Hardly got out of my Jeep. Glen had me up on the lift and tire off in minutes. had it plugged 2 weeks ago. Tire needed patch, so he did it. No problem, excellent service and price.

Tire was shamefully rubbed to nothing and was nervous it was going to pop. Went ahead and got a used one here. mightve found a cheaper used tire somewhere.Used tire: $40Labor and tax: $7

Blew a trailer tire on 95 and needed a replacement fast because my spare was also junk and I didnt trust it. These guys had a new tire mounted and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. The tire was whatever cheap off brand they had in stock but for the super fast turn around and great price beggars cant be choosers.

The diesel mechanic they had charged me over $3000 diagnosing a blown Diesel engine. The 6.0 Ford box truck had a blown engine and he strung me along until I had a real mechanic look at it which was done in less than an hour

Brian who thinks he’s the owner is rude with callers acting like he doesn’t have time for answer question. Very unprofessional.

Fast workers, but I had to go back 3 times for a tire issue. Had to pay each time. Maybe fast isnt as good as checking your own work for quality first. Ill just go to a dealership and pay the little more to see its done right the first time and save the money.

Fair prices on used tires but was not happy that a plugged tire was mounted on steer instead of on drive axle. Mechanic completely misdiagnosed noise coming from rear end. Also was told my alternator was bad and randomly guessed a replace price. Took it down the road for a 2nd opinion.. Smart move on my part. Best wishes for whomever gets work done there.

Hill Brother Tire company is a true blessing in the Auto repair business. It provides expert and more importantly honest service to its customers. It felt great knowing that i was not being ripped off despite not knowing anything about cars. The staff was professional and very courteous. I highly recommend it as the very best auto repair shop in New Smyrna beach florida.

The staff is always ready to help. You can just stop in and have a tire replaced, mounted and balanced without an appointment. The prices are very reasonable and most credit cards are accepted.

Went in for used tire and came out with wrong size tire and they refused to give me correct size. Also was told i needed an alignment by manager on sight but when young looking guy put it up for alignment he told me no i didnt that his boss was lieing. Left and tried to return same week to thank and tip the good guy but found out he was fired for his morally correct choice.

Jim talked to me and helped me understand my cars problem first. I’m so glad I didn’t waste my time and money on the dealership. I’m truly grateful! Thank you Jim!

Been going to them for a while now, bought probably 15-20 tires off them but thinking I was just getting flats but no matter where I drive their tires last me 1-3 months tops, at times as little as a week or two, not to mention my car has been shaking like crazy since the last time I went. They’ve also put on the wrong size tires multiple times and they corrected it after I went back but why even put wrong size tires on in the first place without mentioning that? Sick of getting tires that go flat so fast. Tried somewhere else for a tire recently and been over 3 months tires still in good condition and hasn’t gone flat on me.

These guys are great. Need a patch in my tire, drive up and they jump right on it. The other shop out on 44 wanted me to wait a couple hours.

I would definitely recommend Hill Brothers for your next tires. They provide friendly, quick service, with prices that amazed me. This place was recommended to me by my sister.

Have been a customer there for 20 years. Always great until today. Treated poorly by the boss. They moved a car in front of me. I asked if I was next. Big guy got all huffy. He acted very poorly. You lose customers that way. The actual person working was very good. So Ill think twice before giving them my business. Hopefully big boss will quit.

Had 1 tire that had a nail in it. They plugged the tire and rotated all tires . Changed 40.00 for 20 minutes of work. I had additional work that I needed done but I will not return.

Do not go here for anything. The “master mechanic” put in the incorrect part for my oxygen sensor. Would not give me a refund. 0/10 customer service.

I am sorry to say that after years of having such a good relationship with everyone there I had a really bad experience with a new mechanic. I was told it was fixed and ready for pickup twice. The first time I got about three miles down the road and had to be towed and the second time I could not even get it out of the lot. It would not go into reverse. After the day it was towed back there I called the next afternoon and asked what was wrong and was told he had not looked at it yet. He informed me that people who just drove in took priority. When I picked it up the last time no one would even acknowledge I was there. I finally just reached around the desk, took my keys and left. I had already paid hundreds of dollars and I will say that Brian did not charge me for whatever they did after that. I was without a car for almost three weeks. This happened Iast October. I hope things have changed since then.

Hills brothers was once a great place to refer people to. It has gone downhill so far now, I wouldnt send anyone there. I stood there for a half an hour and no one even came up to me this morning and asked what my problem was. There was also a lady there that was having to have her lug nuts knocked off because when they did some Tire work on her car the other day they lost the key to the locking lug nuts.I had vowed not to go there any more a few months ago, now I truly wont.Well, thinking maybe things have changed, I gave Hills Bros another shot.My bad.I wish I could give less then a star.

