Buyer beware! Bought two matching recliners for 3k less than a month ago. Started having neck pain that led to headaches and realized it’s from my chair. It’s not height appropriate for me. I contacted the store to ask if I could switch it out with a recliner that is appropriate for my height and was told that the company would lose money. No concern for my pain in my head or neck. The manager, Kris when into great detail on how the company would lose money if they helped me. She called the chair used and stated that I could buy another one as they’re having a 25% off sale. $3k for two recliners. Do not buy anything from them! I feelLike I got bamboozled. They make you sign multiple pages of documents that is impossible to read as it’s font #2, and they never ever mentioned there was no return or exchange policy. Very disappointing in their level of customer service. They want your money their not looking for repeat business.
Delivery date was uncertain. First, the fabric I picked out was in stock at their warehouse. Expected delivery was 3wks. Then at the time of the sale, I was told it could be 8 to 12 weeks. No one was able to confirm a delivery time. Its depends on how far behind the warehouse is on shipping. The order was placed on 9/18/21. It is 10/04/21 and so far havent heard anything or not even received a update regarding my order. I think it would be good customer service to keep the customer informed.
Great experience and fantastic customer service with Sonya. Needed to buy a lift chair for my 88 year old mother and was able to get exactly what she needs. Also with the Labor Day sale going on getting a custom order at 25% made it so much better too.
Sonya Allen was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to make an informed decision on our furniture needs. We have been LazyBoy users for years and we were not disappointed with the seemingly unlimited styles, fabric choices, colors and options. We could have purchased recliners at other furniture stores, but we couldn’t buy the LazyBoy quality. We would recommend this product line, and especially this particular salesperson, to anyone looking for quality furniture for their home.

The sales lady, Ana Salinas, was incredible. She listened to what we needed in a recliner & within minutes our dad was smiling, sitting comfortably in the chair. We chose to pick up dads chair so he could get it the next day although delivery was only days away. My only recommendation for the warehouse is to take advantage of road front signage. The warehouse staff was excellent also. Such a wonderful experience & Lazy Boy will certainly be my choice for furniture & home decor.
Sonya did a outstanding job of guiding us through the many different leather sofas and chairs and explaining the positives of each group. Once our decision was made she suggested Haley, the resident designer, visit our home to help wit the color choices.We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Lazy Boy to our friends.

Victoria is an INCREDIBLE sales associate who provides OUTSTANDING customer service! The service she provided made me feel like a celebrity! She gave assistance and suggestions when needed and gave us time to look and try different pieces out! She’s an animal lover too so that made me love her even more! Aside from a few furniture pieces, I got a cute dog piece of art for the wall. Victoria went FAR out of her way many times to ensure all questions or concerns were answered. Victoria hunted down an iPhone charger to ensure we would be able to utilize the upgrade in our couch! She is such a sweetheart, if you go to this location you must ask for Victoria!

Buyer beware!!!! We ordered a custom sectional in January of 2021. Our salesperson, Jim told us it take four months on the long side due to COVID delays. We paid our 25% down and left the store satisfied. I heard nothing from the store and so in March decided to reach out to them to get an update. I was told my salesman had retired and that there were no updates from the factory but they would keep me updated. I heard nothing back from them and so in April, I gave them a call to check in again. I was told that it was in process and would be ready in August. That is 3 months longer than the four months originally promised. I ask to speak to a manager as this was unacceptable and we would never have ordered if we had been told that long a time frame. Two days later I received a text message from the manager of the store saying that it would be August and there was nothing else that could be done as the order was non refundable. I find it HIGHLY unprofessional to text a customer and not give them the courtesy of a phone call after they are spending a considerable amount of money at the location. I called the corporate customer service number and they confirmed my August completion date and told me that all locations are independently owned and I would need to speak to the owner. I ask for the owner’s name and they were supposed to call me back within 48 hours with that information. Now a week later, I still haven’t heard from them. If you shop at this location be prepared for no communication, inaccurate completion dates, text message responses, and overall customer service failures. I wish I had researched the BBB before purchasing as my story is one of several with the same poor experiences.
We were very pleased with our experience shopping at La Z Boy Gallery today. Our sales rep was Chris. He was knowledgeable, friendly and provided absolutely no sales “pressure”! We didn’t need to shop any further with the selection and quality of furniture at La Z Boy’s. Thanks to Chris, he directed us right to our final choice in a new sofa! We appreciate his experience and expertise!

