This is a pretty large Big Lots store. There is ample parking and easy access to the store. Take your time and walk around, there bargains to be had. It is well organized. They carry shoes, socks, pillows, bedding, housewares, electronics, a grocery and pet section, they have furniture and much more. It is clean and well stocked. The staff here are very friendly, professional and helpful. Check out was relatively quick and easy.

I always enjoy shopping there, you never know what you can find!! They have a variety of merchandise that you cant find anywhere else! The prices are good too! The employees are always friendly and ready to help.

Found a Fun St Patricks day T Shirt, bought water, snack nuts, looked at lawn furniture. Bought Fig Jam, more marmalade. It was a good Wander.

They totally rearranged there store. Very clean and inviting. Summer clearness sale. Yaho.

The management needs to explain to the cashiers how the rewards programs work. we spent $200 for the $10 back on $100 and was told by cashier thats only valid for the big lots credit card which wasnt the case. otherwise we love the prices just need better,more informed employees.. I blame the management not the cashiers.

Unfortunately, an item that was either mislabeled or priced incorrectly, or moved, caused me to create a steady buildup behind me at the register. Enter Daniel, manager on duty, who both gave me the discount and opened a second register. I appreciated that.

With great prices and an interesting seasonal section, one can usually find what he or she’s looking for god almost any holiday. They also have decent furniture here too with several affordable payment options, as long as you set a calendar on your phone to remind you to make a payment on time and do not make a late one.I enjoy the international food section to find things one cannot usually find in the regular grocery store to fill up my pantry. It is also silly to spend big bucks on electronics when you can save so much on the similar items here, sold at more than half the price.

I think this photo about sums it up. Used tissues in the filthy carts at the door. Not a single employee wearing a mask. Nothing like valuing your customers during a pandemic.

Furniture manager was awesome, online ordering was easy but that’s it... Headboard was broken out of the box and not assembled probably kinda disappointing after spending $1100

I would recommend this establishment to anyone that is in the area!

Michael at the New Smyrna Beach store and John at the Daytona Beach store were both congenial and so very helpful! After our horrible experience with the DeLand store manager I was so pleasantly surprised how these gentleman went beyond the call of duty to help me find what I need and help us load it into the cars

The workers are such nice people and good prices too.

Somewhat overpriced for certain items. I bought kitchen trash bags. Not worth the price when you can go to Dollar General or Family Dollar and get the same thing for cheaper.Plus, they werent the right size for a kitchen trash can. Maybe for one of those really small trash bins but thats it.

Sad to see the disorganisation in the new big lots expansion in NSB. It makes no rhyme or reason it’s a hunting expedition to find anything they should really ask the customers how they feel about things.

I went here during their grand reopening . The furniture department was very friendly and helped me load a table I purchased . I went back to get chairs later and the employee was about to be done for the day but went back inside to get my order and load it anyways . Very friendly staff

Good location, easy access. To too much to choose from.

We drove 2 hours to get some out of stock patio furniture from this location. They helped us with no issues and even made sure to ask about the military discount at the time. Its an older Big Lots but the furniture selection here is bigger than a lot of the newer big lots.

We went in looking for a pool. They were sold out, but thats ok I found a few other things I wanted. We had a very nice young lady check us out. I hate that I didnt get her name. She was working at the Big Lots on 44 on Friday around 3:00.

Good for a part time job but should really consider not cutting people’s hours. Very nice employees tho.And STOP ASKING IF I WANT A BIG LOTS CARD!

Although they were busy restocking, they stopped twice to make sure I could find what I needed. Always good prices but this location is always clean and organized.

The staff here were very helpful. I didnt have to wait for anyone to ask if I needed any help the staff were on top of the helpfulness they gave me. Very friendly and warm staff would recommend this place to anyone. Plus there prices on things are way lower than anywhere else. Worth the trip I took.

As the overhead speaker says how much safety is important to them, only the cashier put one on as you approached. STAY CLEAR if you have any concerns. Reality is they DONT CARE!

I love big lots in new Smyrna. They have the most amazing people working there always willing to help you. I was there today to purchase a mattress and the associate that helped me was so helpful and I wish I had his name. He went out of his way to help me and answer questions that I had. I have purchased furniture in the past and I will always refer friends and family to them. I could not have been more pleased with how they treat their customers.

Excellent customer care love Big Lots has a lot of sales items are a lot less expensive than other stores I shop there all the time I am a big fan of Big Lots its one of my favorite stores and all the employees go out of their way to help the customers to please them and to tend to their needs and if you need help taking your groceries or whatever it is out to your car they will and they will help you put put your groceries or whatever you have bought in the store and help you put them in the car and then they take the cart back to the store for you so I give them 10 Stars not five but 10 Stars

I went in looking for outdoor chair cushions, they had several to choose I found a design and color I liked. The cashier was nice and they had a great deal on paper towels.

Seems like someone just puts whatever prices there thinking on an item because a lot of items are cheaper else where and i use to shop here for good deals. Crazy. Whats the point of shopping here. Plus i noticed that a Lot of items where expired. Whats up with that????

I used to like big lots. Now its just another giant Dollar General type store. They do have a pretty good furniture selection however. As well as bedding.

Picked out a Christmas tree to take with us to Panama City to put up on the camp ground next to our 5th wheel. Customer service was great, they were all helpful from the young man who found me the tree i was looking for to the man who helped me out with it.

Prices are very reasonable people are willing to show you where items are if you cannot find them if they are out they give you rain checks if youre not satisfied with something all so you just let them know and they were trying to make it right yes Ill keep me going right back there to the Big Lots get so many things there for my two little dogs they love me going there

Big Lots always has nice deals and great service!

Big Lots gets really busy around Christmastime, almost as crazy as Walmart. Especially that last-minute Christmas shopping rush, stuff gets strewn around the store and the employees all look flustered. But the low prices keep people coming back, and sometimes you can find that diamond in the rough deal, like good headphones or PC speakers for a steal of a deal.

Seems like their prices have drastically increased! Walmart is way cheaper!
