I HATE getting waxed.... HATE it, but I am going on a beach vacation and decided that 15 minutes of pain is better than rolling up on the beach looking like Chewbacca. I have tried European Wax Centers in the past and didnt have the best experience, but I decided to try the again. Im so glad I did! This EWC location is great! Clean, bright and friendly! My technician, Stef, was fast, and personable and the wax was really not that painful! She said it was due to the wax used, but I think it was also due to Stefs skill. I might actually start getting waxes regularly! Highly recommend!

My first time here was great, had minimal complaints since it was my first time.On the second visit, I was assigned a different lady. She was okay but there were so many left over hairs and missed spots.Paid for a full Brazilian and wasn’t too satisfied when I got home.Update:Went in for my third wax, was scheduled for 9am. Doors were closed when I got there at 8:55am. About 4 employees rushed in at 9, keep in mind the store is supposedly open at 8am. I was told to sit and wait for an additional 20 minutes which turned into 30. I even watched two people who came after me get serviced before me. Wasted my time!

Autumn is really good at her job. She has a way to make you feel comfortable and at ease especially when its your first time. Nice staff overall.

I got my first Brazilian wax back in June. Loved the lady who did it. I booked for a second appointment and they ASM me if I want the same person, I said yes. I go to my second appointment and it’s a different lady. She was a nice Asian woman. I loved her more than the previous lady. Once again, I got asked if I wanted the same person, I said yes. I go to my recent appointment and it’s a different lady. She was nice and professional. Only thing is I had left over hair under my armpits. Hopefully my next appointment I’ll have the Asian lady again. She was the best.

I know many people worry about the awkwardness of a wax appointment especially when you are getting a Brazilian. But let me tell you my wax specialist Stef she made all my worries go away and allowed me to keep on as much clothing as I want only exposing what was needed to be and she was quick with the wax while having a nice conversation with me to distract me from the wax. Definitely recommend this location and the wax specialist Stef. She was my first ever black wax specialist which made me feel more seen as a black woman myself.

I went to New Rochelle location for the first time and everyone was very nice. I had several wax services done and when I got home. I noticed I still had hair in my lower arms and wax stuck to my hair. Very disappointed!

This location is by far my favorite. Clean and welcoming and the front desk staff is kind and professional. Autumn, my esthetician was amazing!! She’s friendly, she made me feel super comfortable, and the conversation was great I barely felt any pain with her! For me personally being comfortable while getting waxed is top priority and for that reason Autumn will stay my go to and my favorite! I’ll be back already booked my next appt with her thanks again girl!!

This was my first Brazilian wax. The first Brazilian wax, promotion priced at $29.50. I made my reservation online. I received a follow-up call the day before to confirm my appointment. They had several locations. I choose the one closest to me, on the website. I came to my appointment, the receptionist called me right in, the whole process took about 20 minutes. The room was clean. The materials was freshly used. The lady tried to up sell me on the serum that was $30. The serum is to prevent razor bums, “I declined, but I wish I would have gotten it”. Overall the experience was good. I was extremely nervous. The lady told me the pain, is the worst the first time. On a scale from 1 to 10 the pain was a 6.

First time going to this location and I am very pleased with the service I received. My wax technician was Kathy. I was very nervous because it was my first time waxing after many months but she was very nice about it and made me feel comfortable. It was a lot less painful than I was expecting it to be. I had such a great experience at European wax center. Rachel made me feel comfortable and let me know what she was doing. She knew what she was doing and was very informative about aftercare. I would definitely recommend going here especially since they made my first time getting waxed so amazingly comfortable and natural and just did a great job all around. The girls at the counter were so kind and nice and quick. I would 100% go back to them whenever I need to be taken care of!!

This was the first time I have gotten waxed and I was a little apprehensive and nervous so when I decided to get waxed I asked a friend of mine who is a customer of EWC in New Rochelle who I should go to I was told to book with Kathy. I booked an appointment with Kathy and I have to say I’m glad I did. Kathy was professional, kind, courteous, punctual, and most importantly to me made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is a friendly, knowledgeable and has a way with people that I have not encountered anywhere else. She is great at what she does, she definitely knows what she is doing and I’m so grateful for her. Matter of fact while I was there waiting several other people commented on how great she is. I highly recommend Kathy for your waxing needs. I don’t know if these are actually read or not by management or the owner but if so Kathy is definitely an asset to your establishment. I cannot day enough great things about this individual. Thank you Kathy.

Today I went to European Wax Center for the first time. I had a wonderful experience with Olympia. She was professional and efficient. The prices are very reasonable. I will be back.

It’s a nice and clean location. However, I made an appointment with a specific waxing technician. When I got there they put with Olympia, I didn’t want to say anything at the time because I didn’t want to start a problem. In the end it ended up working out well because Olympia did an amazing job and is very sweet. I would have just liked to have been informed prior to the appointment that I would be seeing a different technician.

I was never a consistent waxer because I had a bad experience once before. I had a wax with Kathy at EWC and everything changed. She is amazing!!! She calmed my nerves and my wax was so quick and painless- I’ve been going to her every 3 weeks for over a year now! She always makes me feel calm and comfortable when I come in. The facility is so clean and everyone is very welcoming. I’m so happy I started going to Kathy! I always have a great experience.

I went in 2 weeks ago and was nervous at first about how my eyebrows will turn out . After the final results I was absolutely satisfied. Lila did a amazing job waxing my eyebrows and I will definitely recommend my friends to come and I`m looking forward to coming in again . Overall I loved my experience.

Women are always complaining about inequality and fair treatment, but have no problem treating men unfairly. Men can’t even get a Brazilian wax at this location. And the locations that do (Yonkers) charge $75! Where is the fairness in that?
