NEVER would I EVER recommend going to wet and wild pools and spas. The owner is an extremely rude person who doesnt value customers and their loyalty to buy local. I was set up to have my pool closed on a certain day. The girl I called and talked to the week prior said I was good to go on Tuesday and they would call me with a time frame the day before. Knowing that I needed to let my chemicals circulate a full 24 hours and then have it drained down past the skimmer before they arrived, I went ahead and did those things. Well the day of closing came and I thought I better call to see when they were coming and they said they werent going to be able to make it that day. Would have been nice to know since I already had it halfway closed. The owner called me a liar and proceeded to argue with me about this whole thing. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now and have always bought my chemicals in store when I could have gotten them cheaper and delivered on Amazon. So if youre looking for a place to buy a pool or spa, dont use wet and wild. They arent the place for you.

Weve been having trouble getting our pool stabilized this year. We went to classes four years in a row at the place that we purchased it. They gave us very poor instructions. So ... We took a water sample to wet and wild (here) and in 10 minutes were told how our system works, how to start it up in the spring, and how to stabilize the water. He was very knowledgeable ! He told us many things that we had never heard before on how to fix problems. Thank you so very much !!!

They carry just about anything you would ever need for a pool or hot tub. From replacement parts to chemicals. They can also do water testing for you. Reasonable prices too

I purchased my pool from them a year ago. Ive had problems getting the pump running and called them to get help this morning. They basically told me they cant help me because their installations are weeks out and when I asked what I am supposed to do?, their response was I dont know. I was told my name and number would be given to someone to call me but I have received no phone call. Regretting buying from them as the reason I did was to get local help with any issues. Horrible customer service. You care about soon-to-be new customers but not existing ones? In the meantime I called Kelly pools and Martinelli pools who both took time to listen to me and give me ideas to try to get my pump going. They both also told me if their tips didnt work, to call them back and they would come out. That is customer service.

Extremely helpful went in to talk about just what it takes to own a pool ect. Very helpful was gonna buy a new one gave me quotes but bought a used one off a friend after they found out I was looking to put one in. Anyways they still helped me out with any questions bought my new 30ft liner from them andsome new parts just stellar people all around.
