5 stars for Lenny the tech that came out. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and listened to all my concerns. They were quick in adding 3 sprinkler heads in backyard and recommended filter for my reclaim water. The company was great in informing me of arrival times etc. However, for the price they charge as others have stated very expensive. If you dont care about cost go with them. If you do get another quote. 3 stars for the price.

Ryan and Blake did an incredible job. We had a mishmash of Hunter and Rain Bird sprinklers and an outdated irrigation controller. They replaced everything, including the controller - bringing us into the 21st century with internet enabled access to system. We have 1/2 acre and they worked tirelessly for a whole day getting everything just right. Not only replacing what was there, but adding new runs where needed and repositioning existing sprinklers to get maximum coverage. We signed up for the annual maintenance plan feeling very confident that our system will run perfectly for years to come. Thanks so much, Ryan and Blake for giving us the system we always wanted.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and got my sprinkler system back in working order. He clearly explained the various issues to be addressed and then completed the work. He finally demonstrated the details of operating the system. Very happy with the service.

Ryan S did a FANTASTIC job. He started out by inspecting all of our sprinklers and then after talking he gave us 3 quotes to choose from. He did not try to pressure us into the most expensive option, just listed out exactly what each did. After deciding on the work to be done, he set out immediately and got it all done the same day. After finishing, he walked us around our property and showed us all the new sprinklers and the AWESOME app that controls them. 5/5, fantastic job.

I cannot say enough good things about Sunrise Irrigation ! First of all they called me back. Secondly they showed up when they said they would. The customer service team either called or texted me regularly keeping me updated on status of the appointment and arrival of my technician. Nate was awesome. Explained everything throughly, gave me options and never pressured me into making one choice over another. My system was in pretty bad shape (my opinion) and I practically have a brand new system. The work was completed, actually quicker than I thought, but there were two technicians on site. I don’t have anything to compare it to but I felt like pricing was reasonable for the work needed/completed. Nate walked me through everything that they did, ran through each zone and not only showed me how to operate my new controller but had looked up my watering days with the city and had my timer programmed. Wow talk about customer service! Customer for life and trust me I will tell everyone I know. Kudos to the S.I. team - everyone I interacted with was awesome.

HUGE kudos to Christian, who came out to repair a few sprinkler heads. Without convincing or pressurized sales tactics, we ended up getting a complete overhaul in our front yard. Not only did he get the job done in one day, he was willing to finish till almost eight oclock without complaint. He showed us his impeccable work, how to work our newly installed system before heading home for the night. Highly recommend!

I had Christian as the person who came out. He went through each sprinkler and aspect of yard and was very knowledgeable. Came up with three options for our system. We did need a lot of work, and the cost was definitely on the higher end. However, he came out 3 days later and basically spent entire day doing our whole system, replacing sprinklers, moving heads more efficiency, making sure each one worked exactly right. Then went through it all with me at the end. He was exceptional. So I feel we spent a lot but was well worth it as everything was top notch.

Nick my tech arrived on time presented professional appearance. He checked my whole system as I recently purchased the property and no idea of its condition. He gave me an estimate and a long list of what I needed to be repaired. When inquired when the work could be done I was told all the work could be complete that day. Nick got right to work he called for additional help. Sean brought the additional parts needed saving time. They worked all day on one of the hottest days of summer until everything was complete cleaned up and working perfectly. Sunrise Irrigation & Sprinklers did an amazing job on my new irrigation system! They were quick to respond when requesting a quote, scheduling my service and whenever I requested additional information! They even called me to ask if I would prefer to move my appointment up!

After trying another company that could not reconfigure the zones as needed and would not correct the old outdated sprinkler system, I called Sunrise Irrigation. Christian took the time to walk around with me and look at the issues I was having with the old system and zones. He came up with a plan that addressed every issue and more! He is a miracle worker! He is also knowledgeable about landscaping plants which is a plus. We now have a new controller that works with my phone and full irrigation coverage for all of our landscape and grassy areas without watering our driveway and cars with reclaimed water. We originally attempted several other companies to diagnose our irrigation problem, but they were all so unprofessional and unsure of the issue so we continued to search and finally found Christian with Sunrise. We were instantly set at ease with his professionalism, straightforward explanation of what he knew to be the problem, and options to mitigate any excess cost. None of which were offered by the other companies. Yes, they do have a $59 estimate charge that is waived if you do go with them, but with their amazing service, being booked almost a month in advance, and a reputation and testimonials like this - it is well worth the cost. We needed new well points put in, and we know that they were dug to the right depth, and my water pressure went from very low to way more than necessary, Colton and Eli installed the well points and worked tirelessly from 8am until 5:30, even through rain at times. They cleaned up the entire area where they worked - and even opened up zones I didnt know I had. Now with the work being done, they were 100% correct with what the issue was, and even though a bit more expensive than the other companies that we got estimates from - you definitely get what you pay for, and I am sure that we saved money, time, and aggravation AND got more accurate and higher quality results. Do not go with a company that isnt fully insured, bonded, and licensed or asks for cash. I fully recommend Sunrise Irrigation for any services that they provide.

Lenny was fabulous! He diagnosed the issues I had with my system quickly and the bill ended up being less than what I had budgeted. For example, instead of a new valve being needed, he determined that it was just a loose connection that was causing one of my zones to quit working. I would recommend them to anyone needing irrigation maintenance or a new system installation. Top notch!

Mike was excellent. I was in need of all my sprinkler heads to be replaced. Mike removed and replaced, tested and dialed in 40+ heads for a fair price. There was a lot of digging, etc. and the yard was left immaculate.

We had been having problems with the sprinkler system since we bought the house a couple of years ago. We called out Sunrise to check into an issue with a sprinkler head. They found some other issues as well, which we were expecting. The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the various ways we could deal with the problem from a patching job to a more extensive revamping of the system. We decided to get the revamp since we knew we needed it, and the quote was extremely reasonable. We are very happy with the outcome. There were two technicians who worked on the project, and they both were diligent, professional and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend Sunrise to anyone who needs irrigation work.

I called Sunrise at 8AM, I had a leak in the sprinkler system. The tech, Brad, was there by 10AM. I had received a text alerting me of his arrival. Brad inspected the entire system, showed me where there were issues. He worked out 3 options with a price for each. I chose the least expensive, there was no pressure to at all, to go for pricier options. Brad did the work in about an hour. Michael came out to my home and spent about an hour diagnosing the problem with my irrigation system. He was extremely thorough which was necessary because it turns out the problem was a simple electrical issue with my rain sensor. Because of the thorough diagnostic he save me a lot of money. I will be using these guys for all my irrigation needs in the future!
