Truly oveepriced. I was going to buy a Simmons Beauty Rest here after being told their best sale price. Found the exact same bed in Heath for $800 less.Edit: And in answer to the owners reply, no, I do not have the wrong store. Theres a grey/black sales pod covered in formica centered halfway back along the right wall as you walk in with a seating area on both sides of a standing/sitting counter, a pair of cushioned, armed office chairs in front at an angle facing away from the front windows, a small water cooler sits behind the same counter in a corner against the wall, and theres a small boombox sitting on top of some piece of furniture next to it that is clearly visible from the chair that I was seated in when the very tall, ponchy, balding salesman (Jim?) worked on the computer telling me what my purchase options were. The layout of the store has a door opening along the left rear wall going to the storeroom, and in that same rear left corner you have a bed in a box display, along with a bunch of various childrens beds and frames. Oh, and there are a couple of low walls sitting parallel to the front windows, allowing beds to be displayed in rows that are arranged head to head.I was there for nearly two hours, and Im not stupid. And now that youve not only lied to me, but insulted my intelligence, as well, youve guaranteed that Ill never be back.

Great, pleasant, young man waited on my son and myself. Very polite and nice. Found the mattress that my son wanted. Customer service is number one, when I am making a large purchase. So, we left very happy with our shopping experience. Have purchased all my bed springs and mattresses here. Will shop here again.
