My boyfriend ordered flowers from here and when they arrived at my job the roses were broken off, some flowers were dead and the water looked dark as if the flowers had been sitting there for a while. They looked awful. They also had a weird smell. It is upsetting that you would send an arrangement like this. This was supposed to be a pleasant surprise but instead it was anything but pleasant. I told my boyfriend he should ask for his money back!

They were so amazing with working around my budget & also the flowers came out so beautiful for my wedding, will definitely do business with them again .

Would not recommend to anyone! They don’t even deserve one star. I placed my order online (from their website) and they took $2 extra from my credit card.They have no customer service. My order was delivered late. When I finally received the order, two items were missing from it. I called them to make a complaint in the most humble way possible, and the person I spoke with, hung up on me twice. They were very rude. I’m still awaiting my refund for those missing items! I was not pleased with their service. If you’re looking for a flower shop in New Rochelle, NY to purchase flowers or gifts, Flowers by Sutton is definitely not the place to shop. I hope they see this too.

I ordered flowers for a friend and they arrived dead. They were supposed to replace them and never did. They have repeatedly called her saying they were going to replace and have not. This has been going on for two weeks now. I called the florist this morning to resolve the issue and they hung up on me. When I called back they put me on hold and never picked back up! HORRIBLE FLORIST WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My best friend ordered flowers and got them sent to me. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 23rd just before Christmas and they arrived on the 29th well after my desired date. I would not use them again.

I was sent flowers, and they were delivered from Suttons. This is the first florist Ive seen that doesnt put their name proudly on their flowers. But considering what I got, I can see why. I went to go out, and they had been left on my step, with temperatures in the teens. The bottom of the vase was frozen, and the flowers were just destroyed. Its inexcusable to just dump live flowers and go, knowing they will be ruined in minutes.

My initial conversation with Mildred was a pleasant one. Unfortunately, what she directed me to on her website wasnt what I received. When I called to advise her, she initially had an attitude but then offered to replace the plant with one that was more reflective of what I had paid for. When I called back to say that the replacement had never been received, she told me that she was going to issue a refund because she didnt want to be bullied and proceeded to hang up on me.Im not a business owner but it would seem to me that it wouldve been more logical to replace the plant than to lose a customer.Im not sure how anyone thinks they can stay in business by verbally attacking customers but I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In reading the reviews, it is not the first time that this establishment wages personal attacks on dissatisfied customers.

I used Flowers by Sutton for my wedding and it was the best decision ever. I received my bouquets and boutonnieres the morning of and they were absolutely stunning, not only did the flowers hold up great, the staff was super friendly and helpful with every question I had. When I walked into my wedding reception and saw my centerpieces I wanted to cry because they were perfect. Even if I had drawn out the way I wanted my centerpieces to look, they would not have looked better than what was given to me by Flowers by Sutton. Thank you for making my dad the absolute best!

Every time we use Sutton flowers they are outstanding but this time they did the flowers for my mother-in-laws funeral and they were stunning. We told Bobby what she loved and didnt like and he matched what she would have had in her gardens. Captured her taste in flowers exactly. Beautiful!

Love them been going here for years. I also used them for my wedding and they did a great job! I didnt have to tell them anything they got to the church and venue early and set everything up beyond my expectations. No need to worry with Sutton!

I tried numerous times to place an expensive order with this florist. I was told by the first receptionist Niasha that, “ I was taking too long and it was the holiday season and she did not have time for me.” I tried to call back the next day and speak with a manager but she told me the exact same thing, “ it is the holiday season and she does not have time for this.” So I was left no choice but to write this review and place my order with a florist who was taught proper customer service etiquette.

This place is simply the best... Im treated like a friend every time I walk in and their work is always top notch... They continually go the extra mile every time... Never disappointed... They love what they do there and it shows...

What a great job! My husband and I sent an arrangement to my 97 year old mother for Valentines Day. This has been a problem in the past cause the Valentines Day rush can mean that not every order gets the proper attention. This is the first year we used Sutton and the results were amazing. The arrangement was so impressive that my sister sent my a photo of it. Not only that, it was delivered on time in the middle of a snowstorm. I dont think you can do any better in Westchester than Sutton!

I placed an order for Valentines and the person never received. Horrible staff service. Promised to deliver the flowers and till this day still nothing. Worse flower company. I do not recommend this place. Not reliable.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I placed an order for my mothers birthday on March 13th, and till this day she hasnt received them.. First, they sent her the wrong arraignment, I ordered flowers for her and she got a basket of fruits, I could have went to the supermarket and picked up some fruits if that was the case. Ive been calling these people everyday since then and they promise, promise and promise that the flowers will get to her and nothing. I finally got frustrated and told them that I dont want the flowers anymore that I want a refund and there they go again with the run around. Unprofessional and unreliable!! Horrible service!!! And Bobby is an a**hole for calling people C**t over the phone.. You are a rip off!!!

The worst experience I have ever had with a florist. I saw poor reviews before ordering but most were on Valentine’s Day and I know that is the most difficult day for florists. Since I was ordering on a regular non-holiday day and because they had something I really liked on their website, I decided to give them a chance. I spoke with Bob who runs the shop. He then gave me to an associate who was great, on the phone. Put my order in on Thursday for a Monday delivery. Plenty of time, no rush! The flowers, as in most cases, was for a special occasion, so they had to be there on Monday. Here is how it went.: Flowers were not delivered on Monday despite my call on Monday and being told they had. On Tuesday, not having heard from the recipient, I called the florist and was told they had been delivered. I now had to check with the recipient, surprise spoiled, and confirmed from her no flowers. I called the florist and they had to check and would call me back. No call. I called back and they now told me that the flowers were just delivered. No apology. I checked and, of course they had not. I called the florist and they now told me that they were delivered to the wrong address and were picking them up. They would call me shortly. No calll back. Flowers finally got there. I was traveling so didn’t see them. The recipient sent me a picture and it wasn’t even close to what I had ordered. Wrong flowers, wrong colors and, instead of a vase and being 24” tall it was a small cube! To shorten this saga a bit, I continued calling every day for almost 10 days. Bob was always “unavailable” to take my call and no one else was permitted to discuss this with me. Had to be Bob! I then checked with my credit card company to find 2 charges. One for the flowers and the other was for an unknown charge of $227! I immediately disputed both charges and then called and demanded to speak to Bob. I was put on hold. They never picked up! I called back and it went right to voicemail. I left a pretty stern message. It took another 2 days but they finally credited back both charges. Neither Bob nor anyone else bothered to call me to explain or apologize. I just received a text picture showing the return charges. I didn’t save money by selecting this shop which also goes by the name NewRochelleFlorists. I would stay away from them if you need something delivered! Be warned!!!

Horrible experience ordered flowers for our daughters communion event and they never arrived. Tried calling several times to no answer and then finally was told that flower were on their way 2 hrs late. Flowers never arrived for the event and received no call or communication at all. Would never recommend them to anyone!! Very unprofessional experience!!!

Ordered flowers by FTD for delivery. Sutton Flowers picked up the order, breached confidentiality, and proceeded to fraudulently report to FTD that the large order was delivered. This did not occur. FTD has assigned to another florist but Flowers by Sutton successfully destroyed my anniversary. They lied to FTD about the status. Choose another florist.
