Great place, one of the best Walmart stores Ive been to. Not too sure about the greeter we saw last time we visited tho. Wish I could get paid to stand around on my phone during my work shift and do absolutely nothing... The kid literally didnt even look up at anyone.

Maggie was just extremely rude and unprofessional! While shopping I planned to have my sons hair cut at the salon that clearly says “INSIDE of Walmart” online. As I’m walking over to the salon she starts yelling at me for a receipt. I explained i was not exiting the store i was simply dropping my 16 year old son off for his hair cut appointment while i finish my shopping. She continued to yell saying she doesn’t care, she needs to see my receipt. She then directed me to take my cart 15 feet away and leave it just to walk to the door of the salon. I manager a Dental office and could NEVER imagine taking to one of our guest as she did to me! As you can see, you do not have to pass the exit sign to get into the salon so why was she making such a ruckus.

Its okay. Except when you have a service dog 🐕‍🦺 thats in training and you have kids trying to talk to the dog. Parents need to teach their children not to come up to dogs they do not know.

Went to customer to return a few items I bought recently within the past 2 weeks. I lost the receipt and was rudely told I couldnt return them. They were not opened or anything. Normally I would be given store credit. Is this something new? They were not expensive and not electronics.

It was great I only wish they had Squid Games . Full outfits.

One of the BIGGEST Walmarts I have been to in the area! Very well-stocked, though the layout is not that of your typical stores. Still, it is easy enough to navigate and there are 2 big self-checkout areas, too, so the checkout process is very efficient and quick.Normally, theres not much to say about different Walmart stores, but I really enjoyed my experience at this one and recommend it highly! 👍👍

This store is laid out differently than the ones in my area, making it a bit harder to find things. This store seemed to be better stocked than our local stores.Employees on duty were very nice and helpful.

If you cant find it here during these times, go on the Walmart app and get your stuff that way delivered.Transportation jobs seem to be widely available. I would love to do that. Coca Cola drivers especially for some reason. God Bless and keep going!

This is probably the best Walmart I have ever been to. Employees are super courteous. Store and bathrooms are always clean. Lines are never long. It just seems everything runs smoothly from the front to the back of the store. Other Walmarts Ive gone to are not so courteous or clean and lines are long more often than not.

Terrible. Never get anything right. Every single time I have been there, Ive experienced side sorta issue!! Every time Ive TRIED to call there, no one ever knows where to direct your call, that is if you even get an employee to answer the phone at ALL!! Management needs a face lift!! Employees need better training. They all need to learn how to answer phones!! TERRIBLE!

They never have a regular lane open. Lines very long. Some of the are nice. And I have to wait for someone to help me take out my groceries so long one day I waited so long this nice lady customer took me out and put my things I bought to my car and put them in my car for me. God bless her

Great improvement in organizing the renovation of store. Huge signs in marking the aisles with products. Easier for shopping and navigation of store. Hope to see this other Walmarts.

Pharmacy staff are a delightful, pharmacists are knowledgeable and empathic. The entire staff are always super friendly. I wish they didn’t run out of water so frequently but overall I am always pleased when shopping.

Everytime I go to Walmart, there is something on my list that they are out of. Its getting old, tired if having to go to multiple stores to get my groceries!!

Very wide aisles which is a huge plus. Good variety of products. Quality acceptable. Wish a higher priority of ALL Walmart facilities would be cleanliness. Total filth under racks of food products.

Massive store. Only two check outs open. Be prepared to self check out. Two items I needed were not in stock. Battery for garage opener and a small shipping box. Need another trip.

Very CNO and the scan and go registers are really cool. They have 1 very large for small buggies and a whole another set for large buggies that actually have 5 bag holders. I made it right thru w/no wait. Which is what we all want. I certainly do not have time nor do I like to stand there while a cashier attends 1 customer at a time.

Food was cold. Toast was so hard my hubby could not eat it. The potatoes were good, the bacon was good.

Nice, large store with a great grocery section. We go for our shopping of all kinds, and it can definitely handle the busy days without crazy wait times.

Nice store! Looks like its well managed, the floor was clean and the shelves were well stocked. The staff were helpful and able to point me in the right direction, to find what I was looking for.

There remodeling in this store so its hard to find anything in it. If you dont want to get frustrated, I would suggest you go to a different Walmart. But thats my opinion. I get easily frustrated when I cant find something.

