Nice supermarket, friendly and helpful employees..I drove from The Bronx to get my favorite oatmeal only to find out that every single oatmeal was expired...Im so disappointed, fingers cross they get new stock soon

I didnt give this supermarket a five star review because there were a few things that I didnt like about the place. The aisles are extremely narrow which makes passage difficult especially when shelves are being stocked and the merchandise is blocking half the aisle. The prices are fair and the selection is okay. Another thing that disappointed me was that pre-made items in the deli seem to be without non-meat selections. It would be swell if the store got with the current decade. Otherwise its a decent store and I would go if I couldnt get to a supermarket that I like more.

Must be a management issue because the workers seem to hate working there - and they pass it on to the customers. Its also over priced.... Only plus is the location.

Very disappointed I got cheerio 5 for 5 dollarsI noticed the sales sticky expired but I thoughtThe sales was still on when I got to cashierThe nice young man told me no it not on salesHe told me talk to manager what happenedI explained to her she yell out the one of employee who was very old to find out what happened if the sticky sale is still on the little old lady came back to me told they was no stickyI was reading the wrong one the above saleIdidnt.

Prices are clearly marked on all the shelved items. Ive never seen more complete or clearer pricing. This store is compact with a good selection even though the shelves are small.

Just went in the store for the first time and asked a uniformed associate which aisle the baking supplies were in. He replied Im not on the clock.

The store is ALWAYS POORLY STOCKED you ask customer service a question and all they tell you is if not on shelf they dont have it all there sale items are NEVER on shelves this is the WORST supermarket I have ever shopped its been two (2) weeks where they havent had small Poland springs water, Ocean Spray small bottles (6pack) someone needs to make sure orders for stick are done

Meh, its an ok small neighborhood grocery store, itll do in a pinch. This store cant compete with a Wegmans, simply not big enough to carry a huge variety, but it does carry the basic staples. The nearby shops and businesses make it a convenient stop for last minute shopping - post office, Chase bank, bagel shop and a hair salon are all in same shopping center.

I shop here a lot but not for red meat. I find better quality in other Acme stores like the one in Thornwood. It’s true some of the cashiers can be a little moody sometimes. Also the person who said that a cashier told them they couldn’t enter their phone number or the order would have to be cancelled is wrong. That cashier didn’t know what they were talking about. I don’t know how many times I’ve entered my number during and after the order is complete. And to the person that said the employee complained about fed Ex packages report them and make a formal complaint to corporate. They take that seriously.

The only thing good is that its easy to run in and out for a few things.Lately the produce looks old and wilted.Another gripe I have is the cashier does not tell you to enter your phone number. When I ask to put my number in I am told that the order has to be cancelled. Duh, then do your job and have customer enter phone number and you wont have to cancel order and ring it up again. Next time I may just have you do that.

The sales item price posting is very confusingie salmon posted $3.99 not per pounds its per piece I tried to purchase two pieces came out total $7.98if you convert to per pound its around $11.98per pounds actually you dont save any money at all this sales sign is very deceiving

Horrible customer service!!! Just stop by this ACME today to drop off a Fedex envelope package. The woman there yell at me saying they are running out of space for Fedex packages and wants me to go somewhere else....Seriously.. this is not my problem..I am just a customer and my package is not even a box...I will make sure next time go somewhere else for Fedex service.

We think this is a great convenience. Well stocked with good brands. Prices are ok - its not a discount store (or claims to be). Im glad there IS a parking lot - where I always get a good space!

The store itself is fine as lo g as you dont buy chicken or meats always out dated. Either i throw it out in a day or my family has actually got sick. Same with milk. Gotta really watch expectation dates. Like i said 1 day if that.newrochelle

Have been going here for the past year and the store has certainly gone downhill. Was in the store yesterday. Saw 4 containers of milk that expired 3 days ago and just about the entire first row of yogurt expire WEEKS ago. All of the red meat had a grey tinge to it. Some was offering managers special for same day sale yet expired 2 days ago. Will not return. Unfortunate because its usually empty - but now we know why.

First visit and Im more than happy. Was easily able to grab a salad and awesom fruit tray for lunch. Not to mention I dont need a card of flyer coupons this will definately be my go to.

Location is a plus as well as less shoppers BUT i see why the store stays empty...the food is not always fresh, please double check expiration dates. Its easy for us to assume or be complacent here and there and not look but Ive brought marinade that has been expired since May 23 2017 and were in December.

Re-grand opening was great. Had all kinds of help along with the all shelves were stocked well. As soon as the products were going down, stock people was restocking

The products at this place tends to be a little on the expensive side. The aisles are narrower that other grocery stores. The staff has always been friendly whenever Ive shopped here. The biggest issue with this location is simply the parking constraints during peak traffic times.

Acme market always has good deals and pricing. I very much enjoy shopping here.

I have never in my life seen a more disgruntled group of employees... Not only are they rude there wasnt a happy one in the bunch. All they did was complain about being there for all the customers to hear. I absolutely hate shopping there and only go as an emergency. And even then I wonder why

Staff is extreamly rude. Went there about a year ago when i was 12, and a lady that worked there yelled at me and my friends for bothering an emplyee (we didnt talk to anyone there) we were young and scared and the lady was so rude. i hate shopping here.

I love this place even if only for the fact there is never a long line here.

Terrible customer service and no options. The produce department was the tiny with no selection, and that ran throughout the store I was extremely disappointed. I will never go back here.

Not very different from the A & P it used to be. Ive always felt this store was very cramped and the parking lot is a nightmare
