I have purchased several a/c systems from Michael. We are completely satisfied with the performance . We had problems with one unit. Michael replaced it very promptly

Compressor failed after 4 months. I was talked into buying extras so I could obtain their 12 month warranty for the compressor. Even though you have the invoice and warranty paperwork, they will not stand by it. Do not deal with them. They sell sub par components and are very underhanded.

Lasted 6 months cant get a hold of them they dont honor their warranty even if its installed properly they will send the part with paper on how to install with out voiding warranty it does not matter they dont care I called 25 times I am calling PayPal and putting a hold on there account

My $349 part broke after 1 month! And wont honor the warranty. Absolute ripoff.
