Very good service and they explained what was going on with my car. My car is still under warranty so it was a piece of cake.Nothing wrong with the car, just something I did not understand. All good, nice people over there.
I drive nearly 30 miles to have my Cadillac serviced here even though there is a dealership closer to my home. The facility is clean, staff is very professional, service is always spot on, and they provide a terrific overall automotive experience.
Bought a vehicle that the tires were grinding into the frame and the cruise doesnt work and the air suspension was bad. Multiple trips to the shop to repair. Last time I got it back when everything was fixed the suspension light came on again. The right passenger door handle is broke and the cruise still doesnt work. My original sales rep said they werent gonna fix it. The service manager helped me and the sales lady is super nice
The are the best and the only place I will take my car to
Had a very nice buying experience with Ferris Chevrolet . No high pressure. My salesperson Colton worked to get a deal I was satisfied with. I was in, test drove the truck, through financing and out the door in a couple hours.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We drove 3 1/2 hours round trip and will definitely be back when we need to purchase another car.
Drove my car one day after buying it and it broke down. now there is still a lot wrong with it
Great place to buy or lease a vehicle from. Vary happy with how I was treated and the service. Thank you Ben for your patience and service. Your word is all we got. I will be doing business with you again.
Well, I had stated to (I believe) was the head of the Repair Shop that I would like my car detailed before I had it returned to me and that I would pay for it. He said oh no, you don’t have to do that. So, when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t detailed and he rushed it over for a quick wipe down. I trusted that he would have done the detail and charged me or he would have done it for free. However, neither was done. It’s all about trusting their word. Oops.
Needed a VIN inspection and barely made it before closing and they were really great getting it done in time.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! I drove an hour and a half and I will do it again the next time I need a car. My salesman Jacob was great and even mr. Ferris the owner was so great!
A variety of groceries in a small store. Local hometown feel. Tasty choices.
Honestly I havent always had a great experience using a dealership for repair. I usually get someone that just shows up to work. They typically dont feel like dealing with customers. This was different I appreciate the customer service. Plus my 19 Traverse is fixed :)
We were pleased with the sales staff. They were excellent.
Jake Marvin was awesome. He did what we asked and still continues to help out. Online app was great to get things started. Kyle and finance was great as well. Very organized!! Thanks
Had routine service on my car and I am very satisfied with their work, THINK FERRIS
Before his death, my husband & I have dealt with Ferris for about 20 years. Since he is no longer here, I have continued to deal with Ferris & will keep coming in to see the “wheels” at Ferris. The service is great & the knowledgeable personnel makes dealing there a good experience. It would seem strange to some people, but dealing at Ferris is always a “fun” experience. Helpful & personable people. It keeps me coming back. Thanks Dan & Lisa.
I received great service today from the sales and service department. Highly recommend.
My salesman Bob Hickman was great from start to finish and the financing and other staff i worked with were great too
Friendly and professional atmosphere. My lease trade in went very easily and I was able to get a new vehicle in a very timely manner.
This makes the 5th vech.. i bought there... 3 being brand new...
I have got great service with oil changes and tire rotations.
Nice place to bring in vehicle, they did an awesome job, and wasnt expensive for an oil change/new filter, tire rotation, inspection, all fluids checked and a wash. I definitely be back.
I was from out of town with car trouble and they got me in right away and back on the road the same day, thank you
Love it...I will keep coming back and tell my family and friends..Thank you
Excellent service from all of the employees I interacted with during my visit and purchase.
Hats off to the Service Department!!! I have NEVER felt so comfortable with a service department before. I had a mishap with another dealership up north who sent me to Ferris saying it was Chevy problem. When I called Ferris they said bring it right down and they will look at it. They looked over my car and changed the oil, that night. While talking with Michael, he explained things to me and made sure I felt comfortable on what was going on!!! I can not THANK him enough for HELPING me out!!! A BIG THANK YOU to the entire Service Department!!!
The young lady I spoke with was very Profesional and courteous.
Dont EVER believe someone when they tell you its more expensive to get a key from the dealership than... new ignition switch, locksmith, Yada Yada Yada...They cut me a new key to replace the ONLY 🔑 that got lost for a SUV we just bought.$38.00 yall! Thats it! $38.00.We were told anywhere from $150-$500 from scam artists and ripoff jerks in the area!!! $38.00.THANK YOU FERRIS FOR TREATING US RIGHT!!!
