Great place...great people...job well done

Worst experience ever!!! To start with, I ordered a built in office. I would think a cabinet person would know the standard height of a desk. My bad, I guess I should have clarified, but again, I would think a cabinet designer would know what standard height was. So I ordered a beautiful leather chair for my desk and the desk was under my chin. I had to order a draftsman chair and build a foot rest as I work at this desk all day long. Highly disappointed. Then, the design layout didnt allow for extra space so my cabinet doors open into walls, shower doors and appliances. When the installer came out to adjust the doors, he stated that I would need cabinet restrictors to prevent this. I have been trying since the second week in August (it is now November 9th) to get these restrictors. I was also told I would be charged for them. I thought well that is kind of crappy well how much could it be. I found out this evening, not only have they not been ordered, but they are $325. Also, one of the cabinet doors is defective and Jay just chooses to ignore. This has been going on since May. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND. He did supply our carpet. The installer he hired did a great job and the carpet looks great. So, if you need carpet, sure. If you need cabinets, go somewhere else. If I could post with zero stars I totally would.