Update 4 months later no couch. Manger promised one thing then they go to check on it 5 hours later and tell me they went home and will be gone tomorrow. Waited 6 months and they can’t bother the manager to check. Any store has better customer service then this one. Never had someone reach out and let me know of delays. Sad company.Such a fraud. They will tell you 16 weeks and then tell you 16 more. Go somewhere else.
We had the best experience ever at Lazy Boy Furniture! They have the most comfortable furniture and tons of options!! Victoria was amazing, she really took good care of us! She was patient and kind as we took a while make up our minds. Can’t forget Haley, she did a great job of showing us what our furniture would look like in our home!! Our consultant Sonya listened to what we wanted and helped find the products wewanted with minimal wait time for shipping. Our only complaint is the wait of shippingtime but we do understand this is how things are today.
We had Ana as our home furnishing consultant. Previously we had done research so we had a fairly good idea of what we did and did not want. She listened carefully to us then showed us quite a few models that would meet our wishes, namely for a non powered non massage non lift model in fabric not leather that fit us well and fell into a budget range. She directly provided input on which chair best fit both wife and husband. Narrowing that down she checked inventory and immediate shipping for availability to avoid current months long wait. She even recommended a taller base for my husband. Ana was very professional and a joy to work with. We did visit other furniture companies but no one did the great job listening that Ana did, the price was very good and the customer service and product quality were outstanding.
On 5/29/21 I purchased a recliner and a loveseat at the Port Richey store. I’ve purchased my recliners from LaZboy for years because of their style and durability AND they are made in America. My salesperson was Sonya, who did an excellent job and was very accommodating and patient while I made my selections. Couldn’t recommend the product or salesperson more.,
Would not recommend at all! Ordered our furniture on February 11th. Today is July 5th and we still don’t have our furniture. They are saying it could be at least another month or so, they are very vague about a delivery date. We will never shop here again and will not recommend to anyone else. Very disappointing!

UPDATE: Well here we are September 9th and our couch (due the beginning of May) is finally ready to be delivered however now we are being told they will not honor the $500 credit we were promised in May which is the only reason I did not cancel the order. On top of that the manager hung up on my husband. We have spent $3,000 with this company and have been treated awful. I really hope they will make this right because I am about to report them to the better business bureau. Save your money, time and stress and do not buy anything from these people.I am so disappointed with this company. We purchased a couch January 21st 2021 and were told it would be 16 weeks. We were of course not told this until we were sitting down placing order and making a payment but decided we could do the wait and made the purchase. I am pregnant and due in early May so mainly wanted to couch for when baby arrived and would be perfect timing.Today when we followed up I was told it is now taking 6 months and my couch would not be ready until August. There was no apology and sales person could care less about the delay. We spent a lot of money and at no point did we ever receive a call to tell us about the delays. I was given an excuse about Covid shut downs but at this point that is no longer an excuse. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend anyone buy from this company.

Wow! My wife and I spent the day out and we ended the day looking for a new sofa. We decided on comfort and technology. After shopping for what we thought we wanted we went to La-Z-Boy Gallery. We found the comfort, quality and color we wanted plus a great discount. We were both impressed by the pieces we found and we know first hand the great function, finish and durability of La-Z-Boy. Our sales person was friendly and personable and gave us all the numbers we asked for without any of the hard sale tactics. Totally pleased with this everything we bought.

As soon as I’m finished with my home renovations I know where I’ll be going for furniture.... I stopped in to get an idea of what I wanted for my living and family rooms and was greeted by Marielena, she was pleasant as was everyone I encountered. They were very knowledgeable and everyone appeared to be upbeat which can be hard working during the holidays and the current state of the world. They weren’t “pushy” and answered all my questions layzboy is now my furniture destination. I will definitely recommend this location to family, friends and colleagues.
This matter has been resolved with my money being refunded in full and the order canceled as of today 6/18 for an order place on 2/1 with delivery that was supposed to be 20 weeks at the latest . After being told order wasnt even scheduled for production until the end of August I was given a difficult time cancelling this order and getting a refund but now this has been done.