Always seem short on help. Best if you dont need help finding anything because employees seem to be spread thin!

Walmart is doing this new things to prevent you from returning items without receipt. Every couple months they change the products UPC Code and clearance out the old one, once they they do this if you dont have your receipt or is been passed 90 days they will only return it at their clearance price. That price are $1 to $5 no matter the cost...The good news is that there is a hack for that and you can out smart them. Buy a product that you can return in 90 days keep the receipt on your Walmart app, products that theyre targeting are Car equipment, Seasonals, Man and Woman bathing suit, Woman pants and shirts, Man and Woman shoes and Electronics. Keep it stored for 85 days return it with receipt and if the price has changed you can ask to buy it back for the discounted price. I learned the hard way when I lost $45 when I didnt know their NEW SCAM they are doing to the customers. Now thanks to that I know about it and I gained $30 sofar just one item that I purchased back for $5 originally $35.00.Ps.. I will start staking up on seasonal products to return. Remember keep your receipt safe in the Walmart app or take a picture of the receipt.To: Walmart keep going screwing your customers I stopped buying products that cost more than $25 because of your horrible customer services and trust, if I had more money I will refuse to shop from you. The last place Ill ever choose to shop. I returned a TV mount that was a gift and it was unopened due to fact that I was not allowed to hang tvs with my apt complex and was given 20 dollars on a gift card when my fiance purchased it at 54 dollars almost after tax. I know that the customer service representative and if not a Manger would have been able to check the timeliness of price change and can compare it to the specific barcode that has been scanned for the return. I am unhappy with how the situation was handled and am uncomfortable at how unwanted my presence was for the customer service department. Unfortunately it seems as though employees forget that they are also on the otherwise and that guest should be treat as if it were them selves and I do not receive anywhere to on par service especially after this incident. Still want my full refund for my gift. Or I would actually like my TV mount back the way I returned it. Because that wasnt even given as an option just the quick swipe and gift card load which was a used old card not up to covid standards.

The lady employee really knows how to pack popcorn chicken to the lid! Love how theres a whole lot of self checkout stations which prevents a long wait line. Every Walmart needs to have lots of self checkout stations instead of a miserable few that creates long lines.

The store was very nice very clean. I found what I needed. But me and my sister was being followed in the store I didnt like that. I know we were out of town but how would they know.

As much as I am not a big fan of Walmart, I do appreciate the pickup service being able to use my food stamp card. All of my experiences with your delivery people at the store have been only positive. Your employees that do this job are friendly and courteous unlike the ones in the store. I will continue to use this service as long as the people are friendly and personable.

Shoppers are kind but some of the store workers are not. Usually its the other way around. My 1st trip there was no issues. Even had one of the self checkout ladies helping me load my cart after I paid but my 2nd visit wasnt as problem free. The workers were not so nice. Im in an orthopedic boot and with a cane due to a severe injury. As I was scanning my items, I put them in the bag. Needless to say Im trying to get out of there because Im in pain so Im ringing up & putting items in the bag kind of fast. Well one item didnt scan and I removed it from the bag immediately to rescan but it set off all kinds of alerts and a rep comes over, I told her what happened and she resorts to looking at video to make sure I wasnt trying to steal a $3 item. Mind you I rung up all $365 worth of the other items in my cart. Why would I steal something for $3 but not one of the more expensive items I had in my cart? The common sense was lacking, I suffered in pain while I waited for this employee on her high horse to release me. Im honestly not sure I want to shop there again. Thank goodness for the good people that shop there who came to my rescue and helped me to my car with no stolen merchandise either. Unbelievable!

This is a very popular Walmart. It is busy alot of the time. The reason for this is apparent, the store is kept well stocked and th y keep their prices low. There is a great choice of items from their store brand to name brands and even organic offerings. BTW the store brand is often of very high quality.

Found everything I was looking for and the staff are so helpful. I cant leave any Walmart without buying something. Awesome low prices on great quality products. If a Walmart dont have what you are looking for, it probably doesnt exist.

I dont care for Walmart but it was a necessary evil. This store is big and has a lot of things many others dont but its way overcrowded and its dirty. They do not require masks, even for children, and do not disinfect the carts or anything else. Pre pandemic is was dirty but now its worse.

Hate how every single register is now self checkout, even the one or two normal registers that they do have open is 20 items or less. They also RUINED the women’s lingerie and pajama section. So hard to get through! It’s such a disaster now.

