No matter how busy and no matter how many people are working behind that counter they always have a great attitude every time I go there. ♥ at times like this its so rare to have people that still have kindness towards others!

Incredibly nice staff. Great drinks. Everything we go there with our dogs the staff is always super sweet to the pups and give them a pup cup. We love going to this particular Starbucks.

Went to Starbucks. Got the wrong drinks, had to drive back 12 mins, then to get back to my job with lemonade, which i cant drink. Asked for a remake with 5 scoops of dragomfruit and got 1. Not sure whats going on, but the barristas should listen and do it right the first time.

Worst coffee and customer service. I asked them to remake my coffee and put less milk, bc they handed me a 10$ cup of chocolatemilk, waited 30 mins for them to remake it... it still was watered down milk; so I payee 3$ for expreso and the Worst coffee I have ever drank. Unprofessional and rude staff. This store in particular makes dunkin look elite

We ordered 5 drinks and they all came out perfect! Friendly staff and it was pretty fast! I go to a lot of Starbucks and Ill say, they are definitely amongst my favorite locations... granted its my 2nd since getting to Florida, but none the less, great service!

Small location, but right off US 19 with great options and tasty pastries. Drive-In always a bit busy, so come on inside (with your Mask on) and spend a few moments to relax and smell the coffee aromas.

Best Starbucks ever! I pick up a lot from this location and Ive got to say they are always on point, especially the morning crew!

Expect to get your order messed up. Every time I go here they ALWAYS mess up my order. Also, they don’t care about customer satisfaction. The Starbucks in Trinity is way busier and they never get the orders wrong. I recommend you go to that one instead.

For $20 for coffee and a pastry youd think they could get your order right just once.. if there were any other options around this dirthole town for coffee Id have stopped going long ago.

Okay this is honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I go every day! The staff in the morning is terrible, the older lady’s are nasty! I have ordered the same drink from there for over a year now and they just now wanna start charging me extra when I ask for no ice, so I then began ordering it on my phone and they now leave my cup a fourth the way empty!?! But if my boyfriend goes to get it there’s never a problem. I have worked at Starbucks before so I KNOW that’s not how it should be! I will continue to drive to the Starbucks further from my house just to have a good visit! I don’t recommend to give them business☺️

Ordered from here a couple of times cause it’s close to home, but I’ve always had problems with them getting my orders wrong. Today I ordered a venti and paid the price for a venti, pulled up to the window and received a grande cup. Didn’t have the time to do anything or I would have been late to work. Ridiculous how they incorrectly do something and still charge you the extra fee.If I could put even less stars, I would.

If I could rate 0 star I would, this Starbucks specifically the afternoon team does a poor job all together with service and just the overall interaction theyre rude, when asking for a Manager they said karens not in. Ive never had a bad experience with any other Starbucks except this one specifically. its very trashy, the floors are disgusting. Wouldnt recommend going.

Ive never been to a Starbucks before, I dont like coffee much. Ordered a caramel Frappuccino with cinnamon. Lillian and everyone on staff 9/25/2020 later that day was so nice and quick to make my drink, especially since I wanted a specialty drink. Everyone was so nice. Definitely the place to go, will definitely be back in the future for a vanilla bean drink.

Good place .my card wouldnt work a coup times and on both visits this happened they gave me my coffees for free on the house I even tried using a different card and they so no your good.so yea great place

I love my local Starbucks. This location is literally a 5 minute walk from my house. The staff are always very welcoming and make you feel right at home in this coffee shop. I will continue to revisit this excellent establishment and have a blast meeting up with my friends while drinking some good coffee and feeling the laid back vibes while listening to the chill music they always have playing.. All around, great place to go.

Hey its Starbucks! Its always good

This Starbucks is the worst one I’ve ever tasted. The drinks are bitter or too sweet or not espresso enough. They often are out of stock on items as well. I drive 10 extra minutes to the Trinity location because I don’t feel I should be spending 7$ on a coffee that taste like the ones they make.

Starbucks is chucking its Straws for a more environmental movement. How can I drink a Frappuccino without a straw you ask? They have 2 new lids and theyre both basically toddler cuppy lids one has a large O hole and the other one has a small oval hole. The one with the small oval is PERFECT! I love this lid 200×s better then any straw! Check it out, I think you will be surprised!