The Port Richey store is fantastic and Anna was the most knowledgeable sales person. She takes you based on your height and size to the group of chairs designed for your body type. No need to try a bunch of chairs and spend a slew of time Anna helps you speed the process and gives you the best deals too. Lazy Boy recliners are the best quality and we learned yesterday from Anna those with legs swelling and circulation problems are aided by certain recliners. Go to the store see Anna and get the best recliners for you.
Ordered 2 recliners in November 2020. Deposit of 2/3 given. Chairs arrived the end of February 2021. Paid the balance. Chairs delivered March 13th. One was obviously broken. Delivery man took pictures and said we would get a call that day regarding how to handle getting a new chair. No call on the 13th. We called on the 14th and was told the manager would call us. Again no call. We called on the 15th and was told the service manager would ca. No call received yet.March 16th. Got a call back. They will not let us exchange our broken chair. We must have it repaired. No other options offered and no time frame given. I have never experienced such terrible service and lack of concern for customer satisfaction.3/16 Received a call from manager. They will replace the back of chair that is broken. Will take another 4 weeks. I feel better that we will get a new back, not have to have one that has been repaired.
My daughter and I are shopping for living room furniture. The salesperson Ana was very helpful and knowledgeable. We scheduled the designer to come to my daughters house. They are so accommodating and selection and choices are so varied. We went to other stores but the quality and variety of selection sold us on La-Z-Boy!

Highly recommend this store. I purchased power recliner with lumbar support but it wasnt meeting my needs. Their manager, Robert, was extremely helpful. He showed me many other power recliners & agreed to even exchange. I only had to pay for another delivery charge.

My 15 yr. old son wanted to purchase a top quality leather rocking recliner with his own money. After going to another furniture store with no luck, I said you cant get better than LAZBOY and so we went there. We were greeted by Mike who has been there a few years and Emmy who he was training. They both answed all our questions and let my son try out the recliners he was interested in with genuinely caring that he gets the right one (which he did) with NO PUSHY SALESFORCE at any time. I cant thank Mike and Emmy enough for all their help in getting my son the perfect recliner! They both are an asset to the store and with Emmy only being there for a couple of months, its obvious she loves what she does and loves where shes at and Mike too! Ana greeted my sister and I as we were shopping in the New Port Richey location recently. She was very knowledgeable about the brand and products and was very patient with us. She never made us feel pressured, or rushed to make a decision. We will certainly be back to visit her!

He spent a lot of time with us, was beyond helpful and super patient when we made some changes a couple of days later....only to change back to the original order! Adriana came to our home to assure us that the color we were choosing would blend in with our current decor. She assisted us in choosing a few accessories to further tie it all together. Mike and Adriana made our shopping experience very easy and enjoyable!
Jim Hansen was the salesman who greeted me as I walked in. He applied no pressure. He answered my questions, showed me several chairs as well as love seats. When I decided on my choice, he explained the details of this recliner and the purchase. The lumbar support sold me. It was so comfortable.

DO NOT BUY THE BATTERY UPGRADE not worth itBought about 6k worth if furniture here including couch and love seat that run on battery like a 600 upgrade and was told the battery would last about a month when I asked several times now using it batter last Max 7 days and we hardly use them never being home and the store can only say oh sorry you were miss informed. I guess I’ll buy my furniture for the rest of my new house elsewhere. Manual recliner makes a godawful noise too and when I asked the store they say it’s the “clunk of quality” they should have told me that before I bought the chair
Edit: I dropped my star rating because it took over 12 weeks for my delivery (11 now but I will be getting delivery in a little over a week). I was told misinformation a couple times now and will not be shopping at that location again. I worked retail sales for years and I expect better.Earlier review: Mike at the NPR location was professional and friendly. I appreciate him not being pushy but still very willing to help. I’m not familiar with the other people there but I’d shop with Mike again.

0 Stars, Sorry to have spent over $10K for this poorly designed and poorly assembled sectional. The leather is wonderful, but the pieces keep coming apart, arm comes loose, now a spring pops off and the recliner doesnt recline? Help weve had 2 service calls already, would like refund.12/9/20 Follow up to our review, had service come out could not fix, had to order a part, month later new part comes in, 4th service man comes out and fixes. 2 weeks later it is broken again, when does this become a Lemon and we get full refund and or given the opportunity to reselect a different set?1/4/21 Guess what? Broke again, and no humans to answer phone calls, very frustrated1/11/21 Left 3 voicemails at 3 different numbers 1 week ago, no returned call, went into store and manager told us they dont handle service issues in store1/11/21 Some service manager finally called us back but would not agree that our piece is a lemon and they are sending a tech out to fix again, not happy 0 Stars

Very pleasant experience at our local retailer. We met Ana Salinas, our sale rep and she answered all our questions. She walked us through many styles that we requested seeing and she suggested others as well. She also gave us samples of leather to determine the best color for our home. We returned the same day to purchase our chair. We were very pleased with her knowledge of all the products and she treated us in a very professional manner. We would recommend this product to others as well as our sales agent.

