I did a curbside order for pick up so glad I checked my bag before I left the parking lot as one of my items was broken, who puts a broken item and sells it!? When I went back in and talk to the manager he didn’t seem very upset by the issue more the fact that he had to now deal with it and made a comment down the hall to one of the employees that he blamed them and that it was all their fault. I told him that I used to work at a Walgreens and that damaged items as such on the shelves should not be left out they should be put in 1506 (which is damaged bins that is returned to company) I told him that it was unprofessional to do so and giving away damaged items and to go orders to customers there was no apology even though I told him it wasn’t him that I blamed, however It is his responsibility of the employees that work there and making sure they are providing exemplary customer service. So if you do get a curbside pick up please check your bags before you leave the parking lot! I can see why there are only two stars for this Walgreens

Today I had a Tonsillectomy, its quite hard to swallow. I was prescribed a liquid pain reliever which apparently is extremely under stocked at almost every pharmacy! Walgreens was the only place that had it available. They dont take my insurance, therefore, I was prepared to pay out of pocket. It was an emergency situation. They would not take my payment due to conflicting contracts CVS! Unbelievable! If CVS didnt have it in stock what is the conflict???? The pharmacist was extremely rude and just fine with leaving me in such pain! The supervisor wasnt available of course! I understand the current situation of pain medication control but does this store just get to make up their own rules???? I do not recomend. I took me prescription to another pharmacy and they jumped through hoops to get my prescriptions filled immediately.👎👎👎

Worst pharmacy ever.. they say the have your prescription done in 30 minutes you wait 70 minutes only to find out they have it but can’t charge you because they don’t have a sku in the system

This pharmacy was given a prescription and we were told it would be ready by 4pm. I wasn’t able to come back that day. Went back and now they can’t find my script which makes me wonder how many scripts were “loss” yet billed to insurance companies. The one lady at the window dark blond, medium build woman did not even care because she knows she was the one the script was given to, she sent someone else to window to tell me that the other lady looked but couldn’t find it. This is very bad business and detrimental to patients health. My insurance will be asking for refund!!!!

Sylvia the pharmacist is very nasty and condescending. I will never go back there due to her behavior.

Save yourself the trouble do not Go to this Walgreens. They are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I witness one of the workers name Abigail who was working in the pharmacy as she was so condescending to one of the customers. Taunting the customer saying, if she was gonna refill her medication she would do it on her terms only if the customer was to shut up. How this young lady still has her job is beyond me. But Walgreens really need to consider on hiring better employees.

As far as the pharmacy is concerned this Walgreens is sub-par. As you can see by the photo there is usually a long line. You will often see the Drive Thru being the only entity that receives attention. Waiy times for prescriptions is always over an hour which is unlike anything I have seen. Was told two hour wait time and after waiting I returned to learn that my blood pressure rx was lost somehow and that I needed to call my doctor. This was on a Friday and because I was told to wait two hours my doctors had closed. I had to endure high blood pressure needlessly for 3 days. My doctor has made the mistake a few times of sending a rx here rather than the Walgreens near me and because of something simple I have suffered. If you can, choose another pharmacy.

I walked in to buy something for before going into work I picked it up walk to the checkout counter in the lady was back by photos saying Ill be with you in a moment and then she started still talking to the guy instead of waiting on me I turned and looked at her again she goes maam Ill be there in a moment as she still was talking to the guy they left the product on the counter and walked out so I wont be late for work I will never step foot in that Walgreens again

They have very little pharmacy inventory so I have to hope they have my monthly script. Than they tell you it will be there next day and its not. Than you are called its in but store is closed early on weekends.Basically took a week to get a script.Dont use them. Lot better elsewhere.

Walgreens overall is a good pharmacy chain. Like any business that has multiple outlets which carry basically the same products, for me it comes down to customer service. This store has very friendly people who try hard to provide good service.

I came in tonight to buy Claritin D, as I do every couple weeks. The pharmacist asked for my ID, then gave it back telling me I need to get a horizontal ID. I said I dont have my license, but he still insisted I get a horizontal ID. I thought that was pretty inappropriate and unnecessary. I have been coming in to this Walgreens, multiple times a week, and I never had this problem before with pharmacy purchases. I dont understand why he had a problem with me not having a license (horizontal card).Im buying medicine, not a car, and my identification card isnt expired, so I dont understand why I had this problem here.

They only make demands rather than asking questions, some of the worst staff I have ever met in my life. Walgreens you really need to take a look into this location and clear the bad and corrupt. Rude, voices opinion over facts, and made me drive over two hours for no reason other then personal animosity. I’ll be contacting corporate.

