My wife, Andrea Davis was the customer in this situation. She was unhappy with the way that her hair looked after leaving the salon. She called in and explained her situation. Ulta invited her to come back in and fix her hair for free. This is the true meaning of customer service. Im sure my wife will return here for years to come. Keep up the good work.

I always enjoy my visits here and Sarah gives the best hair cuts imo. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

The girls that helped me are awesome we went in for my daughters birthday to get her some makeup to play with she is 7 and they helped point us in the right direction.

My daughter (17) got her brows waxed & while seemed ok at the time, she had excessive scabbing on BOTH eyes for at least a week..all the while attempting to carry out school, basketball & cheer competitions, as well as touring colleges..

Everyone at this ulta is so kind and helpful. I had to take my baby the last time I went and she ended up crying over half of the time I was there but none of them were mean or rude about it like most places. They were very kind and encouraging as I was checking out. You can tell they love their job.

Love this makeup store so much! They send the catalogs every month which are really nice to see what the sales are. The employees are very kind and helpful. They carry alot of name brand products that are really popular. I buy all of my makeup and hair stuff here! I recommend this location to anyone!😁👍

Alexis completely messed up my hair. I came in wanting a specific look which honestly should not have been hard at all since I had blonde hair and we went going darker. The only think she managed to do was put an orange ring around my hair where the root met my blonde hair. Wasted 5 hours and $217 for an embarrassment of a job. Had to pay because its policy. They offered to fix it the next day but Im not from the area. Knowing this, they still charged me and told me to have someone else fix it would result in a new charge. Heading to New York tomorrow with a ridiculous orange ring around my head but at least Ulta got paid. What a joke.

Sarah V. does my hair and she is fantastic. Shawna (?) the salon manager is also fantastic and the whole salon staff is super friendly. I can usually find what I need in the store, its clean and well kept. If I need help finding something the employees on the sales floor are more than willing to help me find it.

I dont wear much make-up but when I do go in they always have what Im looking for and at a great price point

This place has every brand and type of makeup you can think of. Unfortunately some of the makeup is so expensive... They do carry the inexpensive brands too. They have a salon though Ive never used their service so I cant review it. There is some wonderfully priced bulk size shampoo and conditioner. I like going in here too see new makeup trends and new items.

To start out, how do I give 0 stars as I have nothing nice to say!!!! I was recently greeted by a manager named Monica and she was needless to say, highly unprofessional! She was using profanity and going into great detail on how much she hates her husband and wants a divorce. At no point did I ever give her a valid reason to think that I wanted to hear about her personal issues at home... I dont know if maybe she thought it was okay because I am a very approachable/kind hearted person and acted as if I was proactive in our conversation to be nice. Either way, she was out of line and needs be reprimanded. I can honestly say that I will NEVER go back into the New Philadelphia Ulta ever again! I cant believe that Ulta would place a person of her caliber into a management position. If I can figure out how to contact the Ulta corporate office, I will be making a formal complaint.

The workers are extremely rude. i really try not to give negative reviews but the place is getting ridiculous. heard two of the workers saying a girl who came in looked like a troll. on top of that they’re not very helpful or knowledgeable. 5 workers stood up front talking for 5 minutes while i stood waiting to be checked out. i just put my stuff back and left.

Poor service and attitude. I reached out thru their website and called. Got disconnected. I tried to get my eyebrows service. I called 2 times with no answer. The clerk said they were there and I explained the phone was not answered . I took the time to drive to the mall to be talked to rudely by a young sales clerk. My husband bought me a generous gift card for Christmas. I will tell not to buy another.

Ive used their salon and store so this goes for both. You pay for what you get and the higher priced products are worth it for the most part. Its not your typical drugstore makeup(although if your on a budget they do offer those products as well), the more pricy products are going to high quality and last a lot longer . Also philosophy is a fantastic brand that has done wonders for my skin so I recommend if youre heading in to check out that section.

This was my first time coming to this store, and it was amazing. i’d like to say thankyou to the kind lady who sat down and gave me her time and helped me. i had just gotten my eyebrows done from master cuts, and they looked extremely horrible, i have never used eyebrow makeup in my life and i wasn’t planning on it bc i would get my eyebrows done and they wouldn’t need makeup. but the place i went to today to get them done, made them look terrible, absolutely disgusting. i will never go to master cuts to get my eyebrows done again or for a haircut. they made them uneven and she took a chunk out of my eyebrow. but anywho, thankyou to the lady who helped me pick out my color and teach me how todo my eyebrows, i was freaking out bc i had somewhere to be that was important, and master cuts messed that completely up for me. i will now come here to get my eyebrows done (if y’all offer that). i’m devastated and i will never return back to master cuts. thankyou. also the employees here are very respectful. thankyou for your time.

This store has many brands of everything imaginable for every kind of beauty needs. It was hard for me to find what I was looking for because of the large volume of products. After looking for help all over the store, I finally went to the checkout counter and asked the lady there how to find what I wanted. She was very arrogant and of no help. I went to another store and found what I wanted

Even though she was nice & personable, one of the girls butchered my hair the other day. No blending....it was terrible...had to spend $87 & 4 hours to have someone else make it liveable while it grows out.

Pricey but my wife and daughters are beautiful and worth it.

I met with the stylist two or three days before my appointment we picked out a pretty shade of chocolate brown to do my roots and a light blonde color for high lights I was assured there was no issues on my requests. My hair was currently dark brown with light brown highlights. The day of appointment we reviewed my color choices again, my roots took the color well and my highlight areas went to a yellow blond. Ready for a toner right. My stylist ask another’s opinion and had her mix it, she applied toner and oh my god. I had horrible brass red highlights in my hair. The stylist said she didn’t like it and tried to remove it and applyed a different color. Horrible again no light color at all a brassy brown shade and you could hardly tell I had high lite s . I looked so much better before spending 185.00 I was in tears she called manager and I was as she old to can’t get it happy lite in one day even though my high lites were lighter before she did my hair. Said no refunds by would attempt again next week. Really. Won’t go back won’t recomend This place to anyone Now had a o treat my hair for a few weeks and Go somewhere else and $$$ again.