Staff always helpful. So far all good experience.
Need a car see Bill Ferris he will work with you.
Had work done on suburban and they washed it when done!!! They where super nice.😊👍
Helped me out when I was stuck, two different times in the last few months. Great service and very helpful but prices are just a bit too high for me
Realistically, I would leave zero stars if I could. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and dealt with Jacob Marvin. I paid ABOVE KBB value in CASH and was told the vehicle was inspected by the dealership’s mechanics. The next day, I began to notice a clunking noise when shifting the transmission. I did some research and pretty confidently pinpointed what it was: bad news. But not too bad because I had bought this used car from a larger dealership that I thought would care about customer relations. The following day, I emailed Jacob to see if the dealership could do anything to help me out¬ – never heard anything back. Took it to a mechanic later in the week and was quoted $700+tax for labor alone to fix this ONE issue. He said it’s something that has probably been bad for a while (and hadn’t gone bad in the one day I had owned it). I had already put new brakes all around and didn’t really have the cash to sink another $1000 into a vehicle I was told was mechanically sound. After a couple days of phone tag and avoidance from Jacob, he contacted me via TEXT and said that the absolute best they could do was $570 for just labor. I still had to source the parts and drive 2+ hours back to the dealership for them to perform the job. So instead of $1000 by myself, it was $800 plus hundreds of extra miles of driving. Great. My final advice would be that if you’re shopping for a used car and going to Ferris to avoid getting screwed by the little mom and pop dealers, don’t. They’ll take advantage of you and the contracts you sign, and furthermore, will have a blatant disregard for any practices of decency expected from larger dealerships.
Super friendly and helpful!
Bought a new truck and the people are great
They do a good job
I drove out (about 3 hours from home) for a specific car to replace my totaled car - same car, one year newer, I was pretty excited. There was no inspection form with the car, and that should have been the first sign to walk away.During the test drive, I noticed the brakes were really soft, and there was a lot more road noise than I thought there should be. The serpentine belt was whining, too. When we got back, I checked a front tire and it looked fine; I asked if the tires were new and was told yes, in no uncertain terms. The word yes was used. I mentioned the brakes and they said they should be fine for another few months. They said the belt looked fine. The financing I already had didnt work out - I could look past that, since the bank wanted one thing, the dealership wanted another. Whatever. So, I mentioned that the car was going to need the brakes completely redone, and they took some money off the cost of the car. We finish the transaction. I drive the rental car home, a friend drives the new car.And then I bring it to a garage I trust a day or two later. I find out that only two of the tires are new - the other two are completely worn out. The ones that are new are the wrong size. The brakes need to be replaced. Period, not in a couple months. So my friend drove a car 3 hours that was not safe to be driving. Cool. Cool, we endangered my friend. On top of the brakes and the tires, the serpentine belt needs to be replaced, too. I emailed the salesperson to complain, because really, what are they doing selling a car that needs that level of work? They sent me a check that covered the cost of a tire.Since buying the car 9 months ago, Ive also had to replace the wipers, the battery, the oil filter (that was right away, too, so they didnt even change the oil before selling it?), and the fuel level sensor doesnt work right once it gets to a quarter tank, and tells me its empty about 5 minutes drive after it says I have 60 miles to go.All in all, I felt like this wasnt a good experience in general, and with the reviews online I expected better of the dealership. I specifically didnt buy from a private party because I thought my chances of the business being responsible were better. Very disappointed. My fault for not just buying something local so my garage could make sure I wasnt being lied to.The two stars versus one is because I appreciate the online communication versus needing to call. They did promptly answer my emails.
Service writers are always helpful Lacey is the gal that always is there with a helping hand she is great
Best experience ever buying a car. Ryan was fantastic.
