I had my screened in porch windows replaced with new vinyl, they did an awesome job, I didnt get the tinted, just clear vinyl and they look great, my view is beautiful and they were completed the next day and the pricing was very inexpensive too! I will definitely use them in the future for any windows, screens, etc.

I am the Project Coordinator for SERVPRO, and My Project Manager and I tried to reach out to this company for help on one of my jobs. Joe was very rude and combative, as he chose to raise his voice in anger at every one of our questions. We just needed someone to go out and measure a window and floor bar, however it was clear he prefers not to work with anyone but himself. I recommend no one call this company.

We had a very large, very heavy impact storm window stuck in the down position. Couldnt budge it an inch. Called Pasco Window and Door and Javier was sent out and showed up right on time. He was as polite a young man as you will meet. After diagnosing the issue he fixed it promptly and correctly. Having just moved down from the north, it is always stressful dealing with new vendors you are unfamiliar with the first time. Javier was very courteous and polite and turned a stressful situation with the window into a pleasant experience. Pasco Window and Door will now be our go to vendor if any future issues arise. We had a great experience with this company for our window installation and garage screen door install. The Sales person was very NON-PRESSURE, which is a major plus in my book. Ive been involved in windows and homes for many years, and the quality and pricing were right on point. We got hurricane rated windows and a full Garage Door screen. Everything was smooth. The length of time for getting started was a bit long, but I know that the industry has been busy.Anyhow, Great Job.

First class service and saved me time and money: I almost purchased a large amount of vinyl to replace my screened in porch and Corey wisely talked to me and said lets run some numbers and for a few dollars more and a lot less time and effort (12 big panels replaced would have been an all day activity). I wisely outsourced the job to the experts and cant say enough about the help, customer service and care he took with my request. People like Corey are why customers return and trust small business. We used Pasco windows and Doors for the first time yesterday and would definitely use them again! Matt, the technician, couldnt have been nicer. Needed two panels of screen on the door replaced and had a problem with the door closing properly. He checked it out and said it was something with the bottom hinge. I asked Do we need a new door? and he said No, not at all, I can fix that.. Someone else might have told me yes to sell one !! Also was able to replace a handle, that was not mentioned when I called, and he had the supplies.. He was here when they said he would be and was done in no time. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again when needed.

Do not use this company. We hired them to repair a screen that was damaged in a wind storm. He saw a small hole in another screen on the second story deck, removed it, and didn’t finish the job despite being told that we had a big event planned in 2 days involving small children...this needs to be done beforehand. He said he would talk to the owner, Joe, and get someone out next day. We called the owner, Joe, the next morning who said he can’t send someone out until the following week. We explained what his employee did and said and expressed the safety hazard this presents at our event the next day, but didn’t seem to care at all and said he has to men out today...nothing he can do. Now we have less than 24 hours to find another company.

Couldnt be happier with my installation I love my new door and windows. The guys were so great they cleaned up after themselves and I never would have known I had any work done. I was absolutely shocked to find out that the owner of the company Chris was actually the guy doing the work he said to me that he couldnt ask his guys to go out and do the work if he wasnt willing to do that type of work as well and that I was extremely impressed with.

I’ve used them twice. Amazing Cutomer service. Javier is who came out both times. He goes above and beyond to make sure it’s fixed properly. I can’t recommend enough. It’s hard to find good companies these day. This is one of them!

My very first time there I had to have a piece of glass made for a very old mobile home the guy that helped me was wonderful and he did it so quickly I had a great experience and he even gave me a discount cuz there was a little scratch on it very very nice guy he made that the best highlight of my day when things are going bad in the morning I definitely recommend these people very very kind I highly recommend them they were awesome

Highly recommend. Local business thats has been around for many years - Reputable Business. Very knowledgeable. Fair pricing. We had new sliding doors installed. It did take a while, due to production at manufacturing facility (common today) for the product to ship, but once the item arrived, Pasco scheduled the job. Staff explained all work, answered any questions, good business skills. Handled the permit, scheduled inspection right away-the whole process went smoothly. Installation tradesmen did a great job. As with all trades these days, they are very busy but feel free to call them anytime with questions or to follow up. Was very happy with the work they did and would call them again.

After reviewing several offers to replace all of the windows and doors in my home I chose Pasco Windows and Doors based on a friends recommendations, and the fact that during the site survey the sales person was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was willing to be price competitive while still giving me the product that I requested. I was in constant contact with the entire staff of the company from the owner down to the scheduler and the field technicians who were doing the installations. Each staff member was very courteous, accommodating and extremely professional at all times. I had direct contact with the entire company structure not because of issues but because that is the nature of the Pasco Windows & Doors business model. They are a small business that cares about their customers; thereby allowing the customer full access to the entire company management structure.