When I visited Walmart today there was a lot of stuff missing on the shelves. Plenty of employees to stock shelves, but they were too busy congregating in groups of two or three and just chit-chatting, not working. Then when you get up to the register they only had three open with long lines and of course the self-checkout which had a line. Should have taken some of the workers that appear to have nothing to do off the floor and put them on a register. Two people at the front entrance standing inside a little table not paying any attention to what people were doing coming in and going out, just facing each other talking and laughing. Thats good security. Walmarts prices are going up and the amount of ounces are going down for the money. I get better choices and more for my money in Winn-Dixie.

Interior redesign of this store has made it a nightmare. Aisles are barely wide enough for more than 1 person everywhere except grocery

I went to the quest diagnostics 2 times. BOTH females working there are soooooooo rude. They really need a better attitude.

Usually stocked up pretty good. Not 24 hours anymore. Staff here is so into their work (working hard) I rarely see them greet customers, only at the entrance, or sales. But I see everything goes smoothly. Kept clean and help is available when needed. Managers get involved quickly when needed. Inventory not as much as tampa/ clearwater locations but still enough to hold their demand.

Usual pleasant experience, nothing outstanding. Seemed to be an unusual amount of Srs (I am one) nothing negative just noting

If you enjoy waiting in super long lines just so you dont have to function as an employee of Walmart, you likely wanna avoid this location! Theres at least 30 self-checkout stations with approximately 8 stations for those who dont want to shop AND work at Walmart. 🙄

The store is dirty most of the time. Thegreeters take the greet out of the word greeter. You say hello to them as they are looking at their phones. Once inside the rest of employees act like Gestapo. The produce is mostly rotten. The meat can be questionable as well. If this what you like in a store, than this is your store.

Today I went and picked out glasses in the vision center. They are doing a phenomenal job. Temps and hand sanitizer before walking in. Pointing out glasses so they can sanitized before trying them on. Them putting a face shields with their mask to do face measuring and them sanitizing all equipment. I felt so safe and I appreciate their efforts so much! It is such a crazy world we live in and I’m so thankful they were so sweet and efficient. Thank you again!!!!

My husband went to electronics today to purchase a $398 58” TV. There were three employees in this department, all on their cell phones and pointing to the other employee when we asked for help. No one would pick up the TV to bring it to the front to pay for it. We go to this store every week and spend approx. $200. Perhaps we need to find another store. This was customer service at it’s worst!

Im over Walmart and their pick up service! Last time I was here, there were no fewer than 25 cars waiting. I ended up canceling order. Currently, Ive been sitting in my car over 15 minutes, still no order. This will be my last visit.

Had my oil changed I was in and out and under 10 minutes lady was great at the counter.

Cant go wrong with WalMart. They usually have a solution for everything. Competitive pricing. In-store brand is just as good as national brands.

I am so disappointed with the checkouts and the amount of cashiers that no longer have jobs and how I check myself out now. It is a shame they make so much money but do not put workers first with families and benefits first but give millions to other agendas on the docket to look and feel the part.

Nasty place. Too crowded. People definitely dont care whether or not theyre in your personal space. Workers talk loudly about the parties theyre attending later. Just a weird, gross place.

Well. This time my Cuban friend and I wanted to eat at Subway [the one inside at Walmart 54rd and Little Road) before us there was two ladies with some kids ordering food, they asked for a cup of water. The lady who was attending her said..she didnt have no water and no cups.I couldnt believe the answer that she gave. Then it was my turn, I asked for a wrap with tuna. I spent $8.. and some change. I asked for water.( cause my doctor said I am pre- diabetic and I suppose to drink only water).she told me the same..no water..no cups. Now, how its possible that this place cant buy 100 cups for a dollar in the dollars store and give free water to the customers that are purchasing food. They can be sue if someone eating swallow the food in the wrong pipe. My goodness 😳

It was average..lack of cashiers with the automatic cashiers with lines..I hope a Jewish Company purchases.them ..then and only then ..the paying customer will be first..Recall K-mart..they also had the corner once..

By far the worst WalMart. Employees are Constantly in the way and shoulder to shoulder with you. Not a single one ever apologizes for being a burden, they just dont care. Super rude and frustrating shopping here. Management seriously needs to train their employees. Then I called, took a ridiculously long time for someone to Finally answer the phone....... Asked for the front end where no one ever picked up the line ringing off the hook. What an incredibly awful experience
