Pretty nice Costco with gas at a great price. Large aisles, plenty of stock and easy parking. My only regret is that recently there has been some very long lines at checkout and some items, that theyve had for years, have disappeared. Still it is a fun place to shop.

Very enjoyable experiencet. All the staff I interacted with were very pleasant. Even though the check out line was very long it was moving pretty quickly. Clean and quality produce.

A great place to shop. Although there is a grouchy clerk by the name of Jen that has been rude on a number of occasions. I recommend once you see her stay away. Her attitude can be quite poisoning. She must like like children/teens because she tends to give my daughter very nasty looks. It is a good thing I taught my daughter never to judge others we dont know what they are going through. Other than that the managers and 99% of the employees are extremely helpful and pleasant when you ask to locate items on your shopping list.

Always my go to for large items; like wild caught xl shrimp, my lobster bisque soup, turkey bacon, chicken sausage and cashews.Oh and let me not forget, more importantly GAS. Yes, indeed. Still feeling Costco...

I credit this Costco highly for having a gas station with the lowest prices in the area. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The location is extremely convenient.I do however, dread coming here and force myself to be patient and defensive while navigating vehicular traffic in the parking lot and pedestrian traffic within the store itself. Its a chaotic, madhouse, free-for-all although not their fault. Very densely populated area, nothing much you can do about that.

Going to Costco is like going to The Good Place. You think you want to be there until you’re standing online with a cart of stuff you don’t even need. This particular Costco is ran pretty well. The staff is helpful and mostly knowledgeable. Although, I do believe they have my mother on a no-answer list. I also don’t blame them 🤣

Zero Stars; One purchases a Costco Membership to Shop, Not to be bullied by Laurent NKunda at the front door; Costco really needs to re evaluate who is positioned at the front door to greet guest. Paying guests at that; Cash and Carry! I Dont see any handouts here. I dont know about other stores but First grade discipline class should be required if an employee is to be placed at the entrance

Went for the tire department in New Rochelle. Incompetent at best. Couldnt manage to get the lug nuts off to rotate the tires. Went in for a problem and they just wanted to rotate the tires and blamed the problem on the rims. Tire department in Yonkers Costco is so much better. Bought a set of tires today at another establishment, will NOT be getting tires again at Costco.

I use Costcos Optical and Hearing Aid departments as well as their merchandise selections and gas station. I am very happy with all their products and services. The money I save pays my membership fee many times over every year. And no matter how crowded the store is, they get the customers through checkout faster than am average supermarket.

Picked up my membership today and the guest service representative named Melissa was so helpful, personable and informative! I would give 5 stars but it was so warm inside the store.

The optometry department is AWESOME 😎Imagine, Fathers Day I discover one of my lenses wont stay in the frame. Im convinced the frames are broken while I now notice a nose guard is also missing.After an early dinner celebration, I run up to Costco hoping the eyeglass dept is still open. They are!🤗 They tighten a screw and replace a nose guard and viola my glasses are good as new.The optometry department is AWESOME 😎

What more can you say? Its Costco. One of the biggest issues I have with this location is they have too many things. I find myself spending over $300 every visit. Ive learned to walk with a list so that I dont overspend. Convenient location for me and I love the fact that I can get gas at a good price after I finish my shopping.

Huge store. Less crowded than the Long Island City location. Has the Costco gas station right next to the parking lot—my Costco QR code didn’t work so needed help from the staff, who wasn’t friendly at all.

Brought shrimps and some tempura shrimps was in the mood so I stop by and pick these up great price.

My very first time at this Costco - Ne Rochelle location. From the outside looks very spacious with lots of parking. Unlucky for me some nasty bird with diarrhea decided to go at it all over my washed and waxed vehicle.On the inside spacious but was overcrowded with only 4 registers open.All in all a so so experience with some rude cashiers.

