Home Depot and Lowes are like toy stores for house dwellers. Pretty much everything youd need to take care of any given home situation, but everyone knows that. The quality of the store is good, my only complaint is you always have to seek out help, and sometimes its hard to find people. But its been that way for decades as far as I can tell so Im sure everyone is used to it. Plus Im sure their busy and with worker shortages, I cant blame them.

This Home Depot, is my favorite in the area in terms of their staff. They are always willing to help and generally happy. Today, Helen, helped me. She was absolutely amazing! Thanks to her out of the box thinking, my steam cleaner may be working again. As she thought of out of the box items, she crossed more than one department, never once did she attempt to pawn me off onto another employee. She stayed and helped me until we found something. I have gone to Home Depot more than once for help in regards to this issue, and although everyone in the pasts effort were appreciated, she managed to nail it in minimal time! I couldnt be happier with my experience. I did have to swap the item, and Mary, I believe her name is, long, dark hair, if you didnt know she is actually a newer hire (I want to say less than 6 months) you would think she had a managerial position. Between the way she carries herself, the way other employees use her as a sounding board, and the way she remains calm and friendly through it all, is a great example of what customers want to experience as they walk into your establishment.

We are new home owners in NPR and this store has been so good to us always helpful from the time they greet us at the door. If you want to make something bring pictures they will tell you what to buy and save you a fortune. Highly Recommended !!! This is why we moved to a small town best service always treated like family and as a woman I feel comfortable even going in by myself . We have painted our home, bought lawn equipment we now have grass, bought a 250 watt infra-red light for our puppies, built stalls and a puppy crib, shelves for the coffee bar and cleaning products as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were looking for a generator, BOB is amazing. He gave us so much advice and knowledge. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Definitely outshines any other store we have been to. All sales reps need to be like him!

Well, I needed a kennel for cats. And apparently, Home Depot has decided to sell those only online. So. I asked where the dog kennels were, and as it turns out, Home Depot has decided to sell those only via the internet also. I finally bought some stakes and some hardware cloth, and figured I could cut wood from free pallets to build it myself

Absolutely abhorrent treatment of Veterans at this location. Based on what I have read from others reviews, I am not surprised at what happened to me this past weekend (September 11th of all days.) I had been to 3 other Home Depots in the area and they GLADLY took my Veteran endorsed drivers license for a discount. This particular store was the only one that had stock of what I needed. I am at check out and I ask politely about Veteran discount. With a very smug attitude the lady walks away and throws up this laminated list of what they accept as Veteran IDs. One of the cards on that list is what I used to get my Veteran endorsement on DL. I asked to speak to store manager and he comes over and repeatedly states my DL doesnt work. I said I had to show this card (I pointed to one of the cards in the laminated list) at the DMV to get this Veteran endorsement. He said well we arent the DMV. I have told every contractor I know not to use this home depot. If you are a Veteran I highly recommend not patronizing this store. They do not respect Veterans. I walked away leaving my full cart and bought alternative items at Lowes, who did not question my Veteran status.

Its home Depot it has everything I love shopping there. I love shopping there more than I do shopping for clothes. 🌝

We bought a brand new washer and dryer today. Our salesman Joseph was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He bent over backwards to make sure that we got the best machines for our money. Would happily do business with this kind and caring gentleman again. Sharon and Harry.

Got a great deal on a freezer....staff was available and friendly. Last two large items purchased at Lowes had been used and repackaged, one being defective. Both passed off as new. Go to Home Depot!

They refuse to give a veterans discount even with a Florida drivers license clearly showing you are a veteran. The proper ID card that they require is no longer available in Florida and even with another States ID, they still will not honor that you are a veteran. If youve served your country it shouldnt matter what ID you.show being a veteran. LOWES never questions or gives a hard time. HOME depot does not honor veterans!

Experience ended well.i needed electrical help that I have no idea about. My boss at busy local business gave me the parts to get solve an a/c issue. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. Wonderful employee. The Customer service when I asked for help where discussing non work issues. I waited and waited for acknowledgement.Completely ignored until I asked for help. The response was we will get to you. I was blown away about this dismissal.Your check out employees are inviting and friendly.Thanks to your charming customer service personnel, I will take my business across the street.. Lowes.

On Sunday, my air conditioner thermostat stopped working. I came here to buy a new one, but I didnt know where it was. I asked the staff. He was Robert. He led me to find the goods, but there was no identical model. He helped to find it on the Internet, but there was no one on the Internet. He also helped me to call the manufacturer to inquire, and we found an alternative model. Special thanks to Robert for his help, so that I can continue to use my air conditioner in this hot weather. This shop is great, Robert is even better, he is a very nice and friendly person, and this shop will be my eternal choice in the future! Thank you Robert! Good luck!

