They didnt have what I wanted.. but that was ok I got my normal dragon fruit refresher.. and it was AMAZING!! way better than my normal starbucks I go to.. yes I got the same thing two different ways in two hours!!

They are good but very pricey in my opinion

My Mom and I just had the worst experience at this Starbucks. She ordered the Pumpkin Cold Brew and it was honestly water. My iced latte also had like no coffee in it but was drinkable (but didn’t want to). My mom’s was not. She went back to ask for a new drink and they refused her a new drink and said they could only remake it. Then they served everyone else before her. The whole process of going through the drive through, turning around, and her going inside took an hour. Now she has a second drink that is still awful. Poor customer service. Poor quality. Don’t even bother going here. $12 wasted and the pumpkin iced coffee at McDonald’s was better.

As someone also in customer service I know there are good & bad days, however after 3/4 errors consecutively I start to get irritable. When I ordered my coffee today I asked for a venti iced coffee with classic syrup + white mocha, sweet cream cold foam & extra caramel sauce around my cup & ontop the cold foam. What I received was certainly not that. White mocha & caramel sauce layered thick in the bottom of the cup? No straw or stirring tool given, assuming I’d be traveling all day how does one properly mix their cup filled to the rim? I’m disappointed, not in the friendliness of the staff, nor the efficiency in the drive thru lane. But the disregard for what a customer specifically asked for, I paid nearly $6 for this drink, as I always do. Assuming your rule of thumb is, if you wouldn’t drink it / eat it don’t serve it? Disappointed doesn’t seem to cover it.

Awesome visit today! Faith made sure to call out names of whose drinks she was working on, which is greatly appreciated on a busy day like today. She even took a moment to clarify one of my drinks and educate me about the different options. It was a long wait, as it has been on Saturdays for months now, but this is the best customer service Ive received in a while and it made waiting much less of a bother. Thanks Faith!

My wife made me stop, coffee lingo is too fancy and weirdly irritates me haha. ( Im sure it tastes good if I liked coffee) I only gave it 4 stars because my wife likes it.

Rarely has stock for multiple drinks. If you try to call the store their phone is disconnected. They say it is a supplier issue but all the other locations around have the products.

Iced pistachio latte is very tasteful. Pistachio flavor is not too strong not too faint. PERFECT!

98% of the time the drinks are fantastic with the occasional not so great but thats fine. Always super friendly staff. My only complaint is i order vente Frappuccino and the straw is not long enough to reach the bottom of the cup and stick outside of the lid which results in having to take the lid off trying not to make a mess while driving down the road.

Always friendly customer service. I have only had one order mixed up in the several years theyve been operating and the manager corrected it right away.

Let me start off by saying this is my first ever time in a Starbucks let alone their drive thru. The line to get to the order screen was outrageous. They seriously could use two lines to decrease the wait time. Ordering was simple and the person taking my order was patient and helped when I needed it. Then I got to the window to get my drinks. I had to wait for the one to get done but I was asked about how my day was and if I had plans for the rest of the day. Then some more small talk while I waited. It was genuinely nice since it doesnt happen anymore. I only rated 4 out of 5 because of the wait. Everything else was above 5 out of 5! Thank you!

They’re always hiring new people so every time you go there’s always a different barista. Nothing wrong with that until you’re like me and order the same exact drink the same exact way every single time and somehow one of them manages to mess it up. They put my heavy cream in last making it not mix together since the ice was already in the cup. I had to physically shake my own drink to stir it. Normally love going there, just some of the newbies need a little bit more training before throwing out 20 drinks in a row.

