Very friendly get the job done fast And the color came out amazing. I do have a little over spray on my wheels and on other small places. Also the passenger side mirrors needs more paint they missed a small part. But I do recommend this place for a good paint on a budget.
Macco did a amazing job on our new to us Pool Caddy Truck. We purchases the truck red with extreme sun damage on it. Macco team was very informative on what paint to use and did a fantastic job couldnt be happier! The truck is now pool caddy blue and ready to work.
Took my shuttle bus up to these guys to get a rear end on driver side corner. I figured itd be tuff to find a place to fix a shuttle bus, but these guys confidently took the job. They fixed it within the price the insurance gave me for the at fault driver. They readjusted my bumper, reshaped the corner (you have to reshape it since its a custom vehicle), and matched the paint PERFECTLY! Highly recommended these guys!

The team at Maaco was the first step in the updates we made to our old-looking yet perfectly operational vehicles. Went in to get a paint job and was astronomical more expensive than the original quote. The quote was more than 30 days old so I understand that it was not a current price, but I would strongly encourage people to wait until their prices come back to normal before getting things done here. Still waiting for the vehicle to be done. Hope its worth it.
You cats crushed it! I had a 2010 Hyundai that was disrespectful to be seen in. I am an older man who is retired and I brought my car here and asked for a quote as a walk in. I asked how much to repaint this. He pointed out all the dings and dents, I just wanted to get rid of the flaking clear and fading paint. I agreed to two areas of dings and dents he pointed out. (There where many). I dropped the car off then I forgot about it. A couple weeks later I looked at the paperwork and I was like, oh man, they are gonna charge me storage. I was way late on picking it up. I called they said no problem come pick it up. I see the car and itβs a work of art. I spent $1600.00 (which I agreed on beforehand) on bodywork and paint. I can get 10 more years out of this. So everyone who said they didnβt get their car back by the promise date, I left mine their way past my promise date. It all evens out. Listen, itβs your car, drop it off and let them do what they do. That promise date is a Macco franchise thing, which is all good, it is a business. I am sure they can get it to you tippity top on the promise date, but why? Let them do what they do and you will not be disappointed. I was going to get wheels and rims after the body/paint job but the car looks good enough as is. Great job people. I will bring my next car here

Took my 2013 Buick Verano to Maaco. Met with Steve and after a complete inspection he suggested a complete paint job. The car looks great and the price was reasonable. I am very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Maaco

Beth explained the differences in the paint jobs and pricing and helped me choose the right one. She matched the paint perfectly. When it was being painted, the technician noticed a flaw on the hood and immediately sent it back for more sanding. When I went to pick up the car, the painting was perfect!! It looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor!I cant say enough good things about Tom and Beth - both are professional, friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend this Maaco shop and would certainly use them again if needed!

I am writing this review not because I was asked but because I really enjoyed my experience with Maaco. They work hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied . They go above and beyond to make sure that you are please and will bend over backwards to make sure that you are. They have done a beautiful job with my Nissan Altima. and honestly they speak to you like you are an old friend instead of speaking to you like you are a blank check. NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES IN NEW PORT RICHEY. I highly recommend to anyone looking to have some repairs fixed or to get your car painted to give Maaco a call. I dealt with Andrew he is a Hell of an employee has years and years of experience and is a man that isnt going to sugar coat anything. He will tell you how it is. THANK YOU MAACO! I brought my car a few weeks ago to this Maaco to get a full exterior paint job and the trunk jam painted because my car had sun damage. Steve and the nice lady (canβt remember her name) recommend to stay away from the entry paint service because it was a enamel paint job and not recommended. I was not looking for a cheap paint job so I decided to go with their βmid-grade serviceβ. I was told my car would be ready in a week and it was not. I had to continue to follow up to find out when my car would be ready as I was renting a car while my car was being painted. I was promised that my car would be ready in a week and it turned into almost two weeks before my car was completed. I arrived to pick up my car and upon inspecting the work completed I discovered that my trunk jam was not painted. I bought it up to Steve and he stated βoh we just painted the exteriorβ, I said to him that I discussed with him during my original estimate and wanted the trunk jam painted too and he said that it would be another 200 bucks, I said ok and that I would bring the car back in a few weeks. I called today to make an appointment to paint the trunk jam and I was quoted 600 bucks which is 3 times more than originally quoted.Lesson learned- This establishment does not honor their promise dates nor their promised prices. Hopefully the paint job holds up because Iβm sure they wonβt honor their warranty.