Their body shop does an excellent job
I called in for an appointment a week prior to the appointment date to get 4 new tires for a 2010 Malibu. When I arrived for the appointment, the dealership had scheduled me to have the CURRENT set of tires mounted and balanced. When I stated that I was there to get 4 new tires, I was then asked if I had ordered the tires when I called to set up my appointment. I stated no. Isnt that the job of the dealership? Isnt this precisely why I am making an appointment a week in advance? Isnt it the dealerships job to have the necessary materials/products to complete the service scheduled, no matter what the service is? So, I had to wait from 8:15 AM until 2:15 just to get four tires replaced. What took so long? The dealership had to order 4 tires, wait to get them in by noon (that is what I was initially told, but they did not actually get to the dealership until 12:45), and then wait to have the tires placed onto the vehicle. Six hours to get 4 tires replaced is utterly ridiculous. I have ALL my maintenance done on two different vehicles through this dealership, and have always had good experiences. This was the first really negative one. Again, six hours for a 1-2 hour procedure is not good. It is also not good that the dealership was totally wrong and unprepared for the appointment in the first place.
Jon Graef is a great guy to deal with and he gets the job done.
The entire staff at Ferris make new car buying an enjoyable experience. Theyre fair to deal with and nice people. The service department is also excellent and get your vehicle in and out. This is our second vehicle purchased at their dealership and have had great experiences both times. Bob Hickman was great to work with. He and Ferris management bent over backwards to find the vehicle I wanted.
Only giving one star so I can write this review, they really deserve no stars at all. Very unprofessional they had my car way longer than it should have ever taken to fix it! And when picking my car up gave me nothing but attitude from the get go! They had my car twice and completely missed the issue the first time! Only to get my car back and it still have the same issue! Then wanted to tell us that they did what they were supposed to, well apparently not if you had my car twice for the same issue. I was nice right up to the end when they had my car almost a month and I finally had enough. I still did not have my car back, nor did they bother keeping in touch with me after being told a date my car would be ready and then wasn’t! When calling to check on my car I was given a run around and told I had to speak with a particular person who was always supposedly with another customer. When I would be called back I was given information and told on more than one occasion my car would be ready and that they would call me for pick up, once completed on that day, only to have no call and no car! When we did go and pick up the car they argued with us and made a scene when no scene needed to be made! Because I had let them know prior to going in that it was ridiculous on my wait time and it should have never been as long as it was and if it was going to be extended passed what I was told, they should have kept in contact instead of no communication at all and myself having to call and ask! I would never recommend their service, no company should be as unprofessional as they are! A car should never take a month to be fixed! It was obvious my car was pushed aside and done at their own leaser because my car did not come from them. Regardless they were getting paid and it should have been just as much a priority as others! I will never use their service again or recommend them to anyone!
Absolutely a horrible experience the staff was disrespectful especially the finance guy and the manager, we will not be returning here.Reply: It should not matter who I am, you should not treat ANY customer that way. You reply just shows this companys ethics.
My young adult daughter had a wonderful experience today when she leased a vehicle for the first time. Both Pat and Tom were very accommodating. They went above and beyond for her. If you are considering buying or leasing a car from Ferris, Id highly recommend asking for Tom. He is a nice young man and youll have a great experience. The customer service we experienced today was top notch. You wont be disappointed.
This was the calmest I have ever seen my husband when buying a car. Thank you.
Bob and The Ferris Team did what other dealerships wouldnt. They found us the vehicle we where looking for. We had very specific needs/wants and Bob went the extra mile to make sure they were fulfilled. We also received a great value on our trade in where other dealerships were substantially lower. Bob has earned our trust and will have our business in the future. Let Bob help you get into your dream car today!
When I first went to Ferris I was looking at purchasing my first new vehicle after buying multiple used vehicles before from other dealers. I met with the salesman Steve and through talking to him and test driving a few different vehicles I enjoyed. Steve helped me pick the perfect car with all the needs and wants of my family with no hassle or pressuring of any kind. Steve and the other employees working at Ferris made my experience very simple and easy and I will definitely be going back time and time again. If you want no hassle simple and easy car buying go check out Ferris they definitely earned me and my family as a life time client and now friend.
Great people, great treatment.
If I could give them a 1/16 star, that would be over rated! They are super friendly, then they get their finance team to mess around with your Interest rate and try to get as much cash down as possible, stating that the bank requires it! Well, I went in with financing in place, only for them to try and play games with us! Please do your negotiating with them before signing anything, otherwise you’ll pay a lot more! Shop elsewhere!! Don’t let the smiles and pleasant facilities fool you!