This Costco is definitely preferred. Ive been to others in this area, Yonkers and Port Chester, theyre great. The Costco in New Rochelle, will now be my go-to Costco. Super clean, just about everything was in stock. The staff was incredibly supportive and friendly, especially for an old guy like me. The checkout line moved super fast, even around a weekday afternoon rush hour, great Costco pricing and services. Lots of available parking. This Costco is right next door to a few other big box stores and near major highways, super close to the NYC border as well. Highly recommended from Professor Jan that you visit this as well as the other area Costco stores. The membership is worth everything! Thanks to all at Costco New Rochelle!

Good place to shop. Very organized, large selection of products and services. The only downside of being a member is, for you to calculate if it is worth the price of the membership compare to how much you will save. If you shop for a food constantly. It is worth the price.

Great store with gas station and a wide selection. The plastic recycling is on the side, get there early if you are looking for a parking spot closer to the store. There is a Home Depot near by where we stop always to get something.

This location is always well stocked and does its best to be COVID compliant. All check out stations are wiped clean after each customer, be it at self check out or via a cashier. The staff is friendly and respectful of the social distancing rules.

It was a good experience. Not very crowded until you got to the checkout line. Which I got was even quick. Didnt find what I was looking for until I was about to check out and it was right there. All in all a good experience.

The Costco in Ridge Hill Yonkers and Port Chester are managed better.

Most product I buy are almost 50% less expensive at Costco. Membership is therefore quickly reimbursed.

Love Costco, but this one did not specifically enforce mask mandates. I saw several people, including employees, without masks on, in close contact with others. Made me a little uncomfortable, especially since I had my young daughter with me.

Its a big world out there, and stores like Costco seem to make the big a bit more accessible, a nice White Italian couch for 999.00, add a 3rd spot add a buck, what about a Barn Yard Style dinning room table, while your shopping for specialized honey, some protein, big beautiful wild caught shrimp? Yes, yes, yes, remember that line in the movie, When Harry Met Sally? I Want What Shes Having! There is an amazing array of kitchen ware, all top brands. Looking for dinner? Steak, chicken with bone in, cutlets, you name it, it is all ready present, hair care, skin care, freezer selection just incredible, signature foods, pasta, paper products, and just awesome items, clothing, shoes, electronics, eye glasses, continue? Did I mention gas is available for Costco Members, always lower than average prices

This is the best place to come and buy in bulk. If your a member you can get gas at a discount and get your tires done as well. They have a small food court for when your hungry, a pharmacy to pick up your meds. This place is where I come at least once a month to buy my large items that will last longer than In the regular store. The items are affordable but you must be careful because before you know it you will wind up paying more then you plan too.There are a few downsides, one is the parking, even though there is a lot of space to park most people try and park as close as they can and it can cause some strife between people. Second is the lines at check out, they can get really long really fast and move real slow. My suggestion wouldve been to come early but it gets crowded early, it can be even worst on the weekends. But overall just like at BJ best place to co.e and shop for bulk items.

Ive been shopping here for many years. My kids love it too!!! Everyone is friendly and helpful. We love the variety of items from the optical department, clothes, books, seasonal items, home essentials, food, to furniture, etc. We used to love the food samples too!!! Due to Covid19 its not allowed anymore.

Earlier in the day like noon it was insane! Lines to pay were by the bread area so I left. Went back towards the end of the day and it was much much better! 20 mins in and out.

Love the store for the options but it was very packed... Wish the hours were later so that costumers wouldnt have to rush all in at the same time.

Due to the volume of vehicles getting gasoline, they need to rethink the flow of traffic. It is unsafe and causes allows others to cut in line.

Almost 20 years ago...yes, that long, I joined Costco because the eyeglasses were so inexpensive and with 2 children who needed glasses as well as myself, I wanted to try it. It changed our lives. My family has not gotten glasses or contacts anywhere else. Yesterday, I picked up a pair of regular and sunglasses for myself. I got compliments from all my coworkers. The cost $210.00. Best treat for myself in a while. The glasses are quality and they adjust them perfectly. Oh, and yes, pick up a rotisserie chicken for dinner and lunch the next day. I am soooo addicted.
