I ordered a Poly charging stand for my Poly Voyager Focus 2 headset. I received a charging stand for a different model. It does not fit my headset. I called the phone number for this company and pressed the button for Customer Service. I got a recording that they couldnt take the call. I left my name, order number and phone number and requested a call back so I can request a return and correct replacement. Its been 2 days and NO RESPONSE. They just lost a customer. This could have been avoided if you had answered the phone when I called for support or at least returned my call. Your 2.9 review rating demonstrates Im not the only one displeased with your lack of service. By the way, your response to my review included no apparent desire to try to make this right.Have a good day
I have been waiting for my part since november no answer ever from customer service after 5 calls, emails, and requests on their website. They took our money but nevery gave us the part I will be contacting someone for recompense
Worst customer service ever. Do not order from this company. Placed an order on Amazon for a inventory scanner. First one arrived no problem. Then without warning they required a signature on the second one. So of course I was not able to receive the package for the second one. So when contacted no offer to correct anything. Brian says we will issue a refund as soon as the scanner arrives back to them per their refund policy. Their policy is they keep 30%! So I wrote a negative amazon review. Then Michael sends me a email saying if you take down the bad review we will give you more of your money back. Nope! I won’t be bribed nor bullied by these guys. That negative review cost me over $100 to leave. It was worth it. So in retaliation they go to my google business page and leave a bad review. First class operation over here. I would highly recommend not doing business with them. These are not upstanding people.
If I could give a negative rating I would. I placed an order that was time sensitive and needed them as quickly as possible. I received no emails or phone calls from the company about needing additional information and thought everything was fine and processing. Then I received an email from Baris that my order was cancelled because I did not respond. Again, there was nothing they requested that I respond to! I called the company multiple times, received nothing back. Then received another email from Baris that my order was cancelled and will need to re-order. Definitely not re-ordering from this company and advise people to do they same.
I ordered a cash drawer from UniquePOS. It arrived with the box in tatters, discoloration on the front corner, and a ripped piece of empty plastic taped to the bottom that read keys. Except there werent any keys inside the plastic--or anywhere in the box. Also, be aware that they send software on a CD-ROM, which is useless.
Very responsive and professional. They do care about the quality of their products and the customers needs. Great people.
I cant even begin to explain how good of an experience I had with Uniquepos. People have a tendency to write only when things go wrong and dont take the time to praise where it is deserved. I was as skeptical as one could be, but this has turned into a very reliable go to for steady good attainment. Stocking levels are as on par as one could expect. We live in a day of add to cart and thinking everything is instantaneous, but from coming in a background in this industry - I am impressed with the level of commitment, performance and overall efficiency. Hats off to the team over here.
UPDATE - I received a return response and a tracking number so it appears as though our order will be fulfilled as ordered - just late. I knee jerked in my panic since I had promised delivery to my client today.(ORIGINAL) In the process of trying to contact the company due to failure to deliver the entire # of items ordered to my company after paying for expedited shipping. Ordered 6, received 1 from another entity. No communication received about the other 5 identical items. Called and left messages on both sales and customer service after 10 AM when store opens but no one is available. Not happy at the moment due to no response from email yesterday or calls today.
Uniquepos is one of our suppliers and they have really good pricing on Pos products.Mark is always helpful. We reach out to him before placing an order to get the stock status. He provides us the ETA which is great. They also do manufacturer drop shipments if they dont have an item in stock.
I see lots of bad reviews, but my one and only order was shipped quickly - no issues. And their price was the best I could find for the item ordered. I would do business with them again.
Worst on-line retail experience ever. I purchased a bar code scanner three weeks ago and have yet to receive shipping confirmation or delivery of my purchase. They were quick to charge my credit card but after that they are nowhere to be found. I emailed customer service and got no response. I called during normal business hours and got dumped into voice mail. AVOID THIS RETAILER

Totally Sucks....No Customer Service- no Service at all.........They promise what the cannot deliver and take your money & run....They received their Paypal payment, sent a confirmation and went hiding.....They do not answer emails and all calls go to a machine with a canned message..Customer Service totally sucks, they take your money, dont answer emails or phone calls. Horrible service. I ordered a laptop ram mount. It said 2-3 weeks and it was a month later and i realized that i have not got it. I emailed them several times. Finally i got in touch with the online chat and they took my order number and then they stopped responding to me after they realized who i was. Dont waste you time with them.
I have ordered AWID stickers repeatedly over the past year using Uniquepos. Prices have been great and while customer service has not always been the most responsive, the have solved my issues and even followed up with my order when I forgot to include some information.
Not a good experience. Ordered some alarm contacts, and then called and emailed to try and cancel order just a few minutes later. Then I sent multiple emails asking to get RMA for item after it was delivered anyways. After no responses to that, called and finally talked to someone who was not very pleasant saying I could not cancel an order via email and that he would email me the RMA information. Avoid this vendor.
It would be helpful if they contacted you with status changes. I ordered this December 9th and it stated there was a 5-7 day shipping time and the item was available. Found out item was on backorder after calling the second time. Each time I called they stated the item was shipping in a couple days. It finally shipped on the 22nd for arrival on the 28th. And after calling to get tracking at least 4 times they finally were able to provide it. I really needed this part and had I known it had a three week lead time I might of tried elsewhere.
Not a good experience at all!