This Maaco shop is the only place I will take my car! Tom and Steve have provided excellent customer service each time Iβve been there. I dropped my car off on Wednesday night and it was finished by noon on Thursday. It looks great and was a great price! Iβll definitely continue to give them my business!

I am starting off by giving them 3 stars. The reason for this was that I was told that the vehicle would be completed in 5 to 7 business days. I called them at noon the following Tuesday and was told that they were starting the prep work and would be finished on Friday which constitutes non-performance on their part. I will update when the job is finished. Better be good!After seeing the paint job I have updated to 5 stars. The wait was worth it, no runs, no drips, no errors. Only complaint is that they had my truck a week before they started to work on it. Could use better scheduling.
Paint came out great! Absolutely perfect! And Beth,Tom and Steve are good people.upon further inspection the over spray completely ruined my engine bay and all my parts. None of my parts are chrome anymore and itβs not easy getting this stuff off. Also I had a small crack in my windshield and when I received it the crack was all the way across the windshield. My conclusion is 5STARS for the owners and painter but a big ZERO for who ever is prepping and priming.
Very open, honest, and friendly with consultation and recommendations. Could have had more samples available to help βshopβ. Very good quality work. Did find some raised contaminants in paint that needed further buffing, no conflicts with fixing. Took twice as long to finish, costed me more money in rentals and taxis in between, but paid off.

The first place I spoke with said they wouldnβt touch any job for under $2,000... well... okπ³The second place I called was this Maaco shop.. I received fast, fair, and friendly service at an incredible price. The owners were like doing business with your dearest friends. They were genuine and performed high quality work for very affordable price!!!I just moved to the area from Colorado and have to say.... these folks are the best!!!! We couldnt be happier with their services. We originally got a quote via email from Steve to paint our Ford Truck. Our truck was in bad conditions on top and front hood. They offered us a great quote for the whole truck to be painted.It looked better than new! They also included the front lights cleaning. This was over a month ago and the lights still look amazing. We highly recommend them if you are looking for auto paint. They werent the cheapest quote we got, but definitely had the best customer service and Im pleased to share that their service was supreme.

I dealt with a man named Tom. The man is an honest broker. He said he would try and save me a few bucks and he did. Not only did they do an excellent job replacing and painting my bumper on my Tacoma but the nice lady behind counter rang up original invoice and Tom came out and said βhang on we owe him moneyβ. Kinda expected to get raked over the coals but these guys did the opposite. Refreshing to deal with honest folks who wonβt rip you off.

I have a 19 year old Jeep Wrangler. I didnt think I cared much how it looks, but Id spent some money on mechanical things, and it was beginning to show some rust. I had the rust taken care of, and then brought it in to Maaco New Port Richey. It came out beautiful. Its been 3 months now, and I put a coat of wax on it (they told me to wait 3 months). Now, every time I see the car, it makes me smile. Runs great, protected from rust, and, what I care about more than I thought, it looks GREAT.
I had an accident and found out my insurance wasnβt going to cover it. I took it to MAACO and Steve helped me out. Although I am not going to get the services done (my car is totaled and not worth saving it) Steve was amazing! He called around dealerships and other places and got quotes to me quickly. He called for used and new parts and if I chose to get the service done was the best quote I received. A great guy. Thankful for his help.

My car got hit and the whole front of my car was mess. I brought my car to Maaco and was greeted by Andrew who gave me a quote. The car who hit me also left behind a fog light and Andrew even contacted Ford to help me find out the model of the car who hit me. He went above and beyond and was super helpful. Andrew even made sure that the rental car I got was okay for me drive since Im pretty short. Two days later, my car looks brand new! They did an amazing job! I highly recommend them!

Purchased a complete paint job for my 2008 Mazda 3. Went from black to metallic gray. We selected the color we wanted and Andrew found the exact paint code in FORD color choices. The job was superior. No overspray, runs or uneven areas. The car looked like new. We did not pick the most expensive option but it looks like we did. That was 6 months ago and it still looks perfect.

I highly recommend this Maaco! I had my truck painted a few years ago because the original paint was peeling. I shopped around at a couple Maaco locations and this one had the best price. Beware of the other Maacos in the area giving you higher prices for the same job. They did a great job on the paint job, although not as perfect as factory paint. I went back this week to get warranty work done as some of the paint started peeling around the trim. They honored their warranty and repainted the panels for a great price. The manager, Andrew, was great to work with both times, and I will recommend this shop to anyone that needs paint or body work done.