I used to go here to get almost everything fixed in my car. But I honestly dont know what happened, I know its a new owner, but ppl around town(including myself,my Mom, & 3brothers & 1 sister) will NOT go there anymore!!! I can see y they r so QUICK, A LIL TOO QUICK ACTUALLY, bcuz1 of my MOMS TIRES & MINE WASNT TIGHTENED ALL THE WAY WHICH ENDED UP HAVING A BLOWOUT AFTER HER BUYING THE TIRE FROM HILL BROTHERS!!! Just NOT the place it USED to be, UNFORTUNATELY!!!

Place is completely filthy and in bad condition. The employees like to drink on the job no wonder they go through so many mechanics and can not find any qualified workers.

They were drinking on the job. Didn’t fix our problem and charged us $63.00 for emptying OUR stuff and putting it back in. They also tried to charge us $500 for labor and 175-300 for a part that we came home and got fixed for $205 total. Trying to take advantage of my fiancé and our family. Not cool.

I had two tires replaced recently and the guys were good. They tried a little upsell which I dont blame them for. They stand by their tire guarantees and all in all it was a good experience.

They always take care of me, The prices are always fair, the people are always kind, and they never try to pressure me into unnecessary repairs like other places have done to me in the past. Don’t let them touch your car. The guy put a hole in my oil pan and cause a serious leak, and tried to cover it up with silicone. I had to replace my oil pan and gasket.

Ripe off, they change mechanics like changing your underwear, took my truck in for wheel bearings, tires rods, control arms, and ball joint repair on both side of the front end of my truck, only to find out 2 months later they only repacked my wheel bearings and only did one side for my ball joints, never changed the tire rods on either side, but charged me for the parts and labor. They will ripe you off especially if youre a female. Call to speak with the owner Brian who is never there and still cant get copy of the parts receipt showing the parts they used. Also I found out none of the mechanics they use are certified mechanics. Paid over $750.00 for the work only to go somewhere that has certified mechanics (McGees) to have the work redone that was supposed to have been done that I paid for. This place does not suppose to do any mechanic work because they dont have a certified mechanic whose named is listed with the Automotive Service Association. Been asking for a refund but tells me longs you have customized rims on the truck you will continued to have front end issues. But thats not the case, long as I allow these idiots at Hill Brothers do the work wrong Ill keep having issues. If you mechanic work done even an oil change dont go here.

In August of 2018 I purchased 4 used tires for my 18 year olds daughter corolla. I Have used Hills Brothers many times in the past and referred them often to locals. My daughter is at Gainesville for college and came home this weekend and casually stated that recently the car is shaking and it doesnt seem right. We test drive her car and realize it feels like the axel is falling off and rubbing against her tire. We take it in to a closer local shop in Edgewater. When they called me with the diagnosis she asked how long those ties had been on the car. I tell her August and they were used. She then tells me that the tires I purchased where 9 years old and one had a knot on the inside tire which caused the tie rod to loosen up and the driving wheel was close to falling off. Not only was there a knot, they were dry rotted. $500 later I have 4 new tires and tie rod repaired. I called Hills Brothers and explained what happened and asked for a refund. Mark basically said there are no restrictions on selling used tires and that is the chance you take. I stated that I felt there is a reasonable expectation that you are sold safe tires that perform for a reasonable amount of time. I have been a long term customer. I told him I kept the tires for them to see for themselves and I still had receipt. I paid $195 for 4 used tires and an oil change to them in August. Is 4 months reasonable amount of time? Plus my bad decision to trust them put the life of my daughter at risk because it was rubbing on the tie rod. Thank goodness she came home this weekend. He stated that when they purchase used tires in bulk dont have time to inspect each tire. Ok, but how about when u are selling them you take a close look and you inspect them then. He offered for me to bring them in and he would replace them. I stated I already new tires installed and No thank you. He said that there was nothing else he could do for me and he hung up on me. Wow. Thanks for the great Customer service. Not only will you never see me back, I can no longer refer your company to anyone else! Your complete disregard to the safety of your customers is unforgivable. Please change your practices before someone is Seriously hurt or killed.

Went in for a oil change and to put 2 new shocks on the front charged me 125.00 dollars 160 total. And I had already had the shocks. 62.50 to install a shock come on

The owner acts like he is God himself, rude and only cares about himself.they told me I should price and said they had them and when I got there they didnt and tried to sell me something else for more. I would not recommend this place.