Run! Stay away from them! These people seem to go out of their way to make life miserable and unhealthy! Get all prescriptions filled here and every time it’s something new they need so they can decline filling my medication. These are NOT opioids so it’s not like they are careful because of the new laws. Yesterday after picking up one prescription the day before with no problem and calling and personally speaking to the pharmacist I get there to be told the pharmacist manager left a “note” on my file saying they would not fill anymore prescriptions until I updated my address on my drivers license. Since when do they enforce DMV laws? I have a VALID drivers license ID. I was out of a medication for 2 days and they simply refused to refill the medication and the manager wouldn’t be in until the next day. These prescriptions are very critical to my daily health and they seem be on a power kick getting ego boost controlling people’s lives. Marianne in particular is the worst of them all. The store manager is worthless. Happy and healthy is miles away from this store!

Taylor one of the employees there went out of his way to help me ship a fedex box that was a return.Fedex put the wrong numbers on the label.Thanks for the help that fedex screwed up.

They have pieces of cardboard where product used to be. The store looks like its closing.Dont waste your time going. They probably dont have it. What a shame,it was a lovely neighborhood store

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. The lady I dealt with was incredibly rude. I was trying to get information on my prescription and she was skiing other people behind me if she could help them... So disrespectful. Also its been an hour and they are claiming that even though the doctor shows they accepted and verified my prescription it is not in there system. No where at all... I am never using this pharmacy again

I will never get pictures from Walgreens again. The first order was heads chopped off in every picture and the other order was not even my family then almost gave me a problem about getting my money back. Peace. Will never do that again at Walgreens

They need better hrs and has a lot of things not in Stock and I cant stand when I see workers chatting with each other when the store is full of customers but that happens everywhere less packed than Walmart though

They think they are god and can tell you if you need the meds that a doctor has prescribed to you.when it is this Walgreens that thinks it has the right to know what is best for my body.went back in after 6 months and very friendly help me a lot .a lot better thank you.

Worst store/pharmacy I have EVER been to. I went to transfer/filled my husbands prescriptions and the pharmacy technician (moron) tells me all I had to do was change his address on his license. I come back with it fixed and the RUDE IGNORANT pharmacist Jennifer Welch tells me I cant transfer or fill because I had it filled at another Walgreens (its the SAME CORPORATION!!!!!) Evem though that pharmacy was farther from our house and we only went there because other pharmacies where out of his medication and couldnt guarantee itd be back in on the next shipment. The pharmacist was the RUDEST person I have EVER seen and the store manager did NOTHING about it. When I asked for a manager above that pharmacy, like a district one, they refused to give me any information and the pharmacist tried to refuse to even tell me what the store or district code/number was!!!! I guess customers arent important anymore!!

I went to this location to find a Prebiotic, I looked thoroughly in all the areas they had those kinds of items all there was for the Prebiotic so I asked the lady behind the counter and she asked me if I looked by the it probiotics I said yes she said she couldnt help me and called the manager to tell me Id have to order it online. Not knowledgeable of their items

Don’t ever go this Walgreens to buy cough medicine, was told in front of my daughter, that they needed my license because drug addcits use cough medicine to make crystal meth!!! I have used most of my adult life. At 68 years, Ihave a chronic pain condition. I just recieved a pain prescription, the first in 2 years. The prescription came from the regular doctor who prescribes all my medications. I have been rold the presciption has to be verified and rbey have a number of others ahead of me and they will get to me when they can. It may take a few days. I dont like these meds and wait until I am unable to sleep and it is even painful to breahe. If they would look,at the history with them it would be obvious I am not a drug abuser. This store is more expensive than most pharmacies,cusomer servvice leaves much to be desired. I am moving to the other xoast soon and will never enter a walgreens again.

The pharmacist here is a rogue Prima Donna playing by his own rules and caused me to waste my day pursuing filling a Rx here in vain that is handled by other Walgreens with no problem. Shop somewhere else. I used a coupon from good Rx for a prescription at several other Walgreens. This time I happened to stop at this one on corner of Trouble Creek and 19. Waited patiently in line, you know how that goes. When I dropped it off I said I had a coupon. The pharm tech. took my script. I was not informed some coupons are not accepted (or I would have moved on right then) but in fact was told, bring it with you when come back to pick up. Following pharm. staff orders, I returned later with phone in hand, pushing aside other errands. Ruining my sandals in their parking lot puddles, to be told, this pharmacist doesnt accept that coupon for this script. Really?!? The manager tried to talk to him and was very sorry for my customer experience of inconvenience. When I realized he still had my script, I went back in and asked the pharmacist myself to make an exception this one time since I was there and it was filled. I said, youre now going to make me start all over again tomorrow to get this filled? You wont just make up for this customer service by at least honoring it 1 time? Nope.[I spent over a hundred dollars on sunglasses just last week when I stopped at a Walgreens.] This pharmacist is going to avert sales in more ways than one. Fire him. He needs to be in a private practice. Hes not cut out for a corporate position.PS went to another Walgreens had it filled no problem. Boycotting Trouble Creek until they have a new pharmacist. Regret him wasting my gas with two vain trips there, MY time. Thx to Dr. Rogue, you just wasted part of employees pay to fill it too.
