I worked with Lisa at the Service Dept (at Ag-Pro/Midvale Ohio) for the recent servicing of my John Deere lawn tractor. It truly was a professional experience. I was impressed from the moment the tech came to pick up my tractor through the conscientious effort by the Service Dept. My tractor was back in the garage and ready for Springtime mowing in 2 days. Experienced a problem with my mower they was out to pick it up same day I told me they thought they might have the part got it in a day later no problems brought the mower back runs fine and they wash tomorrow for me to

These guys have no business skills whatsoever. Three guys leaning against the counter don’t even acknowledge when you come in, theres a guy sitting at a desk by the door doing nothing who see’s you come in and doesn’t say hi. I was the only customer in the place! Maybe they were upset that their inventory isn’t moving like it should be but get some people skills and appreciate when someone comes into your store. This place was like walking into calling hours. I wont be back!

Well there the only John Deere dealer close and I needed belts . Usually there in stock but they were out and I had to wait a couple of days to get them. I know theres other places to get belts but John Deere belts seem to last a lot longer, there worth the extra money you have to pay for them .

I took my skid steer in to get a hose changed, They asked at least four people before giving me a quote and they gave me a quote of $450-500 at the high end, and when I went to pick it up and my bill was close to $1,000, I told them I’ll never be back.They were able to fix it the same day which is why I gave them two stars...

Writing this review for my grandpa he’s not technical savvy. Was quoted for around 300 dollars for work on his mower deck when he picked it up they charged him 800 so if you like to get ripped off this is the place to go

Horrible experience with service. No idea how to work on Honda mowers and very rude. Wouldn’t even come out to help load mower after I paid . BEWARE