Mr. Ryan Ferris picked my truck up and completed everything I asked him to do.And even washed my truck! I am very happy with all their work. Well Done
Great customer service!
A while back I sold a 2011 Chevy Cruze to Ferris and the sales manager was Brian I believe. He told me he couldnt give me more for the car because he was only going to make $600-$700 on the car. A day later they had the car advertised for $3100 more than they paid me. The car was only for sale for a few days and they sold it. Dont sell your vehicle to Ferris because I was lied to and they made way more then $600-$700 on the deal. I personally dont like being lied to.
We always buy our vehicles from Farris. Its always a pleasure. Salesmen are very polite and helpful and the financial manager is amazing. Travis always goes above and beyond to help you get the car you want.
It was terrible. looked about buying a car earlier in the year and they didn’t even seem interested in selling me anything and i’d never buy a car from there.
I went to Ferris Chevrolet to look for a vehicle for my family... I wasnt really looking to buy just shop around. I saw a 07 traverse and the salesman, Rich Orr, came over. He was extremely polite and helpful showing me 2 other traverses as well as a Yukon. We took 2 of the traverses for a ride, and decided on the 2012 Traverse. Richs politeness and helpfulness continued as we completed the sale. I recommend Ferris and talk to Rich when you go.
Jan 2019, I bought a 2015 a Ford Explorer. There was to be work done to it and it was never done. There was a shaking in the front and after a month they finally got it and just slapped a new tire on it. Didn’t fix the problem. Jake the salesman said he’d get it back in to service. Never done. So, I had to replace my brakes, rotors and have it aligned myself.Next, there was chips all over the hood. I was assured it would be fixed. I agreed and told Jake, I want it done correctly. Sanded down and repainted. Again, he said no problem. I get it back and they put a black strip over the chips, similar to a rhino liner for a ruck bed. Also, there was a piece missing that holds the part closed where the jack goes in the trunk. He said he would order it from Ford. Never got that fixed. It is still taped.I was also assured I would get the unlock code for the outside of my door. I can’t even get it to work.Lastly, my car has been stuck on the My Key setting where I can’t go over a certain speed, my radio won’t play unless my seatbelt is fastened and the radio won’t play at full volume, only half. After multiple phone calls with Jake my problems were never addressed. Finally I call and spoke with the sales manager. He said he couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t written down and Jake no longer worked there. He asked for a picture of the missing piece in the trunk so he can see what he can do. I texted him a picture and have never heard back.I would NEVER recommend Ferris and will not be purchasing another vehicle from them! I am highly dissatisfied and will let everyone know about my horrible experience. For being a locally owned company you would think, they would take a little more pride in what they do.
I would say if your a woman stay clear of dealing with these arrogant salesmen, I have never been treated so disrespectfully! The salesman didnt take me seriously and when we discussed things he wouldnt even look directly at me during the conversation showing zero decency. I wouldnt waste my money here.
Took my car in to have front end repaired. When I picked it up my trunk lid had a half moon shaped white spot the size of a tennis ball on it. Spot wasnt there when I took it in and was when I picked it up. They said they dont know what happened to it so they arent responsible. Have gone there for years. Will never be back again. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Pat Ferris and the service staff (Michael, Jamie, Kayleigh, Lacey and Bret) are awesome! Keep up the good work.
Very pleasant experience. The young man we dealt with, I believe his name was either Brent or Bret, very nice guy. Listened, he listened to our concerns, joked with me - which I like. Over all good experience. Bill & Pat Ferris, you’ve got yourself I nice employee!
Had a very positive experience today. I had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change, but dropped it off early due to a schedule conflict on my end. Welcomed by a pleasant employee who was pretty busy but took a moment to help an elderly gentleman to the waiting room. My vehicle was dropped off at 10 but actually done before my scheduled 1130 time. Positive experience and kudos to Mark for his customer service presence in the busy service area.
