Great personal service, and, a great deal on a really nice used car.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Versa, during the selling process Doug was awesome, this did not carry through after the sale. There were parts they purchased that needed to be installed that I had to repeatedly call about. Once they were installed the car required more parts which I bought and paid to install and could get no further communication from Doug. To make a long story as short as possible, paperwork stated brakes in great condition another lie, paper thin pads and they never fixed the low tire pressure gauge so I advise anyone before they buy from Cars R Us to take it to the dealership for a full inspection as you can not trust their evaluation of the condition.
