Don’t waste your time here. Every single appointment you get in an hour after your scheduled time. Expect to be sitting here for hours on end with no answers or apologies from staff.

Everyone is friendly here, though the doctor spent more time explaining the plot of Highlander than he did giving the actual eye exam, and I ended up getting a prescription that wasnt as accurate as it shouldve been.Luckily I was able to come in for a re-test at no added cost, but Im stuck with glasses with a less accurate prescription for a while.

This is a typical Walmart experience 🙄 they treat the customers like cattle. Came to pick up a pair of glasses I ordered and had to wait 30 minutes because there was only one employee working.

The ladies in the office made this experience terrible. My prescription was wrong the first set of glasses, they gave me a hard time about a re-check, still got crappy lenses after a recheck. They talked down to me on multiple occasions and even asked me why did you wait so long? when ordering my glasses within the first 90 days of my exam. The doctor tried to tell me my vision is still changing (specifically getting a whole point better), but my glasses from a year ago are perfect. Also, I am in my 30s...my vision hasnt changed much the past few years and certainly has not gotten better. I went there to save money, but ended up wasting money. Im sure they will all be happy to know that I will not be back. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a vision center and I will be sure to tell my friends not to go there.

My kids both needed glasses. Experience was pleasant and workers were helpful.
