Cheryl goes above and beyond to be helpful. Her fees are extremely low compared with other companys in the area. On occasion I call her with an issue and she handles it over the phone in minutes. No charge of course. You,d like her.

WARNING!!! I have never given anyone a bad rating but the lady who owns this shop DOES NOT KNOW COMPUTERS! Her husband died and apparently he is the one who fixed them. Ours was a simple changing of the charge port and she broke the fan, lost our information and it hardly works now. We have never reported anyone to the BBB but we did this time and she never responded. So what good is the BBB? We spent over $150 but it started out as just a little fix. Im FUMING!!!!! She is misrepresenting the old business as she does not know computers. We were recommended by someone and now he feels bad because the husband use to fix them. --- SHE SHOULD MAKE GOOD - WE CANT JUST GO AND BUY A NEW COMPUTER.. THIS ONE ISNT OLD AND ITS ONLY USED AT HOME. -- A GOOD LOCAL OWNER WOULD NEVER NOT ANSWER A COMPLAINT SENT IN TO TO THE BBB. SHE FIXES OUR COMPUTER, I WILL REMOVE COMPLAINT. . IF NOT, I WILL POST IN ALL PLACES POSSIBLE OF THE HORRIBLE SERVICE WE RECEIVED.

This place brightened my day. I stopped in to ask if she knew of a place I could pay to use a computer for a couple minutes to fill out and email a form back to my job. She said here just use one of mine. She was so nice and very helpful. She was also very pretty. Thank you again

Wanted to purchase a refurbished computer for our condo so that I dont have to bring mine back and forth from Orlando. I googled computers in NSB and came up with three on US1. The first two hand non for sale but when I went to Computers by the Sea ..... she had four. Super Nice owner, bought a nice Dell and all is good.

Cant say enough good things about Cheryl, the owner of Computers by the Sea. She fixed EVERYTHING that was wrong with my lap top and also was able to remotely access it so it talked to my printer scanning function which was not working. Now all is well with my lap top and printer. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Took in a slow laptop about 6 months ago. They did a sweep and made it more efficient. High praise! Taking in a second laptop tomorrow.

Excellent customer service and computer/repair knowledge. They genuinely want to help you with your problem and will not just try to take your money. I would highly recommend them and definetly go there again.

My very first call and the lady answering the phone knew the cables I wanted and they had them in stock even though radioshack here in town did NOT! Ill be checking into to this place later today!