Service is fast, sugar free options are plentiful and staff was friendly

Well, Im never getting a drink from here again. You would think it would be pretty happy to be happy about a $5 tea bought with a giftcard, but somehow the drink is all ice, milk, and no flavor. I didnt ask for nor even like milk. And why is it ok the drink is full to the top with ice? Its a shame i cant share a picture.

Very nice staff. Not the best speaker in the drive thru but, that’s not the staffs fault. They always have a smile on their face and the drinks always taste good.

My wife and I always go out of the way for this location. They always come through beautifully. JOY specifically always does amazingly and really holds up to her namesake.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE- NO NAME MANAGER WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AT 3:30PM RUDE LAUGHED ABOUT THE ISSUES. REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME, I WORK ACROSS THE STREET- GIVE STARBUCKS LOTS OF BUISNESS BUT GET TREATED LIKE THIS-- WHEN ASKED WHO HER MANAGER IS, THE ANSWER IS KAREN.. REALLY? Love Starbucks, for a caffeine buzz theyre the best, especially the latte with an extra shot of espresso. I usually get one around 3or4.

Very pleasant staff making yummy drinks! 4 stars instead of 5 stars because they pretty regularly serve iced green teas that have been VERY oversteeped and no one likes to drink $4 bitter tea.

I live near Holiday Hills store a Nice is great in every way EXCEPT the acoustics are horrible. The movie levels from prep area is really bad, maybe because of open ceiling plan, but cant even here music . Could be Great if they could work on acoustic problem. Great staff. Great location

Starbucks Coffee is not my favorite but I take the teenage girls there, they love having Starbucks.. atmosphere is always pleasant, staff are friendly and the smell is well oh so pleasing to the olfactory system. So even though I’m not fond of their coffee I’m giving it a 5 star.

Even though they were not open inside for us to sit you could still order inside. We chose the drive-thru and had the best frappuccinos.

My best friend bought, her and I, coffee here and there was no wait. They made our coffee perfectly! The tall size is perfect, roughly 4-5 oz.

I was impressed with the level of service at this Starbucks location. The lady that took my order was kind, courteous, and helpful. Her energy and attitude gave the impression that she enjoyed her job, which Im always happy to see. And the coffee was delicious, as it always is at Starbucks!

Excellent speed of service during rush time. Was greeted immediately when I walked in and helped within a minute. Drink was perfect to order specs and staff was extremely polite and pleasant.

Great location, very clean, and lives up to the Starbucks name with my recent visit. Quality brews and foods to choose from. Here in Florida, the Nitro Cold Brew was a sensible purchase this morning. I drink mine with no sugar or anything, straight black. The taste was perfect. Im refreshed and happily caffeinated. Good job Starbucks team! The cashier girl was very attentive and polite.

I dont drink coffee, but there are plenty of other beverage options available. There are plenty of dessert and snack choices as well. Starbucks, in general, are cozy places to hang out either to visit with friends, do school work, etc. This particular location is as good as any other Starbucks.

Pasco county now has a mask law due to Covid 19.Today 2 people were not weari g them prpperly. One was a Manager. He said it falls off working. It did not fit properly so get one that does. Thus is not a valid excuse.Much as I like the coffee here the risk is not worth it with this kind of behavior.Be safe everyone.

My wife and I went to get her a cappuccino, she paid almost 5 bucks for it and we left. She ask me if I wanted a taste. Turns out it was only half full of coffee and half foam, what a rip off!

I stopped in this store last week and was very pleased. You know what to expect at Starbucks, but each one has its own personality. I had a one pump vanilla latte and it was very good. They were very friendly, in a good way. This will be on my list of favorite stops.

Great service. Fresh baked goods even in the evening at 7PM. Manager was very accommodating when we pointed out a mistake on the coffee we ordered.

The employees are wonderful and were very helpful when corporate reconfigured the machine that makes the white chocolate mocha. Thats what I order every day but when corporate sent someone to change the machine the mocha was nasty so the employees gave me suggestions to customize the drink to make it taste better. All the employees are so awesome!!! Theyre the reason why I love this one better than all the others.

Mostly a good experience. They did hand me a hot coffee with a loose lid and the coffee spilled on my work clothes when the cup collapsed in my hand.

Loved the staff and very clean inside...including the restroom I had to use. I loved the frappe I ordered, it was made perfectly!
