From the time I walked in the door this place. They made me feel like I was priority. Very professional, accommodating to what I was looking for. They didnt have what I wanted in the store. Yet Ian was very adamant in finding what I was looking for. He made my Husbands 40th birthday absolutely perfect. We even were able to get a engravment done. Which made it extra special.

I had my Mom’s birthstone ring (she had lost the stone) made to fit me and had her birthstone put back in the ring. It turned out beautiful. This is precious to me since my Mom has passed. I also had a necklace made out of my Mom’s wedding diamond ring. And another ring from my Mother-in-laws diamonds. Everything that I have purchased from the House of Stones has turned out beautiful! I recently took my original engagement ring and two old anniversary bands into The House of Stones to have them reset and sized, as they had just been sitting in my jewelry box for years. Where do I start….. it’s been 7 years since I lost my husband. I have thought a million times over of taking our wedding rings and having them made into a piece that I could wear every day. I finally decided on a ring.The morning I got into my jewelry box to get the rings and take them to the House of Stones, I found another ring. A ring that I thought was lost forever. A ring that my Gram had tried to give me twenty different times but I kept giving it back to her. When she passed away and we couldn’t find it, I was heartbroken.I was instantly flooded with emotion when I found it sitting right there under my nose this entire time. I knew then that there must have been a reason I waited so long to have this piece made. It had to be a part of it.After work that day I walked into the House of Stones and attempted to describe to Ian what it was that I was wanting. I don’t think I did a very good job but somehow he knew exactly what it was that I needed. I say “needed” because I’m not even sure for what I was looking. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever own something so beautiful. Something so special that no words can describe.The middle stone is from my engagement ring, the five on the outside are from Gram’s ring and the rest are from my bands. I am so grateful to them for creating this masterpiece. It is more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. This ring will forever be cherished ♥️

My wedding ring is my mothers old wedding ring. Since she is gone it is very precious to me. I took it in to have the gold mended and they noticed the prongs were wore down. If you want personal care and a caring staff you definitely need to visit The House Of Stones. Prices are great, but the staff is superb.I bought a necklace for my sister with her deceased sons thumbprint engraved in, and they did a fabulous job. They are my only place for jewelry I’ll ever go to. They even tightened the clasps on the ear rings my daughter bought me for free. My necklace chains I have bought here are reasonably priced, and so beautiful, and don’t break like ones I’ve bought at other jewelry stores.

I went in to get prong work done and I was missing an accent stone, on my 30+ year old engagement ring. I have alot of fine jewelry but for obvious reasons, my engagement ring is near and dear to my heart. From the minute I walked in the door the first time to walking out after picking up my ring, the customer service was wonderful. All the ladies I came in contact with where warm and welcoming. I felt comfortable leaving my ring there to be repaired. My ring looks like brand new again! They were reasonably priced and it was done over a week before it was promised.
