Have to catch a customer service representative to help and they didnt know who we should speak with. Employee pointed where to go and said someone might help you there. 😣😞I was disappointed. My husband doesnt have patients to stand around for more then a couple minutes then that employee could not help but told us it would be better to make an appointment and speak with someone for kitchen counters

Im disappointed!! I use to shop there all the time and its sad that I had to have them call a manager just to get help. Than when they finally agree to help me the girl at the front counter who was more than capable of cutting the AC Filter gave it to the door guy who couldnt even cut it straight. I think Ill go to Lowes from now on. Im disabled and dont have the use of my right hand and I stay by myself and couldnt cut it on my own. I know there are guys that cut wood for people and all they had to do was call one of them. They werent even busy. Sad to say if your disabled dont go to home Depot.😡

Not knowing what materials I would need and how to order, Steven, the pro desk came to my aid.. Explained the ordering process, was patience with me not knowing what I would need.. He explained how Rip Rap worked and just about everything that could happen to it.. I want to thank all the refund folks who help me get many of the materials that I over ordered.. The load and unload guys helping me.. Overall excellent experience, I could not thank the folks enough... Again, thanks...

Each and every time I go there the employees are usually just standing and/or sitting around doing nothing. I walk around the store without a clue where to go and no one offers help.Last time I needed help with carpeting and I got to speak with a great employee,(Kevin H.) who was sitting around and became upset when I asked for assistance. He didnt really care to help. Didnt want to explain anything.I will never go back. Id rather go up on 19 which is farther but I hope they provide better service.

I love Home Depot product better quality compared to others.

Sucked.had to go elsewhere.help is no help.
