I think they have better ice cream then the other Carvel’s in new Rochelle however they handed me a cup half full. The girl was nice and filled it up with ice cream when I asked but I couldn’t help but feel a little fat shamed here unless they normally only fill stuff half way. Wish I could add the pictures of how low it was on here.

It was delicious, I got the churros caramel and vanilla ice cream with white choc sprinkle and whip cream.

I walked in and was greeted. It was clean and followed thr CDC guidelines. The associate was friendly and listened to our order. I will visit this location again.

Defenitely the best Carvel in my area. Ive only experienced one occasion when the ice cream here tasted watered down. Otherwise, its always thick, rich, and creamy. I travel past 3 other carvels to get my kids ice cream here :-) staff is always super friendly too 👌😁🍨🎂

I go there all the time with my friends. It’s a great place, you have a lot of different flavors to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend enough!!

Absolutely terrible. I paid $22 for 3 “thick shakes” and they were all very liquidy. The woman barley put any ice cream and filled the cups up with all milk. I could of gotten better shakes at McDonald’s for half the price. Total waste of money. Do not come here!!!

Love this location. However, they need to update there opening hours on the web. They do not open at 11am. I thought the first time they were just running late. But it happen again. I dont live in the area I just do my shopping. So, its disappointing that they dont open the hours stated.

Stopped by for a late night sweet craving. Staff was very patient and friendly as I was undecided. Although there was a line we were still served quickly. I ended up opting with the cookie and cream mixed with snicker icecream and both were delicious.

My whole family loves this store. They always take care of us, they have a great variety of flavors, both soft serve and regular, and all the ice cream is made in the store. We have a child with a peanut/tree nut allergy, and they always will get his toppings from a fresh container to make sure they are allergen free. We cant recommend them enough, and are glad they are in our neighborhood!

Small and simple spot thats well kept & a popular go to. Staff is nice and you may find a custom flavor or two of ice cream.