Brought my car back for a second time to have the hood and cargo door re painted. They did an amazing job with the paint and it looks brand new, however this time they did not do a very good job prepping the right rear window of my SUV and you can see a shade of white paint on the top left corner of the glass, which kinda sucks. (BTW: my car is painted white.) Other than that mistake everything else seems to be great.

The paint job was just ok but the service is definitely lacking! To start off I brought my car in to have the driver side door painted. It took 2 weeks to get back my car for just having the car door done. I learned that they were firing people and have revolving doors. They have a hard time keeping people. I wonder why. Upon receiving my car back after 2 weeks I went to put the driver side window down and it no longer works. There is a zero liability paragraph on the receipt that you sign. I get that. Especially if the vehicle has a problem that is not related to why the car was there to begin with. But when there is a problem in the same area where they were painting, the coincidence is just well you get the idea. As an act of good faith and a good busines practice they should have taken control of this situation and made it right. I deal with Joe public every day and I would have made this right. Maaco New Port Richey failed to even attempt to do anything! Poor customer service period!!! Even if they couldnt fix it, they could have offered even so much as a coupon or something. Anything! But they failed miserably. Zero attempt to keep their customer. Theres an old saying bad news spreads a hell of a lot quicker than good news people! I will go out of my way to inform people of this Maaco location. Buyer beware!!

They painted my car and it looks horrible they didnt paint my mirrors like I requested they told me they were going to work on it two weeks later they called me back the car looked amazing the manager very sharply told me that I had a $3,000 paint job for $500 because the silver single part paint would separate when I left I didnt make it to the first u-turn before my buddy following me called to tell me my car was smoking (the same buddy that followed me 50 miles to the paint shop) when I pulled over all of my water was coming out of the tailpipe and the motor proceeded to hydrolock... the car looks great but I honestly believe that despitefully did something to my motor

I called and asked what the starting price is for my 2 door hatchback. The answer is $1,000 and that does not include the inside of the door frames or the rim around the tires.
Took my 370Z Fairlady to get the front spoiler painted and installed. At first they looked very professional. Told me it would be done in two days. The second day I had not heard from them so I stopped bye. They had only painted the new part and told me it would be another day. The manager showed me the painted part and they had painted it without sanding or finishing the edges. I left very unhappy and then called the manager and told him I was not happy with the finish. After all, I brought it to a professional so it could be done right. So two days later I finally got my car. They painted the part and installed it with black glue that came thru the edges and left it visible on a bright gloss red car. When they showed me the car it was facing a bright sun and really did not noticed the worst part. When I got home I noticed that both sides of the front bumper were all scratched. He told me that they had clamped the piece on while the glue dried. Well you better believe that they damaged the front bumper and all the scratch parts wore due to the clamping. Then they spilled something on the front bumper that damaged the finish. Somehow they scratched an immense gouge inside of the driver side door. Both seats were cover in paint dust. which I can understand why would someone would have been sitting in the passenger seat. I can begin to explain how heart broken I am. This is my dream car and its ruined by a licensed shop. I should have left once I saw the painter completely ignore the manager when he asked a question regarding my car. Truth is that I will take the loss and learn from it. If you care about your car regardless of type I strongly recommend not to use them. I will be contacting Maacos headquarters but would be shocked if they would even care. Will take it elsewhere to be done right and absorb the cost as a lesson learned.

The most incompetent, pathetic craftsmanship I have ever seen. Dropped off a 67 vw Beetle with minor damage and a repaint. Waited OVER 2 weeks for my car, when I went to pick up, they had not straightened a damage fender, bondod over the buckled steel, and painted over it. Also, painted over 2 small dents that were to be repaired. Sloppy, crap work. Here comes the best part, the second time I come in to get car, looks acceptable, so I sign and pay. I get in the car, someone literally broke the fing shifter knob and extension bar off the car! I was so aggravated, I thought I could repair it and just left. The shifter and linkage are so damaged (apparently some moron didnt know vw bugs have a unique shift pattern, and would rather force it than ask) that I now have to replace the shifter linkage, shifter arm, extension and knob. These guys are all about fast, take your money, and get you out of their way. No concern for your vehicle, work quality or service. Run away, go to a real body shop,.
Update: my trunk filled with water when Irma hit my area due to them not putting my trunk together properly. The absolute worse service & place to get your car fixed. I had to take my gas cap off just to put gas in it because they improperly installed it. Ive done nothing but had to clean up their mess & I still have black overspray all over my car.