Usually the help I get in the store is excellent. Yesterday my glucose plummeted and I found myself in trouble. I got something at the register, paid for my items and asked for someone to walk with me to my car. I was standing there with my knees shaking and getting the sweats while they stood around trying to decide if that was even an option. Finally I told them to forget it or I would be going down right there. I had to hold tight to my basket and proceeded to stager across the parking lot. A little help please?!

I love the home Depot. The home Depot app tells you exactly where in the store the item youre looking for is.People are generally friendly too. If I had to spend a million bucks in an hour, the home Depot is where I would choose to do it.

I went to Home Depot to buy a replacement vent hose for my portable a/c unit. They didnt have the hose and had a poor selection of replacement parts for my unit. I thought that was odd for a home improvement store. I ended up getting the vent hose at Amazon. Kind of disappointed.

Friendly and helpful staff, they have a good self checkout system makes getting in and out fast.

Came to get a dolly & we asked Dave for help locating them. He sent us on our way to find them & then came to check on us to make sure we found them! Super sweet.

At Home Depot, I couldnt tell you if the customer is always right or is always wrong, because, at the Home Depot, the customer is just irrelevant.The customer is not the Home Depots concern.Me and Darwin went there for a blower, you know, like a leaf blower.The one Darwin wanted, it were out of stock. They wouldnt sell him the display.Darwin said he wanted to talk to a manager.Manager wouldnt come talk to him. He was busy doing manager stuff that did not involve satisfying the customers. But the manager did tell the employee talking to Darwin to tell Darwin that Home Depot had six of the blowers Darwin was interested in at another Home Depot location. And, Darwin was free to drive over to that other Home Depot location and but one himself. If he wanted to. They didnt object.Thanks dude.

I found so far everything I needed around the house and if I had questions the staff was always there to provide answers and help. The curbside pickup is convenient and the longest time I had to wait for someone to bring my purchased items to my car was 8 minutes. I have nothing negative to say about Home Depot.

One of my favorite stores (of course). Have a good selection of tools, wood selection is a different story. Most of the lumber is crooked enough to build a boat with. Staff is always helpful and polite.

Went in to see if they had an adapter to a dryer that we saw online. Asked the lady this in the department and she states no we don’t have it do you actually think we carry everything online in the store.who speaks to a customer this way!!!! Had to walk away. Rude employee. But I guess that is what Home Depot hires. Just lost my business. 145 at little rd. Wish I got her name

I first had trouble finding someone to help me then when I went to check out I was told they did away with the veterans discount program. I asked to speak to the manager and she confirmed Home Depot has ended the discount program. I explained the other Home Depots that I have been to just this week have given me the Veterans discount, the manager refused to change her mind. I kindly left my items and went 1 block down to Lowes and received my Veterans Discount. To think my son was going to purchase flooring/everything that goes with it, ladder and a chandelier from them next week now hes going to Lowes for his purchase. Good Bye Home Depot

Ive been coming to this home Depot since I purchased my home here in the area along the Gulf of Mexico. I have visited home depots in the area from Clearwater to Tampa and north of me, but these group of guys in ladies are so friendly and so welcoming and they dont just look at you as a number or even as a customer but more of a friend

Husband went to buy enough wood to build a shed. After loading 70+ pieces by himself, after 5 different employees had past him having deep political conversations with each other. He then went to buy 30 bags of concrete. He asked them to bring it out on a pallet to the trailer. They did bring it out with lift, but tried getting him to purchase the pallet for $15 instead so they didnt have to help him unload. If you drive behind home depot, they have pallets behind just laying in the ground. The man driving the lift guessing I would say in his later 60s. He did his best to help unload while a younger man stood with flags and watched. Still trying to convince my husband just to pay the $15 and take the pallet. The employee maybe helped with 10 bags of concrete. Then both employees left and let my husband unload 10 4x4s by himself. We used to shop a home depot 3xs a week. We will now be gong to Lowes across the street.

The trend of cordless window blinds has replaced the old cord pulls. I like it.

Had questions about a product and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what the product was and what we would need to finish our job.

There is only a handful of helpful employees. The rest needs an attitude adjustment.