I had two windows that needed repair and Javier literally just finished the job. He was absolutely awesome and is a shinning example of a star employee. He explained everything about the window as he completed the job so I knew what I had and what was being done to complete the repair. He also educated on what other services PWAD offer if I need to have any more repairs or remodels completed.We have two dogs which he was extremely mindful to watch so they do not run while trying to work. This takes a huge stress off the customer when we are working from home as well.If I need to have more work completed I will be requesting Javier.

The guy come to my house to give me a quote for 3 window and a front door. Dont ask me what kind of window I wanted or door quote 2000 door more than anyone else. I feel so disrespected .

We had rollers replaced on three sliding glass doors. Tech was professional and knowledgeable.One roller required adjustment after a few weeks. Second tech came out and adjusted the roller. Doors have been working flawlessly ever since. Thanks for the job well done.

Pasco Window & Door installed hurricane shutters on my house in Land O Lakes. They did a good job for a reasonable price. Many other companies in the area wouldnt even come out to provide an estimate.

Hershel Wells is the tech who did the work and he did a very good job. He was very friendly and fast. The only complaint is that they take theyre time with processing the payment. It took them 13 days for the payment. Thank you for the wonderful work but please spead up on processing payments

Hershel Wells came out to take a look at my sliding glass door. He called ahead and showed up right on time, even though the weather was not cooperating. Hershel Was able to make my sliding glass door better than the day I moved in. He also took a screen with him so they could fabricate a replica that my Great Dane had destroyed. Local company and great service !!

Replacing one pane of glass. You would think that should be easy. 3 weeks to order. Wrong one ordered. Another 3 weeks.Beading ruined when putting in new pane. One visit to look at size of beading and clean glue off new pane of glass. No beading of that size in stock. 2 weeks to order. Coming to house today to replace. Waited until 2 pm. No one came to fix. Called company. Repair man had wrong size beading. Wasnt coming. Did anyone have the courtesy to call me. NO! If i hadnt called no one has the courtesy to call to call you about anything. Just terrible terrible service. Dont use them. They do half a job if that!!!

Pasco Window and Door completed a big project installing new hurricane proof sliders on my porch. They arrived exactly as scheduled and started the project, only to find that one of the tracks was damaged in shipment. This could not be seen until everything was unwrapped. I was on a tight schedule and they rushed through an order for a new part. I really appreciated their efforts and the job was finished within my timeframe. Mark was great with his efforts to get the new part. The crew was very knowledgeable, did a great job, and was friendly. Hershel Wells the companys technician came out and repaired two sets of my doors that I was only going to fix. He did such a great job replacing wheels and a door track that I called and had the other two sliding glass doors fixed. I might add for a great price. The doors work like brand new installs. Steve, our salesman was very professional and didnt try to pressure us into buying anything. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and was truthful about how long wed have to wait before having our sliding glass door installed. He was extremely knowledgable about the product itself and of the actual installation. The installers were right on schedule and were also very professional and friendly. They took great care in doing the job correctly, and went out of their way in trying to keep dust to a minimum. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything and made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left. We were extremely satisfied with Pasco Window and Door, and we plan to use them to install additional hurricane windows in the future. I could not be more pleased with my door installations from this company. My back door install was complicated and handled perfectly, and when I had a small issue with the front door two weeks later, someone came the next door to fix it.

I had main front window installed over 8ft in length and a medium sized window installed 4 1/2 foot by 4 foot or so. Both were hurricane impact windows. Rob and Dan were the installers and they did a fantastic job. More light comes into the house and I can already tell they will be energy savers as the house is holding more cool air. I will use these guys again as I need to replace more windows over time.

I recently replaced my old french doors and some of my original 30 year old windows with 185mph wind rated windows and doors. We had a Pasco door representative come discuss new front door options with 4 condo owners at our condo complex. We chose one and then never heard back from them with our estimate. We had been told she would email us our estimate in 2 days. I called 3 times over the next 9 days asking about our estimate and left messages and asked for return calls with zero response. We never got a call back an email or any estimate.

After reasearching arround I came to the concluion to use Pasco Window & Door. The technicians that come out are knowlegable, skilled and effeciant. I had screening repair work compleated and the technician that came out, Javiar, was top notch. Should you have a question or concern the owner is xtreamly responsive. Look forward to using them again with future projects.

Wow! My patio is usable again thanks to Matt. He fixed my broken glass door track and put on a new handle. Also fixed the sliding screen door in its formerly bent track. We are back in action once again thanks to Matt. I will tell all my friends (both of them...hehe) about Pasco Window and Door. I called today and spoke with a male person to request prices for the replacement of 4 windows at the same location but different buildings and I was quoted a trip charge of $55.95 for each one........I stated that it was at the same location and why he was quoting $155.95 for each one. He said well they cant be done all in a same day.......I was offended by him this is a major scam because I called 3 other vendors and all stated that the work scope can be done all in one day.

Been here many times for various repairs. Very happy with the quality of work and the knowledge of the employees of what a customer needs.
