Custom framing work done recently was a great disappointment. I expected better quality then what I got. I have contact to customer service theyre looking into it and someone will be in touch with me. I feel maybe the framing dept. may not be as experience at this location. Port Richey closed and relocated in Trinity.

Store is clean and well laid out. They are quite proud of the products they sell because Im never able to find anything at a good price. And when there is a sale on a product, you had better be there as soon as the doors open or its gone. Id rather go to Hobby Lobby to get what I need. I know when their items are on sale and I know that there will be more the next week....

I liked that their online review told me where in the store I was able to find what I wanted. Store was clean and uncluttered.

Store seemed kind of lackluster for a craft store...more like just a warehouse.Cute selection of Halloween goodies...and not to cheaply made. Some of it was overpriced for what it was (plain bottles I can pick up at yard sales for $1 going for $7.99) and I wasnt too happy that theyre allowing people in without masks, but overall, a good place to kill some time.

Generally a good craft store. Some items can be ordered cheaper online, but its nice to browse a brick&mortar store every once in a while. Its nice to let the kids pick out some crafts they wanna work on. Well be back!

There was a young blonde girl working in there and she was super nice. I found everything I was looking for. Thank you for being open on Labor Day, Michaels, because you really helped me out with what I needed before my work week started where I wouldnt get any time to spare. Michaels is a welcoming store where you can find all sorts of stuff for your artsy side and come out satisfied. Definitely recommend for anyone to stop by and check out their products, they have low prices too which is convenient.

Small town Small Pickens from a store whos shelves were empty, but great customer service!

A staff member that was just getting off duty turned around and assisted me in finding an item that was almost at the end of the store. It was really great for her to do that so I didnt have to keep waiting for someone find me and then get help. Very thoughtful and helpful.

This store was immaculate and the employees were exceptionally helpful! Couldnt help but wander up and down the aisles to see all the great project ideas that were so colorful and had different textures! The candles had so many different smells! They are definitely getting ready for fall! The smells of cinnamon and spice and all things fall are in the air. Dont forget to sign up for Michaels email list and receive a 25% off coupon!

I was really pleased how the employees were tight there to help me. I had to get a photo album for my oldest grandson and it wanted to be able to write in it. My son his Dad passed away and hes having a hard time with it so I wanted to do something special for him. Pictures of him and his Dad when he was a baby up till now. They knew the store for every item and they were all very friendly. The only thing I didnt like was there high prices.

Horrible no Halloween stuff on shelves. Pallets of merchandise on floor. Employees doing absolutely nothing. You can have your vouchers and coupons because they are worthless. The cashier said the stocking crew dont come on till midnight. Joke of a store.

Place is very nice, but stupid expensive. My friend is an artist and gave me 3 paintings as a welcome gift for my house. I decided to frame the paintings and they asked me almost 2000 dollars for 3 frames!!!!! Lol the craziest thing is that this bargain is only until the 28th of this month, then the offer will expire and the real cost will be around 3500, really a joke, if they keep stealing like that probably will go out of business soon...

Great customer service. Located my online coupons after transaction completed. No problem. A return was done, coupons used and out the door with a have a good day. Good selection of signs available.

We were up at a friends house and was looking for places to go to and we noticed it wasnt that far from there house. Looking at it from the outside it didnt seem that big until you walked in. They pretty much had the same things we have at our neighborhood store they also had other things that we dont

I love Michaels because of the selection they offer. My visit on Sunday to the NPR store was OK. There was no staff walking the aisle or who I could ask for assistance. The line was long. But other than that, the store looked cleaned & organized.

I went to the Newly built Michaels on Rt.54 New Port Richey looking to get Markers and colored pencils for my wife to do cards and crafts. I asked for help and advise. Sales woman was very helpful. To me that is why I shop places who care that you shopped with them.

A little sparse on the 4th of July crafts, inless you consider tie dye for the 4th. Got some more yarn for my crochet blanket and some sting for my stung art projects. Friendly service, clean store, sanitized checkout area, and employees taking eachothers temps. Definately felt safe here!

Salespeople are awesome. Colleen, the manager, goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and product knowledge. She even called me to tell me that the sewing machine I had purchased the day before went on sale and to bring in my receipt for a $50.00 refund. NEVER had that happen before. The store always appears clean to me and the staff is willing to help. Staff is always willing to ask for help from a co-worker, if they dont have an answer to my question.They offer a great variety of products, if youre getting your craft on, this is the place go.

I always wondered when they asked if you found everything you needed if it was for a reason, so I was like no I did not, that I couldnt find the Halloween stake decorations that were in the ad, they just looked at me and then went on as normal.

This is one of my wifes favorite stores for craft supplies. It always seems to be well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love Michaels for the store that they are and the things that they carry. I got a new planner that I love. I did not love waiting in line 25 min for the only cashier, despite the fact that the manager was up there twice. They need to hire more staff.

The store in trinity had limited stock, and not what was listed online as being available. I attempted to purchase in advance for curbside or in store pick up. Store was too crowded and poorly stocked. Definitely was a waste of time and risk exposure. Should have gone back down to Clearwater location.

If its anything crafts you need, Michaels will have it. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

Clean and well stocked. I dealt mostly with the frame shop, and the associate in there was very knowledgeable and very helpful!

The store is great. Easy parking, friendly staff, always a coupon available, and a variety of craft items. They are in back to school transition, so there are some empty shelves. The only improvement I would like to see is contactless payment.

So much to choose from! Staff very helpful and courteous. I needed a new frame and matting for a poem that was important to my husband. The lady who helped me was amazing...she went out of her way and cut the matting herself instead of making me come back the next day. It turned out beautifully..and he loves it!

Nice store with plenty of products. Good store for craft shopping.

Very limited on supplies unless youre decorating cakes or working with fake flowers. No scale model section whatsoever and no airbrushes or airbrush paints.

Very crowded and some employees had no idea where things were. Would even ask over the radio to find out.

Great new store, glad they are more local and convenient for my kids and I. The store had everything I needed, only downside to my visit was not many workers on the floor when I needed help, and one of the employees in framing, younger girl was not very helpful or friendly. My over all experience was still decent and I found what I needed on my own. Ill defiantly be back for my kids.

The new Michaels is huge and has anything you can think of. I was able to get immediate assistance from an employee who actually walked with me all the way to the product I was looking for instead of trying to explain to me where it was. Made my trip fast so I was able to get in and out. I so appreciated that!