About a month ago, I called Rich Orr and asked him if he would look for a truck for my son. He kept his word, and within a month he had exactly what we were looking for. He brought the truck to my work, it was detailed to a tee, and within 6 hours we were driving the truck home. Thanks Rich and Pat Ferris and his finance team (cant remember your name). We got a great warranty for a great price, and Pat worked with us to make it all work.GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! THANKS RICH!!!!!
I bought a used Cadillac from Dan Hostetler at Ferris Cadillac and the whole transaction couldnt have gone any smoother or quickly. The car was exactly as it had been depicted in the pictures online and in absolutely amazing condition, considering it is a 25y/o car. The price I paid absolutely sealed the deal for me. Thanks again Dan and the team at Ferris Cadillac.
I just graduated from college and was looking at newer cars, so I could get a feel for what I liked for the future. Tom Jennings showed me the variety of vehicles that were available and helped me find what I was looking for in a vehicle. I test drove a few as well to see what I liked and didnt like. Overall the experience and customer service was great and would recommend coming back in a heartbeat.
John Grafe was my salesman and i was VERY pleased. Great customer service from the salesman all the way to the guy that signed papers with me to drive it off the lot! 4 out of 5 stars because it needs some work but that is expected for buying a used car.
We needed a new van after someone crashed into my wives van and totaled it. Steve Rothel showed us a few nice vehicles in our price range and got us a great deal without high pressure sales! I would highly recommend Ferris.
Steve Rothel was my salesman. I bought my vehicle while living in Michigan. I had to trust that Steve would tell me everything about the vehicle over the phone and take pictures of any imperfections. I was not disappointed in Steves information. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Im very happy with my purchase. Good family owned dealership.
Thanks Matt for helping me get a cool car!
Ferris Chevrolet is a great friendly dealership. Salesman Tom Jennings was very courteous and answered all questions I had on a particular vehicle and even suggested others vehicles that may suit my needs. I would recommend this dealership and salesman
Tom is one of the most personable people Ive ever met. Its easier to make a big purchase when the guy helping you make that choice is so professional, friendly, and enthusiastic. Id recommend him to anyone looking to buy their next car!
Everything was great till the financing part. Great salesman and they fixed everything I wanted done and even filled my gas tank, but took us on financing. Didnt explain any of the financing paperwork or prices just had us sign.
Our salesman, Bob McClain ( Bobbie Mac)Couldnt have been any nicer. He really worked with us,until I was satisfied, and I got my Chevy equinox. I love my new vehicle! Thank you Bobbie Mac for being my salesman.
Steve at Ferris went out of his way to make our car buying experience hassle free. He put us in the car we wanted with out any problem. I recommend Ferris for stress free car buying. I will buy my next car and every car after from Ferris.
Bob Hickman was Very fast at getting me in the vehicle i liked second one I bought from him this year. Great salesman. We bought several before that (bought my first one threw them 24 yrs ago from shorty mathis) with excellent service in sales and also with getting some fixed with body work and mechanical work.
We went to Ferris Chevrolet merely to LOOK for a vehicle... Rich Orr came over and we got down to business. He was extremely attentive, allowing us to test drive several vehicles and answering any questions we had about the vehicles. We found a vehicle that we both liked and Rich got us a great deal. He worked hard to make the sale and we are very happy with the 2012 Chevrolet Traverse. Think Ferris, think Rich Orr
Great experience. Salesperson Bob Hickman was knowledgeable, professional and courteous during the entire process. He and Lisa patiently explained in detail all the features of our new Camry. It was a pleasure meeting them and will certainly recommend Ferris to all our friends.
We had a great experience when shopping for a new car at Ferris Chevrolet. Tom Jennings was our salesman and he did a wonderful job. This is the third new car from Ferris that we have purchased and I would certainly shop there again.Everyone there was very friendly and there was no pressure. My kind of place!
Lisa Alsept did an outstanding job explaining the different vehicles available and their individual options. She spent the necessary time needed to assure that we understood our options and that we were happy with our choice of vehicles. In addition, Ted Bear located a vehicle of our choice in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great experience.
I have to specifically name Pat Ferris, Ryan Ferris, Ed Smith, Mark Sexton, and Trent the courtesy vehicle driver for the best experience Ive ever had with a dealer service department. My car, that I thought was headed to a scrap yard is now running like she is brand new. They worked hand in hand with GM to quickly remedy my problem and treated me like royalty. I wish there were more than five stars.
