Wonderful employees!I had a question about a pressure washer and 2 employees took time over the phone to do a lot of checking and explaining. When it came time to purchase, I called and the employee who answered the phone again took time with me, and put a hold on the one I bought. The employees went out of their way to take care of the customer and even during the COVID-19 issues, they went above and beyond!! They are ALL to be congratulated! THANK YOU!!

Employees are friendly and very helpful. Its dog friendly and the staff give the dogs treats and are friendly to them. The store is always neat and well organized. This location is managed well and is very knowledgeable about products. If they dont carry what your looking for then you can get a ship to store where you dont pay shipping and if it doesnt fit you can exchange it for a different size. Love this store and go very often.

I found exactly what I was looking for and it was less expensive than what I saw other places.The store was clean, the staff was friendly and it was an enjoyable shopping trip.It is smaller than Rural King and Lowes, but has always had exactly what I needed/wanted.

Aweful service. Stood out in the heat for 15 minutes waiting to get my propane tanks filled. Nobody ever did come out. Took my tanks to U Haul to get them filled. I wont be back to TSC. Customer lost.

This store has awesome customer service. Not only do they tell you where something is, they actually walk you to it without being asked. Everyone is friendly and they greet their customers by name.

I went in to see what they had . They pretty much have everything. A little high on some of their prices. But what store isnt. The store was almost completely empty at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Monday.

They are very dog friendly, I enjoy taking my puppies there for socialization. All employees are knowledgeable about making the experience for my puppies a good one.

I love this Tractor Supply. The staff is always so helpful and they dont make me feel stupid or laugh at me when I ask outrageous questions because I have no idea when it comes to raising animals that live past 3 weeks in my care.

Every time I come to the New Philadelphia OH store there are no flat carts to get feed And its to hard to get bags in and out of regular carts if they dont get anymore carts I will not continue shopping there.