On 5/28/2021 I purchased all new kitchen appliances. The salesman Adam Lapp was great to work with and very helpful. He advised me that all of my appliances would be delivered on 06/29/2021. On 6/29 the delivery truck pulls up. I showed the delivery men where the appliances were going. They then informed me that they could install the microwave above the stove and they would hook the stove up but they could not install the fridge or the dishwasher because I needed a certain adapter on the water line. They told me that a plumber would reach out to me and that the plumber would hook everything up. I get the call and the plumber comes out the next day and fixes the water lines. The plumber then asked where the appliances were to be hooked up. I told him that the delivery men took the fridge and dishwasher. He shook his head. Later that day, Home Depot calls me to set up delivery for the fridge and dishwasher. The man on the phone told me those appliances would be delivered on 7/10/2021. On 7/10, I had not heard from Home Depot about the delivery so I called a number I had. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get a hold of a person to help me. Finally I get a hold of a woman who first said that it appeared my appliances were going to Texas. I’m in Florida. Then she explains that there was a mixup. She said that the man who set up delivery for 7/10 never completed the setup in the computer so they did not have my appliances out for delivery and she offered to have them delivered 7/24. Then she comes back and says the soonest they could do is 7/14. So here it is 7/14. The delivery truck shows up. I show the delivery men where the appliances are going and he asked if I wanted them to just leave the appliances in the kitchen. I said “no, they’re supposed to be installed”. He said to me “we just deliver, we don’t install”. So I asked if he was at least going to take the old dishwasher and he said “if I cannot install, I cannot uninstall”. We go out to the delivery truck and they unload the fridge and take the box off. The delivery guy points out to me that there are several dents on the fridge. These are not little dings but actual large dents. He then points to the box and shows me damage to the box where the dents were. He said they were going to take the fridge back. They then unbox the dishwasher which was fine. The delivery man brought the dishwasher still in the box into my kitchen and parked it along a wall and said someone would be in touch to arrange set up of the dishwasher. He gave me a number to call about the fridge and they left. I call the number given to me and I’m told that LG will contact me about the new fridge but they were perplexed as to why the delivery man could not set up the dishwasher. Now I’m given a date of 7/24 that they will be out to install the dishwasher. Like I said, the sales part of it was great but once they got my money, the service went downhill fast. I’m waiting for Home Depot to makes things right but all I’m getting is the runaround from everyone I speak with.

It is... well... what it is...Wrong answers, customer avoidance, lack of staff and knowledge. I am becoming more of an Ace Hardware fan each time I visit.

Very diligent about the mask mandate and enforcement. Employees are super helpful. But dont go on a weekend or late in the day because it becomes a madhouse.

Went here specifically to buy a shelving unit but the isle was closed off because a forklift was running back and forth between that isle and the next. I asked the employee standing there how long it would be closed and he answered For a bit. I asked how long is a bit and he said Probably 10 or 15 minutes. Sorry Home Depot but my time is valuable even if you dont think so, way to lose a sale! I went across the street to Lowes. (And might just go there from now on.)

After speaking with Steve on the phone to verify he had what the website showed he did, we drove an hour to go to this location. When we arrived Steve had it already to go. Thank you both...Hard to find dedicated people like these two men...

Very convenient, best if you know what you need, and where to get it, as they always seem to be understaffed. However the few employees that are there, always go above and beyond when i need assistance.

Home Depot all the employees always help with any questions you have and if they dont have the answer they will find it for you. And if they dont have the item youre looking for they will find out what store does and have them hold it for you if need be. like home Depot a lot better than I like clothes Lowes always seems to be higher priced and they have a lot less of a selection than home Depot.

Three different areas I asked for some help and it seemed like everyone of the employees had something better to do than to help a customer one of actually answered my question and walked away before I even got a chance to talk to him... I hope someday they get the same treatment

Denise in customer service and Bob on the floor were the highlight but everyone we came in contact with was awesome. Bob was genuine and friendly, such a great asset for you to have him on the floor. Walked around for an hour even though Im pregnant and I shouldnt be doing that, and proceeded to stand in the AC aisle for about 30 minutes looking confused and no one offered to help me. I would have bought the $300 portable unit had someone offered some assistance with lifting the very very heavy box as well as a few pieces of information about the product.

I thought the few people we asked for help would be a lot more helpful.

Went to the garden center. Nice selection of pots and decent prices. Very few hanging baskets with flowers unless you like impatiens or petunias. That was a disappointment. They have rubber mulch at an extremely good price and the bags are light enough even I can pick them up as a 98 lb weakling.

I’ve never had anything but exceptional customer service here. I’ve had multiple issues with a home renovation and they’ve taken each item back with no question. Return policy is far better than Lowe’s - had completely opposite experiences all within 30 min of each other. If you’re doing any kind of serious renovations, don’t bother going anywhere else.

I had to return some extra back splash. Quick in and out.

There fruit was fresh the prices were comparable and people were nice 🙂
