This place is aweful!!!! I have been going there for 5 years the last 8 months have been horrible!!!! I understand short staffed but communication is key. They have given me other peoples prescriptions, had every single time I do the automated system my order is never ready when they tell me to pick up. Most times its the next day. I have even had to go without medication because of the this. I will be taking my business else where

Terrible calling dont do no good and you need your refills nope forget about it went in to get my prescription and they were not ready then tell me to come back a hour later still not ready this is absurd the meds Im on are for PTSD and I cant get them because of the times I have to go back and forth I also went a week without them because they get put back or for some other reason

The service is always slow, the auto refill is a JOKE, and the staff almost always seems annoyed that you’re there to pick up your prescription. They also never answer their phone, or put the line on busy so you can’t call at all. Really considering switching pharmacies at this point because this place just gets worse and worse. 0/5 would not recommend.

This is one of the slowest pharmacies I have ever experienced!!! I have called to make sure that my scripts are ready, was even called by a very nice man there that told me he would have them ready for me the next morning. I call to make sure they are done and what do I get, OH they are not done it will be another hour, when I told them yesterday that I needed them before 1 because I work. My reply was I dont have an hour, I have to work and if I cant pick it up I will go through very unpleasant side effectsl!! Not only that, the other medication causes seizures if you stop taking it but obviously this place doesnt care. I have gotten texts that my meds were done only to be told they were not. Every time you go to pick them up your there a minimum of 30 minutes. You go here bring a chair for your wait!!! I will definitely be transferring my scripts elsewhere! Try hiring more people, they are sadly understaffed. Maybe if they had 2 cashiers that always stayed at counter things would go faster, but sadly it is always just 1person.

Very clean and maintained. Went for a covid test and it wasnt clear or marked this was done through the pharmacy drive-thru

Why do they have a phone number when no one answered the phone. Then when you go threw the drive thru there rude as could be…..

Slowest pharmacy in town dropped off prescription said be ready in 1 hr came back in 3 hrs wasnt ready came back 24 hrs later still isnt ready

These people will not answer the phone. I called 7 times in a row and no answer. Terrible place of business.

It took 8 days for covid test results to come back.

I called multiple times to ask a question and the phone was never answered. So frustrating.

Drive thru is busy depends on the time you go

The pharmacy is horrible. Nobody answers the phone. Takes days to get things filled. Ill be changing to somewhere else.

Slow drive through pharmacy. Slower than molasses in wintertime...bring some food and a blanket, you might need em while you wait for them to hand you a bag through the drawer.

Prescriptions are filled quickly and they have some unique gifts you dont find everywhere

Called this morning to have a refill. Came at 8:15 pm and still wasnt filled. Had to wait 10 minutes. Very rude people in pharmacy.

I mainly use the pharmacy, but the store clerks are also helpful anytime that I need them. The app I use to stay in touch with the pharmacy makes things so much easier.

Why is it that you have to wait so long to get a prescription ready at Rite Aid in New Phila?? Doctor called it in around 2:30pm and it’s 4pm and we have been waiting in the drive thru pickup line for 45 mins and of course we called while we r waiting and they say that it’s not filled yet ???? WTF ???? Doesn’t matter what day or time nothing is ever ready at this location.... Looks like I am having all my scripts filled at DUSINI DRUG from here on out !!!!!! They don’t even deserve one star :(. Bad Customer Service even on the phone here at Rite Aid

Waited for over an hour for a flu shot while another customer was told prescription was not in. He left and came back and the prescription filled. Is it that hard to put so many cc’s in a needle and give someone a flu shot? Unreal how terrible my experience was. People in the pharmacy seen me standing there for the hour and still no help. Will not be coming back to this location.

When my sale purchase didnt ring up correctly, they refunded the correct amount but then still rang up my purchases incorrectly. I took my money and ran. Wont be back to this store.

Pharmacy is a joke. Pharmacist lied said script for my daughter just came in. Funny that an hour ago the lady at the drive thru window said it arrived 4 minutes before we got there. When I called her on lying she got rude and said ugh we are busy. OK so say your busy and not lie

I only gave you a one star because you offer no way to give a zero rating, you are the rudest pharmacy and store that Ive ever had the dissatisfaction of walking into, you are all lazy and a bunch of racists that think you are in control of everyones medications, thanks to you people my girlfriend has been out of insulin for almost a month now, you people should be real proud of yourselves, now you have a lovely day!!!