Never had any dealings with Ferris until today and was under the impression that they really cared about their customers, which made them my first choice to call when I needed my keyfob programmed to my car. I called last week and talk to a woman that set me up with an appointment to have it done. No problem. Today is the day of the appointment and I called to ask if I had to be with my car the entire time or if I could simply drop it off and pick it up after it was finished. Absolutely no one would answer my question (which I assume is a pretty straight forward question). First I was put on hold for 5 minutes then told I would need to call back later. I waited a little over an hour and called back again I was put on hold and transferred multiple times, just to be told that they would give me a call back. I waited about 1 1/2-2 hours and heard nothing from them so I called again. And again the same run around just to be told AGAIN that they would call back. My appointment is in 2 hours. If i dont hear back in another hour I am going to cancel my appointment.***Update***Just got a call back from Ferris, the woman was very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to taking my car to Ferris now. It seems that once you actually talk to the service dept they are more than happy to work with you, getting a hold of them can be very frustrating tho. *changed rating*
Pat and Tom did a great job helping our daughter get a car. Got a great deal and theywere very helpful. They even met with us on a Sunday to do the sale. Highly recommend Ferris Chevrolet.
We recently purchased our first brand new car. Its was such a easy and simple process. They were patient and so helpful explaining all the cars features. In the future dont think about any other dealership! THINK FERRIS!
Tom Jennings helped me lease a brand new 2016 Chevy Cruise LT with exceptional monthly payments. Tom is very personable and fun to work with. I highly recommend him!
I bought a used vehicle from Ferris and was treated like I bought a $100,000 vehicle. I was really impressed with Brad M who was very professional and extremely helpful . I drove 45 miles to shop at Ferris and it was worth it !
Recently had my little blue buggy in a for an oil change and maintenance check. Service department is on top of their game, they serviced only what needed, let me know on my next visit what I may need to have checked out, complimentary shuttle to work in the morning. I am proud to support a local reputable business.
Dan Hostetler and his crew are always helpful and try to accommodate my concerns for folllowup issues. Since I live 2 hours away from the dealership, sometimes service issues are inconvenient. Bill and Pat Ferris always want to make sure things are right. Good people throughout.
Great experience. Richie and Pat helped me get a nice car for a low price. Great place to go to buy your first car.
By the way Steve Rothel as bent over backwards to make sure that Im happy purchaser . He even drove the car over here to pick me up when it came in. That way I didnt have to inconvenience other people to take me there. Thank you Steve! Everyone there has been extremely helpful and courteous and answered all my questions. So far so good I havent had any issues and can recommend it to anyone. The only complaint I could have is that I have the basic computer package in my car and thats a little disappointing but but everything is working great and I enjoy driving it so its alright. Love the car that handles great and I didnt really want all the stop automatic stop in but everything else is great I enjoy the car great car ingrate dealership. Too bad I couldnt afford a Cadillac!
Excellent service .
Tom Jennings was a good service person to work with and to help us what we needed. Tom Jennings is a awesome person. Hes a 10 out of 10 for his excellent work this past couple days
Ferris Chev took care of a problem I had with my 2017 Chev Malibu. No hassles and great customer service! I have been buying vehicles from Ferris Chev for 24 years and would not go to another dealership.
Steve Rothel did a great job in finding the exact car for me based on my needs. He is very responsive to questions and follows up to make sure the experience is stress free. I love my new Encore!
The 2017 Camry is the third auto we have gotten from Ferris Toyota and are well pleased, first class service, we will buy again from Ferris. The salesmen Tom Jennings was very good, he dotted all the Is. He gave first class service, may have been one of the best salesmen I have had in the last 50 Years. Jim
They were very nice and it was easy to get my car. I would go back for my next one.
Personable parts department
Worst dealership ever! I took my car there for 2 recalls and in the process of replacing a power steering motor they broke something in my clutch pedal assembly and of course wouldnt own up to it. 3 months later I replace the clutch and now I have to pay $300 on top of $1300 to get it fixed. Im not the only person who hates this dealership either. Ask any local mechanic, anyone whos ever had their car serviced or fixed. I promise!
