security staff never seems to be at the window. We went to get masks from them and they werent there. I feel the mall needs to try to schedule or hire more security staff.

Pretty good place to shop. Its attached to the Hilton Hotel that makes it easy to access.

Had fun shopping. Loved the mall bar and freedom to carry your drink around. Found some good deals too.

Barely any decent stores this isnt want you think when you think outlet mall. Its more similar to a mall with cheap stores and a couple outlet stores thrown in (very small stores). I wouldnt waste my time going here. City needs to revamp and turn it into an actual outlet mall.

Great location! A lot of it was under construction while I was there, but it’s still a lively place to spend an evening.

Nice place to walk indoors and out the heat and weather! And do a little shopping and eating in the food court while looking out on the river!

Cute mall. It was quiet but we enjoyed going through and doing a little shopping. Adored the view of the Mississippi while sitting in the food court!

Went to lids and found a rare hat I could not find in TX. Truly made my trip.

This was amazing. the aquarium was nice too . needed more animals for the price . WILL BE BACK !!!

Jackpot!!!!! You will not be disappointed ohhhh! You also can shop online and call the store she will ship😊

Great shopping center, they have two floors a d its pretty long walk. Lots of fun stores and a big food court. They have an outdoor sitting facing the Mississippi River. You can watch boats come and go. Also the Cruises anchor there. They validate parking on the way out. The parking lot is pretty big and little expensive so dont forget to validate. Cheers!!

Tbh NOLA is like very 1800s in a way. Its a good thing because they rock it so well. This place is nice many cultural things here