I frequently use the mobile app and took advantage of the Order ahead feature that I find to be above-average but not great yet. When I get to the drive-thru window with a tumbleweed rolling through the parking lot the lovely girl asks me if I know what Id like to have and she thanked me for choosing Starbucks. However I said yes I had placed an order and would like to pick it up through the window as your front door is currently locked. She says I mobile order, oh, okay I will begin making it now. And to my astonishment I sat there another four minutes as she prepared my drink and tried to sign the soy milk and then without a stopper or even asking me for one she hands me my drink says thanks and lets the drive-thru Windows slam as she turns her back to me and disappears out of sight not the Starbucks experience or treatment that I have supported by Faithfully spending my money here. With the enormous growth Starbucks I truly hope that you do not lose touch of your core and remain above-average and revolutionary.Regards, anthany.

Fantastic service and really yummy baked goods. I ordered a pumpkin spice frappe and a cheese danish on the app, and they had it ready for pickup in about 10 minutes. The drive-thru, though busy, moved very quickly, and both of the items I ordered were perfectly done. You have a returning customer!

Got the pumpkin cream cold brew and was very good. The spice flavor wasnt over powering. Service was fast and friendly

Hardly any customers were there when I got there to pick up my very simple drip coffee mobile order and I have been here 30 minutes with no sign of the drinks I placed ahead of time that were supposed to be ready for pickup when I got there. This store makes me want to not come to Starbucks at all anymore. My time is worth nothing to this store apparently.

While they were very very busy, the staff was friendly and cheerful and got our orders perfect. They moved the line quickly.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. Waiting over 30 minutes for a drink is ridiculous. What is the purpose to have an app where you can order ahead and they don’t have the order ready at the time it gives. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the one in Canton at least I won’t have to wait close to an hour for my order.

My sister & I stopped through their drive thru this morning for drinks on the way to her house. The staff was very friendly, the gals in the drive thru taking orders at 9:40am were fantastic. Great service.

I find it amazing that when they to a “Special Promotion “ no matter what time you get there on the day of the promotion they are already Sold Out! Seriously, it started today, it’s 6:45am and yet you are sold out but they will be more than happy to sell you the $25.00 dollar item that is in stock. How many did you have 5?Disappointing is an understatement. Stand in line, just to be told this? Unacceptable. Lost my business. This happens over and over again. I could understand if it was the middle of the day but not 6:45 am. Are the employees putting things back for themselves?

If you need a coffee quickly, sheetz is across the street from here. Very busy place. Ive sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes on several occasions. If it were up to me Id probably never go here. Especially, since Covid19. But hey, when my customers want Starbucks, i dont show up with gas station coffee... I give them exactly what they asked for. Very friendly staff and they have never messed up an order of mine.

System needs updated. They couldnt make my online order because they couldnt get to it since there were orders infront of mine. 🤯 It would be an hour wait even though it was already paid for an I was sitting at the window. Then wasnt able to put my money back on my card I had used to pay for the order.

At this starbucks they gave me a drink I did not order and they were all the wrong sizes. When they told us to go and get a refund the lady was yelling at me and get really defensive. Then we realized that the girl who took my order was new should have someone on the side helping her. And the music is so loud that you can’t here a thing that is another reason why we did not get the right drinks. Then I don’t understand why there is glass at the register because you have to talk to them on the side because of how loud the music was in there.

I order almost every day from Grubhub, and something is always wrong with my order. Which by the time its at my house I am SOL. Been so frustrating! The tag on the cup or the food says what it is supposed to be, but its wrong. I thought Starbucks took great pride in their customer service? I pay enough! Ridiculous! So disappointed.

I dont know if I even know what Im doing here but this ice caramel latte tastes mostly of espresso. Barely any caramel flavor at all.Editing a month later to say that I had a caramel iced latte that blew my mind. Maybe the first time was a fluke?

Its always packed inside, drive thru is always 20 cars deep, and its a miracle if your order is ever right. If I have to stand inside and listen to another guy show off pictures of his boat to a barista, Ill deficate on his car.

I’m so incredibly happy we have a coffee shop in town, but I refuse to wake up early so I can sit in line/drivethru/ mobile pick up for 20 + minutes every morning. Really need to put a focus on speed of service. All employees are V friendly.