Joey and Adriana were wonderful. We took advantage of the in home consultation. Adriana guided us through the process of fabric selection and furniture arrangement. We then completed the process by meeting Joey and Adriana in the showroom. There they patiently helped us pick out the perfect chairs, sectional, ottoman and end tables. We even changed one of the fabrics that we had previously selected and they never missed a beat. Can hardly wait till the new furniture arrives. Thank you Joey and Adriana. You’re the best!!!

The fix went very well and my chair works fine.But Im only giving 3 stars because it was an unbelievable hassle to get service.Original Review:Suggest this store be avoided. After the sale they will not provide any service if needed. When you call you will only get voice mail. Ive left messages every day for a full week and have never been called back. Ive also tried emails, no response.Given that the prices for furniture and half again higher than others it is disgraceful greed that they do not honor their advertised commitment to service.

His patience with my indecision matched the time he took to locate a double non-powered recliner which was a lighter color version of our recliners and was in my budget. Then he quickly secured it in the warehouse for me. Great experience.

We first went to the store a couple weeks before our purchase, when we first met Mike. He showed us several different recliners, explaining the benefits of each and color options. We werent ready to purchase that day, but he gave us his card, thanked us for coming in and wished us a good day. So, on a Sunday afternoon, Mikes card in hand, we arrive at the store hoping Mike would be working, and yes he is. Now we are ready to make a final selection. Again, Mike walked us through the options, and we have 2 recliners on the way to our home. Mike is patient and professional, very friendly and so easy to work with. Thank you for a great experience. This store lies to you about the warranty. The warranty is useless when the chair breaks like mine did they charge a trip fee and labor. By the time they are done you could have purchased a new chair. They also lied about the delivery fee!! Stay away from this store.
Really bad experience. They are focused on their employees and refuse to take responsibility if when they failed to provide service we agreed they will provide. They tried to blame everyone else for failing to complete the order and tried to charge additional money for the service I already paid for.

I had a very good experience shopping for furniture today at Lazboy. Ana Salinas knew exactly what I wanted and took me right to the perfect recliner. Then I mentioned a sofa and she demonstrated the new technology in reclining sofas. Ana was very knowledgeable and a pleasure do business with.
Do not buy the extended warranty. When I purchased my chair I was told everything was covered for the repairs as long as you claim it as accidental and within 5 days of it happening. Well this past weekend my autistic daughter decided to rip the buttons off and put her arm through a seam in the chair. I called la z boy warranty Department which stated my chair was out of the manufacture warranty which it was and since I purchased the extended warranty to call furniture claims. Once I contacted them they told me my claim was denied because they do not cover the seams or decretive buttons that have fallen off. Great job to the staff for selling something off of lies.
Enjoyed doing business with Ana there at the NPR store. She was very helpful and polite and aimed to please at every turn. Got a very good deal on my recliner. Only downside is the 6-8 weeks for delivery and that La-Z-Boy no longer takes away your old chair!Sincerely,George G.

The new powered recliners are literally the cats meow and exactly what my wife was searching for a few years back with our previous purchase. This will be a welcomed addition to our existing furniture and we look forward to a lifetime of enjoyment with it. Who knows, maybe a matching recliner will show up for me some time in the near future.
Great group of staff here! Shannon was our feel and he was amazing ... His hair was also amazing! Super friendly and helpful with our indecisive way of shopping. When we were at a moment of decision the manager immediately jumped in, at Shannons request, to help us make the numbers worked! Friendly, helpful, and a great sense of humor made our experience surpass any expectations!
Byron Greiger owner needs to learn to LISTEN rather than argue with customers. COVID-19 is real. Delivery drivers show up without masks IS unacceptable! When asked where were their masks, employees stated: Mr. Greiger does not supply. When Josh Dow warehouse manager was asked about masks..he relied: Not my area of concern. Think twice before buying from ALL stores Greiger owns, since he owns multiple La-Z-Boy stores
