Friendly service and lots of fresh and frozen bait at good prices.
Been going to this place since I was young its been here for years. Great customer service. Nice variety of tackle. Always catching fish with the live shrimp and squid.
Went there to buy shiners the shiners weren’t 2 inches long size of minnows he sold them for me for eight dollars a dozen should’ve drove the extra 3 miles to armed anglers gave another dollar a dozen I got at least some decent size shiners that was ridiculous he said they were medium shiners these weren’t large minows
No cars in lot appeared closed ! Wonder why cuz guy was rude and demanded we wear a mask! We left and went to a different shop! Apparently doesn’t want your business ! Beware !
Good shop for shrimp and spinners. Other then that just some basic stuff. Good local guys that run it. I always give them my business
I WENT TO THIS BAIT SHOP TODAY, THE GUY SEEMED VERY RUDE, AND ACTED LIKE HE DIDNT WANT MY BUSINESS.ILL BET I WASNT IN THERE FOR MORE THEN 30 SECONDS BEFORE I WALKED OUT.I PROBABLY WONT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.
Their live shrimp was affordable
Ok good guy but to into enforcment of mask at a six foot distance. Kind of ruse could have ask me to were a mask but intead says weres ur mask!!!!!!????..why the hostility i will still visit from tyme to tyme wen im out there vary slow busness not to much of a cheap selecton taxin like crazy
Nice shrimp at a great price
Didn’t let us in because we didn’t have a mask, and the mask mandate is lifted therefore it is not required in pasco county.
Super cool guy working the shop
Very nice gentlemen that was working. Bought some shiners and fishing tackle.
Great place to get live and frozen bait. The shrimp are consistently large and not picked through like at many other bait shops. This is my go-to bait shop.
Dont really have much of anything but so carry freshwater live bait
Great bait, cheap price, open early
One stop for bait and very helpful.
Got some decent shrimp bait! Will go back.
Great little bait shop tucked away off Trouble Creek...you can miss it if your not looking for it... which somehow adds to the charm. Joe and John are the nicest guys...very helpful and friendly...my son loves to go in and see them and talk about all the cool fish sculptures on the wall! Great prices too!
A fine, quickie bait stop; no frills, no thrills. I paid $3 for a package of pristine shrimp. I read through many reviews before I went, and, folks who use words like rude are wrong. I understand the misunderstanding: to the point is more accurate; no frills, no thrills, just factual response. If you stop here for coffee and conversation, you will be dissatisfied; if you stop for decent bait and terminal tackle at reasonable prices, you will be back. I certainly will.
Small shop, always helpful
Shrimp didnt even make the dock at eagle point and the customer service was horrible at best. Didnt have much in the store, so one stop necessary if you want bad service and dead bait. J&J bait shop is a better bet And much better service. Stick with them. Very obvious owner has no interest in local traditions like sizing bait which is important when targeting different bait. Very surly northerner running the place and he made it very obvious he does not like locals.
Bought a dozen shrimp, had a bubble bucket to keep them alive. Got to docks 20 minutes later and most of them were already dead and a few had very little life in them. Cheap price but not healthy shrimp.
Easy in and out bait shop. Has for the most part all you need for live bait and tackle and reasonably priced. Not the place for accesories.
Excellent shop. Been coming here since i was a kid with my grandfather. Still the best bait shop around.
Bought bait here it caught me an 8 pound bass very happy will be back
Always open when I need bait. Very reasonable priced. They had live shrimp and pinfish.
Friendly staff
Live bait yes they did great place local and friendly amazing...
Small shop with little stock. But the clerk was very friendly and polite. They have live and frozen bait.
Cheap prices and knowledgeable staff.
This bait shop is very resonable on price even live bait. I go here all the time when Im going fishing, wouldnt go anywhere else. Dont be fooled by size of shrimp at other locations and pay a arm and leg for them, youll get a mixed size of live bait here but never have a issue with catching fish. The staff is also very friendly. A+++++++++++ Im a lifetime customer! P.S If you want your bait alive longer get a dang aerator in your bucket!
Awesome place nice guy who works there believe hes the owner very nice guy
Nothing fancy, nice owner and all necessities available.
Un-sorted Shrimp! You get the best for your money here! My favorite Bait Shop!
Great place to buy meat cheap prices good deals
Theyve got what you need when it comes to live bait. Little on the rude side if you set your bait bucket a few inches from where the man tells you, thats really strange... but well let the unhappy people know that we dont mind. And we still said thank you sir for your time, got our live pinfish and hit the water..
Very nice people
Rudest bait shop Ive ever been to. Owner acts like the customer is a nuisance. Sold me a dozen pin fish, all 12 died before I got home. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Plenty of baitshops in the area.
Horrible bait shop. They were very rude and are not very noligable. If your looking for tackle go else where. No selection what so ever of tackle nor live or frozen bait. Will not be going back there.
This place is awful! The customer service was horrible, the man working with my family was a jerk, and all of the shiners we got were dead before we got home 10 minutes later.
Inexpensive quality bait and convenient location
Poor customer service.
Very small and hard to find, this small bait shop offers a selection of tackle and bait
Good prices and selection.
Bad service
Good price to buy bate
Not very friendly.
Very accommodating
Long standing in the area, for all your bait needs.
