I shop at Eblens all the time. Usually when I go there, im helped by DAndre, and he is beyond fantastic. Always helps me pick out the best fits to purchase and for the best prices. He really is a solid worker and makes me want to return each time. Really gives Eblens a good name.

Make sure you double check what you buy my shoes I bought brand new are messed up and discolored once I noticed I tried to exchange and one store supervisor just said cant help and was rude about it. Said she wouldve if I said what she wanted to hear. Apparently shoe supervisors are detectives also and know how long or if youve worn the shoe outside. Never the less the product was defective. Said she wouldve replaced it if I told her the truth which I did but not what she thought so wouldnt do anything. Dealing with Puma customer service now since the store was no help. Go to payless same shoes half the price.

My wife bought the wrong size of shoes and I called back to see if i could return them …the lady was really rude to me on the phone won’t be shopping here anymore

Always rocked wit ebLens from their location in yonkers, to the other one I can’t think of where at... ima w sneaker head so it doesn’t take much to impress me, just halfway knowledgeable staff and a well stocked shelf in size 12-12.5-13.

No WOW factor to the store, a few disappointing factors but the one thing that I didnt like was-- the hats behind the counter did not have any prices visible, you have to keep asking the price on every hat that you are interested in purchasing.
